Esta casa nueva construcción lago está situado directamente en el agua. Tiene todas las comodidades que pueda desear durante sus vacaciones con su familia. 2 dormitorios, 2 baños completos, cocina completa con lavavajillas, lavadora y secadora, sala de estar y altillo. Hay kayaks previstas para tomar una paleta tranquila por la orilla, ya sea temprano en la mañana o como el sol se pone otro lado del charco. Buena pesca de panfish derecha desde los 100 pies. Atracar o para el bajo y el lucio no muy lejos de la orilla. Gran lugar para los pescadores y sus familias. Situado cerca del río Salmon es el lugar ideal para tener acceso al río pero un buen lugar para escaparse y relajarse cuando se hace un buen día de pesca.

Beautiful lakeside cottage with ample room for our family. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. Our hosts were super helpful. We came for salmon fishing in the fall, and the river did not disappoint.

A little piece of Paradise. From the moment we entered we were awestruck at the beauty and consumed with tranquility. Could not help but do absolutely nothing except rest and relax, which was much needed. The property is spacious, clean, and comfortable and is equipped with everything you could need. Neighbors are so kind and friendly. The only bad part was having to leave.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely lake front cottage! The views were spectacular, the cottage was clean and the host was wonderful to work with, we look forward to our return trip next year!

Great Waterfront Hideway

Nice house with waterfront view. It is on a dead end road and far enough away from any significant road that traffic noise is zero. Place was well maintained. Short drive to several small towns such as Pulaski and Mexico. Would stay again if we make any future visits to the area.

Clean, comfortable cabin on the lake

Jeff's cabin (he calls it a "camp") is clean, comfortable and with a number of nice amenities. Everything was in working order and check-in and out was easy. The camp sits right on Sandy Pond with incredible sunsets each and every evening. Very nice stay in this comfortable home.

Nice cottage

NIce, clean cottage with lots of space. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evening and fishing from the dock. Washer and dryer on site was a great benefit, although we only used it once. Took a ride to Pearls Pastry Shoppe in Adams and also to Sharpe's Bulk Foods in Belleville.... we love visiting both spots!

Better than expected

We had the best time, even with low water we were able to catch plenty of fish. The pictures don’t do this place justice at all. The sunsets were right in front of us and to me one of the best parts. Neighbors were friendly and Jeff was great to work with!!!!

Wonderful Camp on North Pond

My family of 4 and two dogs spent 5 weeks at this lovely camp late June - July. The house is beautiful and very clean! The owners were extremely helpful and responsive both prior to and during our stay. We brought our boat and kept it at the home's dock most of the time. It's relatively shallow, so when it got too windy, we put the boat in the nearby marina (5 minute walk back to the house). The fishing was great -- we caught large mouth and small mouths right off the dock and made use of the house's kayaks for fishing, too. The only downside to our stay was the unprecedented heat wave -- no AC in the home. The home faces west, so the afternoons/evenings really heated up the house. But that's not the owners' fault. We got fans and sat in front of them. Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely return! Beautiful pond, great fishing, nearby beach.

Paradise

This truly is a home, not a "cottage". The pictures don't do it justice. It was spotless, fully furnished, extremely well maintained and spacious. The kitchen has pots, frying pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, containers all small appliances avid cooks may wish for, including a large electric pancake grill and plenty of baking sheets/pans. No blender or food processor/mixer, but then again, no-one would expect that in a rental. There are plenty of fans to make up for the lack of AC, even in mid-August we were fine. Note that AT&T prepaid phones get no bars at the house, but Verizon phones do. The WiFi connection is excellent. The dirt road to the house is a bit bumpy; be prepared to stop. The location itself is a stone throw from grocery stores and delightful diners like the Huckleberry, with plenty to see and do to fit anyone's taste. Our neighbors Chuck and Dedee were kind, helpful and utterly delightful all the way around. Communication with the owner, Jeff, was excellent. We can't wait to go back next year and spend time in this corner of paradise!

Quiet and relaxing

A good house with good owners. House was clean on arrival. Great view of North Sandy Pond. Water level is low this August (2022) but no rain and there are marinas nearby to dock a bigger boat. We would return.

Perfect home on the water with everything needed for a wonderful vacation.

Family get together. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and easy launch access to put property kayaks in for evening rows. We used the fire pit to gather at the end of the day. The grill was great. Having two full bathes was awesome. We couldn't have asked for more . And the neighbors Chuck and Dee Dee were great as well. We will come again.

Clean and Friendly

Cute and Clean house. Property is peaceful and quiet- perfect for relaxation and unwinding. The house was perfect for extended family with two full bathrooms, large open kitchen/living room area and deck/yard perfect for hanging out and dog-friendly was great! Kitchen is well stocked- just need to bring your own groceries. Friendly Neighbors. Easy drive to nearby beaches, hiking, and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!

Great place on the pond!

We LOVED our stay on the pond. House was perfect, water and yard was great. Our family had a wonderful 2 weeks! Highly recommend this camp.
