En la planta superior, un hermoso apartamento luminoso que consta de una sala de estar, un dormitorio y un baño tiene capacidad para otras 4/5 personas. Independientemente del número de huéspedes, la villa está destinada para uso exclusivo. Los acabados son lujosos, diseñados en detalle y hechos con materiales de calidad. La villa es muy cómoda y completa con todos los servicios necesarios y todas las comodidades. En frente de la propiedad se encuentra un característico y hermoso edificio anexo (espacio abierto) definido por los amables huéspedes "SUPER", una maravillosa casa real que ofrece la oportunidad de disfrutar de excelentes aperitivos, almuerza y ​​cena tranquilamente, pasando los días en total relajación ya que está equipado con todo. The property and villa were amazing. We loved the outdoor kitchen and spent most of our time out there. The house was well equipped for any meal needs. Sara snd her family were amazing hosts and we felt like special guests! Loved the pasta dinner and it was definitely a highlight of our trip. Wahnsinn! Eine Unterkunft, die noch schöner ist, als auf den Bildern in der Beschreibung. Reizende und herzliche Gastgeber, die einem diskret im Hintergrund den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie nur möglich machen. Das Haus, der Garten, der Pool, die Außenküche - einfach ein Traum. Alles sehr gepflegt und mit viel Herz, Liebe zum Detail und gutem Geschmack eingerichtet. Die zwei Wochen verbrachten wir eigentlich nur am und im gepflegten Pool und in der gemütlichen Außenküche. Daher haben wir das Haus eigentlich nur zum Schlafen genutzt. Und auch da ein riesiger Komfort mit tollen Betten und Matratzen. Wir können uns bei unseren Gastgebern Rosella, Sara und Fabrizio nur von ganzem Herzen bedanken, dass wir diese zwei Wochen lang ihre Gastfreundschaft genießen durften. Eine absolute Wohlfühloase. Und wir kommen wieder, garantiert.Fantastico! Fantastico! Un sogno!Saluti a Tommy

The pros:We all had an absolutely amazing time, why?We came to stay at Villa Sara from a very busy few days stay in the City of Rome and needed some R&R! We definitely got this and so much more! From the very booking communication was prompt and available when needed, a warm and friendly welcome on arrival by Sara and her father. The villa inside was immaculate, spacious and very comfortable with absolutely everything you need (including a lovely little welcome basket ) Outside is breathtakingly beautiful! With a large pool, outdoor kitchen with bathroom, and the most lovely views of lemon and olive trees surround you. A car is a must, with local supermarkets and restaurants near by. We were also able to visit Nemi and lake Nemi (recommended by Sara) just stunning 🤩 and a trip to Pompeii was do able. Sara, her family and the Villa is a rare find and we’re so grateful we got to stay here and meet them. Cons: We had to leave. The 8 days are not long enough, however, Sara has said we’re welcome back Villa Sara, along with the family will be special memories for us and has totally made us fall in love with Italy x x x

“EXCEPTIONAL HOME AND HOST”!! This location exceeded our expectations. Very clean, comfortable and relaxing location with beautiful surroundings. The kids loved the pool and ping pong table. The outside kitchen was a great gathering spot for all our meals. It allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather while cooking and eating. The host made us a fantastic homemade meal. The also greeted us with a beautiful welcome basket. It was a wonderful surprise! We would highly recommend this to anyone!! You would not be disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay! Nothing to say except everything was wonderful.

Overall, the property was better than we expected. The outdoor kitchen was a great place for lunches and we had coffee by the pool every morning. The gift basket they left for us was a great surprise, pasta, sauce, coffee, sugar, etc. We couldn't have asked for a better location or for better hosts.

A Perfect Stay in Italy!

We had a truly wonderful experience at this beautiful, updated home in Italy. The house was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed—Sara left us a thoughtful basket filled with spaghetti, pasta sauce, and a generous selection of snacks, which was such a kind gesture.Communication was excellent throughout our stay. Sara was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for local restaurants and shopping. She even went above and beyond by making a reservation for us at a beautiful restaurant, which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip.The property itself was stunning—modern, peaceful, and very well maintained. Sara made sure we had everything we needed and more. We truly enjoyed every moment and definitely plan to be back! Highly recommended!

Amazing Home!

Can’t say enough about this oasis of a property and the property owners! Sara was super responsive and a joy to get to know while we stayed here. The home is very clean and well-maintained- very comfortable. We rented the main house which the upper level apartment for a very reasonable cost. If the whole home is rented, 8 people can stay here very comfortably. Close to grocery stores and train stations too. Would absolutely stay here again!

Wow! Che bellissima casa!!

We were blown away with the beauty of this property! It was so peaceful, and quiet, and very clean. It had everything we needed and then some. Tucked away in the countryside. Our hosts were the absolutely sweetest! So kind and generous, I felt like family immeadiately after we arrived. It was also very accommodating for our young children. We loved it so much, we want to go back to this exact location and the same hosts. So much space and outdoor area to stretch all of our legs! The in-ground pool was perfect along with the stunning outdoor kitchen. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Grazie mille!

Family Holiday to visit Rome

The property is fantastic and provides a great place to relax by the pool and enjoy the poolside summer house and kitchen. Everything we needed was there and it was spotlessly clean. Sara and her family were very welcoming and available for any assistance. Rome is easily accessible by train with the station only a 15 minute drive from the villa and plenty of free parking. This was the perfect location for visits to Rome and to have a quiet and relaxed out of town base. We would definitely recommend it!

