La casa principal tiene 3 dormitorios y 2 baños completos, mientras que la cabaña de invitados adicional (no adjunta a la casa) es de estilo eficiente con 1 cama matrimonial, 1 cama individual y 1/2 baño con ducha exterior. La propiedad es de estilo cabaña con aire acondicionado central, una cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, lavadora, secadora, terraza con muebles y bañera de hidromasaje para 6 personas, y tiene un gran patio cercado de la carretera que es ideal para reuniones familiares. La casa está a poca distancia del faro de Point Judith, la playa, las áreas de surf, un muelle de pesca, el lanzamiento de botes para kayaks, canoas, motos de agua, etc. Dentro de unos minutos en coche hay muchos restaurantes, heladerías, paradas de mariscos y vida nocturna.

Close to the beach!

Great location with easy access to Camp Cronin beach with great views, long jetty you can walk out on, and sandy beach. Point Judith lighthouse is a 5 minute walk. Nice hikes up in Narraganset.

The location was great and the house was cute. But the house was very dirty we had to sweep and mop floors the night we got there. And wipe down all countertops

Our stay was terrific. We appreciated the owners rushing to get the hot tub installed in time for our stay. It was fun to take a hot tub in the middle of a snowstorm!

Location, location!

My family and I had an incredible vacation here! The location of this home is spectacular!! What made our trip even better is being able to bring our two dogs and the large, clean yard as well as the dog beach across the street from the house! We spent a lot of time in the hot tub with views of the ocean! Also any time I contacted the host, I received a prompt response. Look forward to coming back here next year!

Winter Getaway

The location is perfect to walk across the street to the beach and jetty. The lighthouse is down the road on the right. We appreciated bringing our dog. The hot tub was excellent. Thank you for hosting us.

No sandy beach

There was no sandy beach within walking distance. We took our dog but the property was not fenced in so we had to keep him tied up. We went across the street to the fishing waters and he enjoyed that. The hot tub was excellent. Our stay was nice. Couldn't get near the. Lighthouse

Great property!!!

The location of the house was amazing . It was located within driving or even walking distance of multiple beaches. The house could have used a more thorough cleaning it seemed like we may have been the first stay of the season. Otherwise this was a great property for our little family. Our dog also loved the house. Be aware there are lots of ticks nearby and in the backyard. We pulled about 5 ticks off the dog during our stay. Lastly, the renters do expect you to wash, dry, and even fold any sheets or quilts used since they don't have a laundry service. The issue with that is the last day of the stay you're stuck getting up pretty early to do laundry in order to checkout by 10 am. I feel if you are expected to wash dry and fold any sheets there should be a much later checkout especially since the washer and dryer are not very large. Otherwise we loved the property, location was amazing and the renters were very responsive when messaged through VRBO.

Perfect getaway

This house was the perfect getaway spot for my husband and I. Loved the location and enjoyed the hot tub with the view of the light house each night. Perfect size for 2- 4, would work for 6. I think more would be tight. I wish the guest cottage had a small table and chairs instead of a second bed. The owner was very responsive. Looking forward to our next stay!!

Relaxing and suberb location

Thank you hosts for a wonderful stay! Your beach house is charming in its own way, and we just loved the sunrise, moonrise and closeness to/views of Point Judith lighthouse every single day/night with deer abounding, and added feature of the hot tub! It was so relaxing. With that said I think it warrants mentioning that expecting guests to wash their own linens is unreasonable and unsanitary. We left before dawn for the airport. How many guests do you think really get up early enough, as we did, to do wash/dry/fold sheets /towels? Something to consider. Thank you again!

Great location and we enjoyed our mini vacation!

The only complaint I have is that I had to clean up the yard from the previous renters dog. As I also had a dog and cleaned up every time alone with what was left before us! Please if you have a dog clean up after it and not give responsible dog owners a bad name!

Beautiful, But Needs Upkeep.

Before anyone starts reading this review, please just know I am writing this with the utmost consideration of the hosts and future guests. The location, backyard, and close beach access were huge pluses for our stay. Overall, the impression we got was that the hosts have a lot of properties, so that they may not check in with this one as much as is needed. The place itself needed more cleaning, there were dead bugs in a lot of places, and almost every chair outside was covered in bird excrement. This could've been an easy fix in my opinion if someone just sprayed them off quickly. We met the cleaners of the property, and they were very considerate people. It seems as though things needed just one more diligent look over. The appliances need updating. In order for the microwave to work, you have to unplug it and plug it back in. The oven does not turn on right away, but even after 20 minutes or so, it did not even become hot in any capacity, which made cooking difficult. We also had issues with the dishwasher starting.The wifi password was not the same on the fridge, we could not readily log into Netflix. The hot tub was overflowing and murky upon our arrival. The hosts were very communicative and fixed all of our issues promptly, which we appreciated. I think for the price, you're paying for the location, but the property itself needs some upgrading and more diligence for guests.

A relaxing getaway

This property was what we were hoping for, relaxing, comfortable, roomy, near the water, away from neighbors, washed with sunlight. We didnt cook ( i was on vacation, after all) but the kitchen looked well equipped. Loved sitting on the deck, reading, and looking up to see the resident rabbit. If i could change one thing, it would be to wish the cable TV options were better. Probably not first on the list if you are spending the day at the beach, but that wasnt us. I would happily rent here again

Nice location

The house is great for a few day getaway. It’s located in walking distance to the lighthouse and across the street from a fishing pier with beach. The house has a great yard for playing with kids. The inside of the house could use a little TLC (baseboards could be cleaned, pillows replaced, heavier blankets for winter/spring guests, chairs should be checked, shower curtains cleaned or replaced), but was fine for a few days. We did observed at least 2 broken kitchen chairs and one patio chair to be broken upon arrival; we did not report these since we were only 4 people.

Great location, would plan better next time

The location of this house is great. Close to the lighthouse and beach and even in winter with snow this was a fantastic location. The owners alerted ahead of time, but the hot tub was not functional while we were there which was disappointing. But what can you do?Overall, it felt that the house had its care was out of season. The Wi-Fi initially wasn’t on so the tv didn’t work, which in the winter is a good thing to have working. We had to do a sweep and clean of the house upon arrival and the beds were not made which we discovered is because of the house policy that renters are to wash, dry, and fold all the bedding and any other linens used before checkout. The washer and dryer were both going quite slow the day we were leaving, we contacted the owners and had to do a late check out to finish. Which delayed our 8 hour drive home. Now that we have a better idea of what to expect, we would come back but plan differently for the trip.

Perfect Beach Cottage

We loved this little beach cottage! It was the perfect size for me and my boyfriend. Check-in was simple and communication was great with the owners. It was clearly cleaned prior to our arrival which I was happy about, especially during covid. We loved the location being able to see the ocean, lighthouse, and Pell Bridge, as well as being across the street from fisherman’s memorial. We walked over there a couple mornings and mediated on the rocks. The house was very well equipped and had everything we needed. If you’re planning on cooking a few nights, definitely be sure to bring your own spices. We absolutely loved the jacuzzi and found it easy to work. Our favorite part was all of the natural light that poured in through the windows every morning. We will definitely be back this summer to enjoy the beach!

We have lived in the area all of our lives and bought Ocean Rd as our first house. We were married at the beach across the street from the home and had our wedding reception for 160 in the yard, a lobster bake of course! We lived in the cottage until we outgrew it, and our 4 children now enjoy selling lemonade in between weekly rentals in the driveway where it all began.
