Great location! The condo was nice, clean, well equipped kitchen, loved the balconies and the beach! Would definitely stay there again.

N. Myrtle beach family trip

Stay was good. Overall our accommodations were good, but the kitchen had an ant infestation and they got into some our food and were all over the sink area and counters. We spent our few days killing ants and also had to clear them away from all food sources.

Old School Beach Experience

This rental is everything I wanted it to be! Gave off old school beach vibes. Not a ten million dollar McMansion condo but a lived in homey vibe. We loved every moment (except the overzealous security guards at the pool!). We did contact Vacasa about some maintenance issues and they were prompt in attempting to take care of them. Definitely would stay again!

Week at the beach

We had a great time. The weather was perfect all week. The condo was perfect, just as the pictures showed. The view was amazing, looked like we were sitting in the middle of the ocean. We will definitely stay there again. The owner and property management was awesome. 5 stars. Property is best location on the beach. You can walk downtown to shop or eat or listen to the band on Thursday night.

Good location if you plan to not be in the condo long

View from balcony was great. Location was extremely convenient. The actual condo is in need of serious updates. The rugs were in horrid shape along with the other furnishings there. Felt filthy from how outdated it is.

The location and ease of reaching the beach were perfect. The pool, hot tub, and parking lot were kept clean and nice. Overall the room was fine there is just an infestation of ants on the property that would carry your supper away if left out to long. Also had a sever safety issue with the master bed room balcony. The whole banister and railing was nearly falling off. I made the customer support aware but no one ever came to fix. So it was unusable. Other than that everything else was more than adequate

Christmas Trip

Location is great just wished the room was a lot cleaner and did not have to call customer service immediately to get dishwasher fixed. Which they never came and fixed, Promised a credit for situation but yet to see this credit as well. I would make sure who owns and manages these unis and choose wisely after some investigating.

Disappointing

Dingy, rusty, worn, not well kept at all. The kitchen was especially gross. Appliances were dirty and greasy. Lacked the basics for cooking in. Dining room table was missing a chair. Photo showed 6, there was only 5. There were six of us, one had to eat sitting on the sofa. Not expecting a five star, but at least nail the basics.

Relaxing and comfortable

Clean, comfortable bed, new towels. We loved being right on the beach with a great view. The amenities (pool, hot tub) big thumbs down. The pool was closed due to COVID (however other properties around us had theirs open). I think there should be some compensation for lack of amenities but I haven’t heard anything back. The photos of the pool are misleading. I wish the description for kitchen items had a little more information...like Keurig coffee maker, slow cooker etc. The kitchen is well stocked which made it easy for us to cook. We did not go to any restaurants due to COVID. It was easy to keep social distance this way. I gave a 3 for communication with property management company because I could not get simple questions answered when I messaged two weeks before coming. The property manager was very helpful and kind when we had an issue with the coffee pot.

The property needs a ton of updating

The unit itself needs updated as do all of the buildings on the property - it's super dingy. I put a blanket on the couch because I didn't want to sit on it with any bare skin. The sliding glass doors to the balconies are both broken in one way or another. The carpet is GROSS! Any extra pillows either did not have cases and were yellowed, or the pillow cases that were on them were decorative shams and you could tell they haven't been washed. Mostly every corner of this place had paint peeling, dark marks, etc. I just felt unclean the whole time I was in the apartment. I wore shoes when I was in the unit because the idea of walking around on those floors disgusted me. The master bed was sooooo uncomfortable. I won't rent another unit in this building. There are much nicer options in the area. Shout out to the pool attendants, especially Linda. She was the kindest, most generous person we had the pleasure of interacting with during our stay! She doesn't even live at this property, but she gave the kids lollipops every day and showed them her painted rocks. Such an amazing human!

Average at best

We enjoyed the location of condo but the unit itself could use some work. The master bed feels like there is a broken spring on one side. If you crowded the middle, it was fine. The bed pillows were all very flat. While there were extra pillows in the closets, there were no extra linens to cover them for use. We had issues with several lamps, if you bumped the cord they would flicker or shut off. The furniture is old, which is fine, but there are some small holes on the sofa and some stains on the chair. There were cigarette butts on the screened porch upon arrival that we had to clean up. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, utensils and serving ware but there are no basic pantry items like salt, pepper, sugar. They only supplied 2 garbage bags and 2 dishwasher pods for a party of 6 for 4 nights so plan accordingly. The beach supplies in the laundry closet were nice but at least 2 of the chairs were broken so again, disappointing. Overall the unit is underwhelming, dingy and in need of some repairs. It didn’t seem like guest comfort was a priority and we would not rent this unit again.

We will also check the beach chairs and replace them as needed. We apologize for any confusion, but we don’t stock kitchen pantry items. We provide our guests with a starter kit of supplies. This includes cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products. Once these supplies run out it is the responsibility of our guests to provide any additional supplies for the remainder of their stay. Supplies are restocked before each guest. We hope to host you again soon.

We liked the well stocked kitchen, the great ocean view, the beach chairs in the closet, the comfortable beds, and comfortable feel of the unit. We also loved the Keurig! Had a rough check in as someone else was in the unit, but Vacasa worked it out and we got in there late Sat. evening. Great vacation!!

Nice stay, great location

Great location, right on the beach. Check in process was smooth. Outside screened in porch was a plus. Kitchen had a Keurig coffee machine, which wasn't in the description. There was detergent and dish soap for us, which are both very helpful. 1/2 bath is in one of the bedrooms, which is a little odd, but definitely not a deal breaker.

Girls Trip 2021 (Cheaper than Therapy)

My mom, sister and I met out of state family from Texas and New Mexico in Myrtle Beach, SC for a few days. This condo was the perfect fit for our family with the 3 bedrooms and a large dining room table to play cards at. The condo is well taken care of and it immediately feels like a home instead of a hotel room, with personalized touches throughout. The only issue we had was running out of toilet paper, and being unable to locate any additional rolls inside the condo. A quick trip to the store fixed that issue. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely look at this property again for future trips!

Your Must Sea Paradise.......

Ocean front with 2 balconies one was screamed and the other open. It was but a short walk to shops and restaurants. Parking on premises. Tastefully decorated with a beach theme. Very clean.
