Summer House on Romar Beach Condominiums is conveniently located to shopping, dining, and lots of fun in the sun. If you are looking for somewhere quiet, this is not the spot. We have stayed at other condos in the area and have not had any issues. Definitely won't be staying here again.

Great space and location

The space had plenty of room for our family of five. Could see the ocean great from the third floor balcony and a very easy walk to the beach. Beds were comfy and pool was a nice size. Great location to restaurants and things to do. Once the construction is done the summer house should be in, great condition.

Pros: excellent location, perfect view, lots of seating, cozy, we all loved all the storage space and hooks for hanging clothes/towels. Cons: our first day our feet turned black because the floor was not clean enough, half of the outlets did not work

Amazing Location

We loved this condo. Easy access to the beach and pool. Easy parking. Lots of shops and stores very near. The patio was our absolute favorite. We sat outside for hours listening to the ocean. I would recommend this condo to anyone that is looking for the perfect location for the beach. Thank you very much! We had a wonderful time.

Was perfect for us

Our family of 4 and our friend and his daughter stayed together. A So 3 adults and 3 11yr old kids. The condo was perfect for us. It was clean, had everything in the kitchen we needed. Loved the patio furniture. Security staff that worked the gate was very friendly and helpful. Especially Johnny. Any questions/ messages I sent were responded to within a couple minutes. Great time.

3rd floor

We love Summer House! Have stayed all over the property over nearly 30 years. Didn’t care for 3rd floor so much- palm trees block the view of the beach and the pool noise was considerable. Using a leaf blower instead of a broom was annoying at 8:00 AM.

Wasn't a good choice for us

Bedrooms did not appear as the listing No bed skirt on king bed. Furniture outside and chair inside dirty We go for the ocesn,but as an older group, we stay inside a lot and on the balcony alone. Wouldn't stay here again

Beautiful view , great location

It is a very nice place . My only complaints are the condo wasn’t cleaned very well before we arrived . We were only in condo 30 minutes after arrival unpacking . We let my one year old granddaughter crawl around ( we had a10 hour drive ) she was in car seat most of the time . In that 30 minutes her knees and tops of feet were black , she found crumbs of food on floor somewhere . So cleaning person evidently didn’t sweep and mop floors . The beds were not very comfortable at all especially master bedroom ( woke up with backaches every day ) . The overall experience was good besides those 2 things .

Just what we needed

While I am aware that there are a lot of things to do in and around Orange Beach, this stay was about family. We stayed in. The kitchen was well appointed. We all enjoyed the beach and kids enjoyed the sauna and indoor pool. Family friendly a ms great space for all of us to eat, watch a movie, play games, etc.

Spend a little more money on cleaning the property between guests and you could get a better rate from guests...your property is amazing...cleaning is basic and below expectations at best...again wonderful unit and property and location...you will not be disappointed just needs better cleaning protocols.

The pictures don't do this property justice. We loved eating our meals on the balcony. The kitchen is well stocked with the need items to cook. We did have to phone maintenance due to knob in shower coming off. The maintenance man was very kind and fixed the problem quickly. This was one of the best condos we have stayed in. We will definitely stay here again

This condo was amazing!!

This condo was everything we could have imagined. It was very clean and very roomy. It had all the kitchen essentials and then some. The view was amazing and the short walk to the beach was definitely a plus, we traveled with our daughter and her 6 month old son so we didn’t have to walk far.
