The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you a cosy flat to spend a few days in Toulouse, in a quiet location with good transport links and close to the city centre. ‘Les Minimes’ has a surface area of 43 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travellers! It comprises a pretty living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a terrace. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A bright living room with a 2-seater convertible corner sofa, coffee table, television, dining table and 4 chairs.
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with hob, oven, fridge, oven, etc.
- A bedroom with a 140cm double bed, 2 bedside tables with mood lamps. A wardrobe is provided for all your belongings. For professionals, you can use the desk with its chair.
- A shower room with a walk-in shower, washbasin with mirror, storage cupboard and toilet.

Outside:
- A private 5 m² terrace with an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy your meals in the mild Toulouse weather. Barbecue available on request.

Area:
The flat is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in front of the flat on the street.

- Nearest train station: Toulouse train station at about 3.1 km (about 12 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Toulouse airport, about 6 km away (about 13 minutes by car)
- Metro line B, Canal du Midi or Minimes, 5 minutes' walk away.
- Bus line 15 to Jeanne d'Arc, 40 m away.
- A Toulouse bike station.
