A really nice family vacation (3 weeks with family.of 5) in lovely top floor apartment of the hosts Villa. Alfonso is an excellent host, very welcoming and helpful with tips for restaurants, supermarkets and days out. He was always available to quickly resolve any issues. Lovely quiet, secure and peaceful location as a base for days out as close to road and rail connections. Lovely pool which the kids loved and the apartment is spacecious anx clean with comfy lounge and beds. Recommended a couple of items to improve in the kitchen but norhing major. Highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay Alfonso.

Overall very good.The property is very functional and more than suited our needs.A car is a must. The cooking facilities were ok for us as we only wanted a simple breakfast each morning but if looking to cook a family evening meal then you would struggle.Good communication from the host at all times making sure that we were ok and had everything we required.The property is in the countryside but close to a couple of supermarkets, we went into Rome on the train which was really good and inexpensive. Only 15/20 minutes away from a theme park which was surprisingly very good. Also as theme parks go it was really good value. Overall a great holiday, not 5 star but really good enough.

We had a wonderful time staying at Alfonso’s beautiful villa. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The pool was superb with a lovely seating area all day and evening. The football pitch/tennis area was brilliant and gave us many hours of enjoyment. Within easy walking distance to the town and its bars and restaurants and plenty of areas to explore for long runs!The location was superb and we took advantage of the main line train station 20 minutes drive away which took us in to Rome within 40 minutes. An easy drive down to Napoli and Pompeii is a must and well worth exploring.Alfonso and his family could not have been more helpful. Very welcoming, always helpful in recommending places to visit, restaurants and supermarkets. We had two wonderful weeks that we will never forget. Heaven on Earth can be found here. Grazie mille Afonso!!

Comfortable stay in lovely house

We spent a very comfortable week in this lovely house. Alfonso, the owner, was a great host and was always responsive and helpful. The area where the house is located seems undiscovered but very beautiful and remains unspoilt by tourists. A day trip to Rome was very easy via a nearby railway station (€6 return). We are a family of 5, with three teenage/20's sons. We enjoyed the pool and ate all of our meals on the spacious balcony. The only things that could have been better were the coffee machine, which would only make a max of 2 cups at a time, and also there were no baking trays for cooking in the oven. We would definitely go back to Alfonso's house if we were visiting this area of Italy again.

Splendida villa immersa nella quiete delle colline di Lariano. L'appartamento da 9 posti totali è al piano superiore della villa che sembra quasi una reggia. Molto curato, i proprietari gentilissimi. Comodo per chi vuole godere delle bellezze dei Castelli Romani ma anche per chi vuole divertirsi o fare shopping al Parco di Valmontone poco distante. Ringrazio ancora i proprietari per l'accoglienza. Consigliato

Wir waren eine Woche mit Fam. in diesem Domizil. Als Villa/ Ferienhaus beschrieben- mussten wir feststellen, dass es sich nur um die obere Whg. im Haus- indem der Gastgeber mit Fam.selber lebt, handelt. Die Frau des Gastg. begrüßte uns, nach längerer Wartezeit, kurz angebunden- knappe Einweisung, ganz wichtig Mülltrennung und weg war sie. Und dann gab es keinen Tag wo irgend was nicht funktionierte- Abfluss verstopft, Spülmaschine kaputt, Duschschlauch- gerissen, Couch-Rückenlehne gebrochen und dermaßen abgelebt usw.. Fazit: Die Whg. in der Villa ist bestückt mit Möbeln und Utensilien, die ihre Zeit längst hinter sich haben- die der Gastg. ausrangiert hat. Die SZ- unbequeme quietschende Betten- Schränke die mit Sachen des Gastg. gefüllt sind. Die Küche, schlecht ausgestattet- Whg. für angebl. 9 Gäste geeignet- mit 4 Messern und viel zu wenig Geschirr, verbeulten Pfannen und uralten Kochutensilien. Terrasse, Lagerort für altes Gerümpel und die Bestuhlung, dermaßen unbequem-und auf Stuhlkissen mit Schimmelflecken-will man auch nicht sitzen. Der Gastg. wurde über kaputte, nicht funktionierende Zustände informiert- Abfluss-Duschschlauch wurde repariert aber das war’s dann auch. Der Abreisetag-hatte extra angefragt ob wir später die Whg verlassen können- schriftl.Aussage-kein Problem. Früh 8Uhr wurde dies dann revidiert und es blieb bei 10Uhr. Niemand kam zur Übergabe Wir mieten oft Häuser/Whg.-aber sowas Gastunfreundliches habe ich noch nie erlebt. Viel Geld für SCHEIN bezahl