Lovely host and host famlly

This is a very comfotrable house, with a terrific pool area and poolhouse. All what you need in terms of equipment is there. Good working Airco, important since it was 37 degrees when we visited. Nice table tennis table too. Sara and her Father Fabrizio (and his lovely wife) are super hosts, who will help you getting into the best restaurants and have good advise about nice places to visit in the area. React on the spot when you might have requests. Fabrizio hosts a great Carbonara. Our favourit trip: Nemi( 15 minutes drive). All in all would highly recommend.

Heel fijne vakantie zonder zorgen, alles is zeer goed onderhouden. Er zijn voldoende voorzieningen (wasmachine, afwasmachines ed ..) met een huurwagen ben je in 17min aan het treinstation, ideaal! Rome is prachtig, maar de omliggende dorpen zijn ook zeker de moeite waard te bezoeken. Jammer is dat de bermen vol vuilnis liggen.

Amazing property, incredible host

The countryside location was beautiful and made for a super relaxing holiday, also with easy access to Rome. The house and grounds are spacious and beautifully kept and the pool was lovely and refreshing. We had everything we could possibly need in the fully equipped indoor and outdoor kitchens. Sara is incredibly kind, generous and accommodating. She was always available to answer questions and help in any way. We especially enjoyed her dining and winery recommendations. 2 weeks was not enough, we didn’t want to leave. We highly recommend staying here. Thank you Sara you and your family are super hosts ❤️

Wir waren dort mit 5 Erwachsenen Personen für 10 Tage. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb eines Vorortes von Rom, sehr idyllisch. Es sind in der Umgebung 2 Bahnhöfe, mit den man in kurzer Zeit in Rom ist. Man kann nicht nur die Gegend erkunden sondern es gibt auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wichtig ist die Famile Bianchi welche sich um alles kümmern und jede Frage beantworten. Es hat uns an wirklich nichts gefehlt. Einfach super und das Geld wert.

Better than you can imagine!

The property and hosts exceeded all expectations. The warmth and hospitality of the hosts as well as the comfort of the property allowed us to enjoy Italy in a way that would have been impossible without staying there. Beautiful vacation

We took a European cruise and after returning to Rome stayed in a Villa outside the city, it was hands down the best rental we ever stayed in, The hosts were 5 star, they provided authentic Italian breakfast and some dinners for us and were the nicest people we ever met, if in Rome a must stay!!! Can’t say enough good things!!!

Ottima esperienza! Villa stupenda! Vi abbiamo trascorso una bella settimana in grande relax e comodi

La villa dispone di tutto quello che può servire e abbiamo potuto goderci la vacanza fin dal primo giorno senza doverci preoccupare di nulla, dal detersivo per i piatti a quello per il bucato, dalle stoviglie alla biancheria. La villa è rifinita impeccabilmente, arredata con grande gusto e cura nei dettagli. Il giardino, la piscina e l'accogliente struttura esterna per poter mangiare all'aperto più che comodamente completano il quadro per un soggiorno in pieno rrelax, privacy e tranquillità. Un piccolo paradiso. Nei dintorni non mancano ottimi ristoranti dove si mangia davvero benissimo! I paesini vicini sono gioielli da visitare e per chi vuole visitare la capitale, oltre a poterci andare in auto si può prendere un comodo e frequente treno da una stazione a pochi chilometri dalla villa che in 23 minuti porta alla stazione Termini di Roma. La villa è ampia e spaziosa, il piano di sopra può essere incluso se lo si desidera o se si è più di 6 persone ma in ogni caso l'intera villa e il giardino sono ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. Una menzione a parte meritano i proprietari della villa, perfetti sotto ogni punto di vista. Molto discreti ma immensamente disponibili e generosi e molto attenti nell'assicurarsi che gli ospiti trascorrano una splendida vacanza secondo le loro esigenze. Siamo rimasti molto colpiti dalla bellezza della villa certamente ma soprattutto dalla grande cortesia dei proprietari che con grane discrezione si sono presi cura di noi.

Sara was the most incredible host from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. The property was even better than the pictures and descriptions suggest. It has absolutely everything you need for a fantastic holiday. Thanks Sara!!

Urlaub bei Sara

Unser Urlaub, war nahezu Perfekt. Bis auf zwei drei Kleinigkeiten. z.B der Balken der Schaukel war kurz vor dem Durchbrechen. Ein Stromkabel im Wohnzimmer ragte aus der Wand, ist ein no go mit Kindern. Ansonsten war alles Reibungslos und toll. Wir würden wieder hin fahren.

I decided to rent this property at the end of July 2015, a little late to tell the truth, because it is a beautiful place that is worth visiting at least once. We decided to make available to our guests Villa to make it known and appreciated in all His beauty !! It appears to be a magic world and if you want relax, calm, comfort and good food you have found the right place ............... we are waiting for you !!!!!!

This villa was built in 2001 by me, treated in detail. Have been the love and passion that led me to create this corner of paradise, the search for a different place to enjoy the beauty of the landscape, good air, the big trees, the oaks, fine cuisine and in summer, fresh and genuine garden produce.
