Ubicación, ubicación, ubicación ... este estudio privado y completamente remodelado se encuentra en medio del encantador vecindario Hillcrest de San Diego. Una caminata de 5 minutos lo lleva a Whole Foods, Trader Joe's o Ralph's para ir de compras ~ y muchos de los restaurantes / bares / cafeterías y tiendas de moda están cerca. Zoológico, parque Balboa, Gaslamp, centro de la ciudad a menos de 5 minutos - Aeropuerto, playas a 10 minutos en coche.
El estudio está abajo de la casa principal con entrada independiente y completamente privado.

I loved my stay, walking distance to everything in Hillcrest and also University , Park Blvd. Great Sunday Hillcrest Farmers Market. Andrew was very quick to answer when I reached out to check in. Would stay again.

Absolutely horrible. We were greeted with a musty odor. The interior was unclean. Various used personal care items (deodorants, etc…) were in the bathroom. Several boxes of half used coffees and teas were thrown on the kitchen counter. It was a blessing that the toilet started flooding the bathroom and we left with a refund. This place needs to be gutted. It should not be a rental.

Was an absolutely fantastic stay, really close to the convention center for comic con. And the price was unbeatable! Very homey feel that made us feel relaxed after a long day out. Will absolutely be back next year!

good price and great location

One can't beat the location since it is in the center of Hillcrest and only a block and a half from University Ave., where a large variety of restaurants and bars are a short walk, so a car is not needed unless a person is planning to travel outside of the city. Other areas of interest are a short Uber/Lyft ride away. The owner is a great communicator who responds quickly to any questions. The only drawbacks are the property backs up to Highway 163 where one can hear traffic all night long, so if a person is a light sleeper, this could be a problem. Also, if one is a tall and/or big person, the shower can be a challenge. I am 5'11" tall and 170 lbs., and the shower was a bit tight for me. Overall, it's a great value and comfortable place to stay.

Comfortable and convenient and great location.

This was a great place to stay for access to Balboa Park. It has everything you need within walking distance without a car, just as I wanted. My only quibble is that it did not note that there is a big step up to the bathroom which might be a challenge for some people. Otherwise, it had everything I needed and was comfortable when I was "rained in", which does happen in San Diego at times.

Great loft in convenient location (A host)

Solo or couple SD travelers should absolutely stay here. The host Andrew is amazing. Very kind, responsive, and accommodating. He was very generous to me during a last minute stay, and his loft had all of the basic amenities to meet all of my needs. Safe neighborhood. Many shops, eateries, etc all within basic city walking distance. Highly recommend.

Best place in Hillcrest!

The place is so cozy, perfect location to almost everything walking distance. Bed was super comfortable. Wish there was a stove but definitely not a deal breaker. Andrew was super attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend! Looking forward to a future stay!

Cozy little spot in good location

Comfortable, clean, cozy, convenient to where we wanted to be. Freeway traffic noise was concerning at first, but with door closed wasn't a big deal. Overall very satisfied.

Comfortable spot in the center of San Diego

My partner and I had a great stay! The lodging was in a perfect location - walkable to the vibrant Hillcrest neighborhood, and a short drive to downtown, beaches, Old Town, and all that San Diego has to offier.

great stay - very easy to get around, walkable & 10-20 mins via car to all great spots you want to see! not a huge spot, but big enough & comfy for what is needed. would definitely stay here again

It was a cute little studio that offered us a good place to stop by and relax in between checking out all that San Diego had to offer! We appreciated there being a fridge and microwave because we didn’t want to eat out the entire weekend we were there. Communication from the host was great, privacy was great, we were worried about not finding street parking, but surprisingly we did not struggle with that (maybe just our luck!). The neighborhood was also nice and had several places nearby that were great; coffee shops, a ramen place, a few thrift stores and a movie theater all within walking distance! Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely book again if need be.

Small, but all you need!

This efficiency was perfect for my work-by-day, then visit friends and family in the evening. Nice location, near plenty of walkable stores, restaurants, etc.

Perfect location for Hillcrest

The property is perfect for one or two people. It's cute, and so close to all things in Hillcrest. I did not need a car for nothing in Hillcrest. Short Uber ride to Zoo and other attractions.