Nous avons fini nos vacances Italiennes par ce logement. Il est conforme à l'annonce, il y a une belle pièce de vie. Le cadre y est très agréable et la piscine bien entretenue. La communication avec l'hôte est très facile et rapide, c'est un vrai confort !

Vackert hus med underbar pool

Vi hade en härlig vecka i Lariano. Vackert hus, härlig pool, perfekt med fotbollsplan för 12 åringen. Det fanns vingårdar, restauranger och saker att se i närheten. Man måste ha bil. Alfonso och hans familj höll sig för sig själva men hjälpte till med tips på restauranger och om behov uppstod. Huset och trädgården är finare än bilderna. Jag kan absolut tänka mig att återvända!

Vacances en famille

Bonjour, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. La Villa est vraiment belle. L’extérieur également. Les enfants ont joué dehors. La piscine malheureusement n’était pas disponible mais nous avons trouvé une solution avec l’hôte. L’hôte est très gentil et très serviable. Je recommande et nous reviendrons très certainement bientôt. À bientôt

Beautiful villa with amazing hosts

Wonderful house, clean and well furnished. Lovely pool with ample garden furniture. The grounds were stunning. Alfonso and his family were just lovely, very welcoming and responded to messages immediately. Thank you for a wonderful holiday :) xx

Ruhige Ferien mit viel Entspannung

Das Haus und die Wohnung sind genau wie dargestellt. Platz ist genug vorhanden, so dass man sich auch mal zurückziehen kann. Die Lage ist günstig wenn man die Region erkunden möchte. Der Pool war super! Nicht ganz so schön ist die Bestuhlung auf der Terrasse, die zur Wohnung gehört. Wir haben uns kaum getraut diese zu benutzen, da die Stuhlbeine immer nach hinten weggingen - sehr weiches Plaste + die Hitze. Grundsätzlich ein schönes Objekt um Ferien zu machen

Il terrazzo è uno dei posti migliori della casa vacanze. Le sedie sono di plastica verde, ma nessun ospite si è mai lamentato delle stesse. Se ci fossero stati dei problemi avrei potuto sostituirle. Il terrazzo è anche dotato di un grande ombrellone che ripara dal sole.. Sono stati piccoli problemi a cui avrei potuto rimediare facilmente. Grazie comunque per aver scelto la mia casa vacanze!

Sehr nett für uns leider mit Abstriche

Netter ort und freundlicher Gastgeber. Perfekt um rom zu erkunden. Man ist in 35 min mitten in Rom mit dem Zug. Wohnung ist schön. Hier gibt es viel Platz. Leider als wir da waren war das wasser grün im Pool. Der gastgeber hat dann wasser zur hälfte weggemacht. Deswegen könnten wir den nicht benutzen. das war nicht in Ordnung hätte man bevor wir kamen machen können. Wlan funktioniert in der Wohnung nicht so gut, Ansonsten war alles andere super.

Purtroppo il giorno precedente all'arrivo degli ospiti, c'è stato un forte temporale che unito all'intenso caldo ha provocato nell'acqua della piscina il crearsi di alghe che l'hanno resa di colore verdastro. Ho dovuto svuotarla e riempirla di nuovo e questo ha provocato dei disagi agli ospiti. I diagi però non sono dipesi dalla mia volontà. Lo stesso vale per il WIFI che non ha funzionato perfettamente, ma a causa del temporale. Oggi tutto è perfetto!

