Welcome to the Marlin House (52). This stunning 3 bed, 3 bath luxury villa is located in the premier gated community of Indigo Reef. Immediate boat access to the Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic Ocean. 31' dockage included (trailer parking located across the street for a nominal charge at the Moose Lodge). Upon entry, you'll appreciate the professionally decorated open floor plan that expands through the gourmet kitchen/dining area, family room and into the outdoor covered lanai. Kitchen includes all of the amenities you'll need including Margaritaville Blender, Ice Cream Maker, Bread Maker, Keurig, Ninja coffee bar, crockpot and new stainless steel appliances. Three private bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located on the second floor each with direct deck access. Beds include Brooklinen Luxe Core line sheets and duvet covers. Sleeps 8. Enjoy happy hour on one of 3 spacious decks and grill your catch as you watch the sunset. 24/7 access to the owners should you need anything. The Marlin House is new to the rental market so don't be alarmed with the lack of reviews. Book now before it's too late!

Beautiful vacation villa in Marathon!

Lovely home

Perfect getaway from winter

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO in Marathon Shores! The condo was incredibly well-stocked—just like home—with everything we could possibly need. From the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living space, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The location was perfect, and the host was absolutely wonderful—responsive, friendly, and truly made us feel welcome. One of the highlights was relaxing on the deck and balcony, watching the breathtaking sunsets over the water. It was the perfect way to end each day. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed another wonderful stay at the Indigo Reef! Many wonderful sunsets! The pool was gorgeous with beaches within a minute drive...the house was beautiful furnished & a perfect getaway with family! Definitely be back!

Great Location & Perfect Views

We had an amazing experience at this property. The manager/owner was quick with any responses we needed and made it a super smooth process. The location for boating is perfect! We could see our boat from the villa, short distance to the pool and the best sunset views. We will be staying there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very nice with awesome views. Very well laid out. We had our own boat slip which made it nice and convenient for us. It is located on a good spot on the island close to whatever you need. We all had a wonderful time here
