Nice place!

This was perfect for our family. Stayed a week and had plenty of space. Kitchen had all we needed to cook basic meals. View of ocean was great and access to pool and beach were very convenient. It was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall nice!

Plenty of space and had all amenities we needed. Construction wasn’t too loud but had to walk around onto the parking lot to get to the beach or pool. It is a long walk to the water for anyone with mobility issues. Beds, couches, and seating were all just right for the condo. Overall would stay here again… after the construction is done! :)

Summer house

Great condo. Enjoyed the beach. Big. Plenty of room to set up. Close to lots of things to do. There’s currently construction going on so there’s some noise. You have to walk around the building to get to the beach and parking is an inconvenience as if you don’t het a space in the lot the overflow lot is across a very busy road with no cross walk or traffic light. But overall. It was good.

Dirty and not nice

The apartment was so dirty we spent hours cleaning it. Vacasa was very hard to get ahold of. Lots of putting on hold and "dropping" calls. They eventually sent someone to clean but that was after we had already cleaned the apartment again, including replacing the nasty shower curtain liner. The elevators broke multiple times, leaving my handicapped grandmother outside in the rain. The property outside the apartment was also filthy. It was loud with lots of disrespectful people. We sent all this to Vacasa and they refused to address it other than refunding the cleaning fee. Very disappointed. Do not recommend. -The mildew in the primary bathroom is visible and comes off to the touch. -The AC does not cool down well and stays at the same Hot temp for over an hour. -the outside pool is disgusting. The balance of chemicals is off and is incredibly cloudy. We watched the "cleaning" person scrub blood off the tiles and then wring the rag back into the pool. They did not check the balance or empty the filters. A child vomited in the pool and no one cleaned it. -the indoor pool smells way too strong of chemicals and is very hot -the walkways are disgustingly dirty. -the exterior of the buildings are horribly maintained. There are planter boxes of weeds

Our annual girl's trip was great! The Condo was very nice inside but the outside needs some TLC from the hurricane but other than that, we were very please with the condo.

The view was Great! At check in two beds weren't made but the housekeeping did come back up later in the evening and made the beds.. There was spag sauce or something all over the cabinets which I cleaned up when we arrived! I myself do housekeeping and I know that finding help is hard! They have offered to refund half my cleaning fee,which is greatly appreciated! The property definitely needs some upgrades! But over all it was a good stay and the kids enjoyed the whole week! The outside pool was amazing and very clean! Kudos to the men/women who take care of that!We would definitely return!

Beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay. The balcony was big and had a beautiful view of the beach/ocean. My children enjoyed swimming in the outdoor and indoor pools. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Wonderful time

The place was great..they were 6 of us that stayed and we had plenty of room. The view was wonderful and the beach was just a short walk around the pool and easy accessible… would definitely stay here again

Good getaway

First, we did not realize the damage sustained in orange beach last year as it happened after our stay. This year, I was completely in awe that so many condos could be rented and that there was still so much restoration. Our condo was in a good location. It was clean and decorated nicely. There is one bed in the two bed bedroom that needs replaced. No one could sleep in it. It’s a taco bed- all the people sink to middle. (Recommend it get replaced) The maintenance guy came in to take doors off laundry room. He tucked them into kitchen, but left all his hardware. We didn’t mind and I’m sure there is a schedule they are working on. New homes being built had work begin super early. We woke to the sound of it, but honestly, it was just nice to be on vacation. The pool was fixed and usable, the walkway to the beach was usable, and the sidewalks were fine. People were friendly and I saw workers constantly picking up trash. We are returning home having spent quality family time together.

Amenities Not Good / Don’t Fix Issues / No One On-site

The place was clean and was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Problems: - the right elevator kept getting stuck and was not functioning - the indoor pool and fitness area were not available, and we were not told this was the case before we rented, when we were reminded of our stay or with our check-in instructions. - the bathroom shower rod came off the wall (it was sticky taped on), and I called about it and the staff member told us they would put in a “work order”. No one came, we had to go to the store to get supplies to fix it ourselves so we could use the shower during our stay. - both doors to the washer/dryer were broken, which I also told the manager about, and it was not fixed during our stay. - there were only 2 parking passes allowed for our room. This was not told to us in any of the information about parking. It just said free onsite parking. One of our cars had to be parked across the street in an unsecured parking area. -the basketball court was not located on the premises. It too was across the street behind the HOA building. This is not in any information whatsoever. I had to reach out to staff to even know where it was located. Also, the basketball area was not maintained well. - the pool is supposed to be non smoking, but there were people smoking all around it. Being a non-smoker, that was irritating. -the door stopper to the front door was broken so every time you opened the door, the door stopper would come down and you would have to hold it while you shut the door. We taped it up, but it kept falling down. There was no physical person on-site at all. The staff that left their name and number did call me back when I called them, but didn’t come fix anything or call me back to see if anyone came to fix it. Since the fitness center was not available, he told us we could go to a local gym about two miles away, but then later told us the only gym that we could go to and get reimbursed was 20 mins away. That is frustrating, because amenities are what typically decides where I am staying, and when they are not available as stated, it is a deal breaker for rebooking with the same resort/condo/hotel, etc. in the future. Recommendations: Have someone physically on-site. The virtual checkin was nice, but not having someone on-site at all was not the way to go. Also, the place was not maintained like it should have been. Notice I didn’t mention all the construction work in any of my complaints, because it was expected and communicated before arrival. My family and I expected to use the indoor pool and fitness center and were not able to as it was not available. We would have stayed elsewhere. We won’t stay here in the future due to these items mentioned.

Great place to stay!

This place is very well maintained and clean. Everything was in working order. Great space for the family to hang out and we didn't miss a beat in the kitchen. The walk to the beach is quite short and the pool was never overcrowded. Would recommend and stay again!

Beautiful inside and out!

My wife and I along with our nine young children stayed four nights in this condo. It is beautifully decorated and the location is perfect! We were told this condo came with a beach umbrella to use, but we couldn't find it. However, it did have a couple of box fans and a pack and play in the closets despite not being listed as amenities. The kitchen utensils were well-stocked in my opinion, but bring spices, etc for cooking meals. The fitness room was nice as well as the indoor/outdoor pools and the giant hot tub! Unfortunately, the basketball and tennis courts were located across the street with no direct crosswalk to get to them, so we didn't use them. All in all, we had a great time, and we would definitely stay here again!

Vacasa Is no good

If you are looking for a listing where you can get in contact with the owner this is not the one for you. Vacasa was impossible to get in touch with. Also, 4 towels for a unit with 10 guests and no way to get more (because the hold times, email wait time, etc are impossibly long) was less than ideal.

Was not cleaned well considering Covid going on. We had to rewash and sanitize everything. Beds still had sand in them. That was only issue everything else great

Family beach vacation

Our entire family has a beach trip every year in July. This condo was big enough for 3 families to enjoy time together while also enjoying the beach and other attractions the area has to offer. The condo was cozy and comfortable. Felt like home. Great outdoor balcony too.
