Esta casa adosada viene con una COCINA TOTALMENTE EQUIPADA con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. La espaciosa sala de estar y sala de estar se abre al porche trasero, con excelentes vistas del muelle y el agua.

Highly recommend

Everything was great. The only problem we had was the code to the door didn't work when we arrived. We had trouble getting in touch with the property manager. After about an hour the property manager showed up and reset the code.

Great location n boat slip

We enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room for the four of us . It was nice to walk out the back door straight to the dock n get right on our boat . The location was perfect and close to everything . Lots of places to eat nearby n very convenient .

Very Quiet

Property was great. Close to everything you need, with no heavy traffic. Boat dock was nice, caught plenty bait fish and had a great spot to park our trailer. The neighbor was a super cool guy. We will be back soon

Great townhouse

When I was reading other folks reviews on this property, one person said the photos don’t do it justice; they were right. Place was great, beds were very comfortable, unit was stocked with everything we needed. The location was awesome. Tacky Jacks was fun and a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Other than pre-check in communication, our experience here was top shelf.

Beautiful townhouse with a great view

The property is very beautiful and spacious. The backyard has an amazing view of the canal. The condo wasn’t as clean as I and my family expected it to be. The owner Staci was very nice and communicated with us very well.

Great area poor to average condo

The day was not as good as I wanted it to be there was a lot of broken items and poor condition items in the house. I started complaining day one with Vrbo however they were useless and did not help even though they promised that they would.

Weekend Getaway

The property was fantastic. The location was amazing and absolutely perfect for us to bring our boat!! We had plenty of room for everyone and the beds were super comfortable. The property manager Staci was amazing also when I had any questions or concerns! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the downstairs bathroom door got hung up and someone got stuck in there! The property manager does know this now though. Other than that, we would definitely love to stay here again.

family visit

Visited our daughter, son in-law and grandchildren. Loved the location on the Marina, even though we do not own & did not rent a boat. Our grandchildren, boys ages 10 & 8, had so much fun trying to catch fish from the dock. Orange beach the Cotton Bayou public access was about 2 miles away. It was beautiful, has Life guards on duty, public restrooms available and a food truck. Perfect. Loved our stay & will cherish our memories forever! Thank you!!

OB Townhome

The location was great and our own private boat dock was wonderful. There were lights that didn’t work and the garbage disposal didn’t work. There was also a shortage of kitchen utensils and some ottomans or lazy boy type chairs would have been nice. The main television was also damaged and only a partial view could be seen but we enjoyed everything else.

Best place in Orange Beach!

If you view this property, book it! You will not find a better location than this. It’s a mile from the beach and has the cutest boating doc for your viewing pleasure! The dollar general is located not even a half a mile so it’s at your convenience! The owners were so easy to work with! The home was equipped with everything that you would have at your own home which is very helpful! Tacky Jacks is walking distance, make sure to order a bushwhacker! The home is very modern and up to date and just overall the best place that we have ever stayed! You will not be disappointed!

July 4th weekend

We really enjoyed the property. It was clean and really liked the area. The only problem we had was we were accidentally parked in the wrong boat slip. A rude man pulled up to the dock and let approximately 10 young adults off of his boat and started screaming at us telling us we would have to move our boat repeatedly which we immediately took care of. The young adults that he let off of his boat that did not live at the property filled up the garbage cans with all of their trash and beer cans from his boat so we didn’t have much room in the garbage cans for our trash. No one from his boat lived or was staying on the property. It seems that he uses it for a personal pick up and drop off station. I received a call from the owner saying he was the HOA and I explained to her we didn’t realize we were parked in the wrong dock. The neighbors to the left were very friendly and kind.

Great place

My husband and I stayed from January 15th until the end of March. This property was exactly as described. Updated unit, pet friendly, lots of sun from the back patio, great location for walking every day and close to everything. Two master suites upstairs with comfortable beds. Half bath in bunk room downstairs. Property manager was wonderful to work with. Fast response to a couple of issues during our stay. I would stay here again. Thanks Staci.

Great place to bring your boat

The place is nicer than the pictures indicate. It's in a great spot, quiet area but super close to everything. We loved being able to dock our boat.

Great place! Great host!

We had such a great time here. It’s walking distance to two marinas so we were able to rent boats and eat at restaurants with ease! The rooms upstairs are em suites and are pretty big. The room downstairs has a bunk bed and bathroom, which was great for the kiddos. The kids got a fishing pole and fished like crazy out in the grass—and fed the fish to a bird named George! We all loved this place and can’t wait to return!

Great Location

It rained everyday—and we still managed to find places to go and great places to eat. We were entertained by a resident Heron who liked to stand on the back patio. When a neighbor would come back from fishing, the Heron would wait for a fish to be tossed his way. For our group, this was the perfect location, convenient to everything!

Wonderful stay!

Six of us total stayed at the property (3 adults and 3 children ages 4,6,&7). We all thoroughly enjoyed the property. The bunk beds were a hit with the kids and the adults had plenty of room. It was nice sitting on the patio and watching the boats come in and out (and we made a heron friend!). The location was close to everything and waking distace to some places. Overall we will definitely stay at this property again. And Staci was very responsive and helpful!

Family of 5 vacation. Excellent experience!

We have a family of 5 and a small dog. We all staid 3 nights and couldn't be happier with this experience. The owner was very helpful and kind which made for an easy, stress free vacation. This property is in a very nice neighborhood thats very close to shopping and the beach. The next time we visit Alabama, we'd be very happy to use rental again. 5 stars!!

Great property and great location!

We loved being on the canal, watching all the boats and wildlife. We also enjoyed biking on the nearby bike trails in the state park. The condo has 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and the downstairs has a comfortable living room area, large screen TV, and smaller bunk bedroom with a half bath. The kitchen and dining area are very nice. There is also a back patio and a screened in porch upstairs off the 2 bedrooms.

Lovely Off the Main Strip Place

This privately owned condo is beautiful and spacious. There is more than enough room for a family with children (fits 8; The bunkbed bedroom is not included in the photos, but it is there.) A couple of board games are also available for the kids. Just out the back door are boat slips and many friendly boaters to wave to as they pass by. Be aware that there is no fencing around the property so families with small children and pets must stay vigilant over their babies. It does not have a pool, but the beach is not far and is easy to get to. It is also nearby many convenience stores such as Dollar General, Publix, Rouses, Wal-Mart Marketplace and many souvenir shops. The 20 minute drive to Wal-Mart Supercenter and Target also isn’t bad. On a side note, there is no hair dryer, so be sure to bring your own. There is also no iron or ironing board, but if you’re there simply for the beach, you won’t need one. Lastly, the owner is readily available through text and willing to accommodate as needed. We will definitely keep this property in mind if we return. Thank you so much for a relaxing weekend.