Propriété correspond assez bien à l'annonce (quelques menus travaux devraient être réalisés par le propriétaire). Très bons conseils de visites, de restaurants, etc. de la part des propriétaires. Tranquillité et disponibilité de ceux-ci sont à mettre en avant. À recommander.

agreable sejour en famille

Notre séjour d'une semaine s"est bien passé, la location a été conforme à nos attentes dans une propriété bien tenue. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et attentionnés. Il n'y a pas d'autres locataires ce qui est un gage de tranquillité. Comptez 1h30 entre la propriété et le moment où vous aurez garé votre voiture dans Rome qui bouchone beaucoup.. Nous étions 2 adultes et 4 enfants et tout le monde a apprécié le séjour, la grande piscine y étant pour beaucoup.

Fantastic house with pool close to Rome

We were two families staying in this beautiful house in these nice surroundings just south of Rome. We were warmly welcomed by Family Alfonso Mauro, and we enjoyed the beautiful country side and the nice facilities; pool, tennis court and a fantastic Italian garden. The apartment worked well for two families. Everything was nice and clean and Mr. Mauro even managed to rent an additional cottage close by for our son and his girlfriend - very romantic. Driving 10 minutes, jump on the train and you are in the center of Rome just an hour later. A great vacation, we saw everything of Rome and enjoyed the Italian country side. Formidables vacances

Nous avons passé deux formidables semaines chez Alfonso et Michaela ! L'endroit est magnifique, calme et très bien entretenu. La piscine a été vraiment indispensable pour supporter la chaleur, nous ne regrettons absolument pas de nous être éloignés de Rome ! Le plongeoir a ravi toute la famille, ainsi que les belles dimensions du bassin (10x5 env.) Les propriétaires sont plus que charmants, disponibles et aidants pour tout. L'entrée indépendante et la situation de l'appartement à l'étage de leur maison permettent de se sentir vraiment chez soi, et tranqulles. C'est grand, fonctionnel et très propre. On est à peu près 1h de tout : Rome, Tivoli, les plages du sud de Rome (Nettuno, Terracina)... Comptez 40 minutes pour les lacs de Castel Gandolfo et de Nemi (magnifiques...) Bref, nous vous recommandons chaudement cet endroit. Un hâvre de paix !

SEJOUR AGREABLE

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable. les enfants ont bien profité de la piscine ainsi que les adultes. le cadre est agréable. les propriétaires sont disponibles et discret. les supermarchés ne sont pas très loin. une gelateria est à l'entrée de LARIANO et il est agréable de s'y retrouver le soir après le dîner. les pièces sont très spacieuses. il est agréable de prendre son petit déjeuner sur la terrasse. un très bon séjour à conseiller pour les familles.

VACANCES LARIANO

Nous avons séjourné du 05/07/2015 au 18/07/2015. La maison est très spacieuse pour recevoir largement deux familles. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et discrets. Nous avons profité pleinement de la Piscine. Les enfants étaient ravies. C'est très agréable de prendre le petit déjeuner le matin, en terrasse. Nous sommes tout proche de Rome. Il y a un grand supermarché à 5mn en voiture. http://www.topsupermercati.com/top-artena.php il y a également un restaurant à LARIANO où il est agréable de dîner en terrasse. http://www.premiatatrattoriaprati.it/ Une Gelateria est présente à l'entrée de la Ville. Il est très agréable d'y aller déguster une glace le soir après le repas. bon séjour!!!!

Fantastic holiday

Our family had a wonderful holiday staying at Alfonso's villa . Italy was beautiful, the people were lovely. Alfonso and his family were all very helpful , they took us to the supermarket as soon as we arrived as we hadn't hired a car straight the way. The villa was really lovely, I would definitely recommend staying there. The children loved the pool, and the tennis court.
