What a wonderful home! Warm, welcoming. A place that pulls you in after a day of fun adventures! And, in some times, when helping family in medical need, as I was, a sanctuary to let you recharge and start the day with a fresh perspective. Candace is an awesome host. Every question I had was answered immediately. The back patio was my go to place.

Best Kitchen!

The open concept and well stocked kitchen made our family Christmas so memorable! We thoroughly enjoyed this home and our hostess was so accommodating and included so many items, from bathroom toiletries to kitchen spices. Really hated to leave! Thank you so much!

We had family in from out of state and could not host them at our home. We found Candace’s place and knew it would be perfect. My mother and father in law loved the king size bed, the tv in the bedroom and easy access to the en suite restroom. The kitchen and dining space made group breakfasts so easy and we all were able to gather with additional family before heading out to the theme parks, nature walks and beach. As soon as any issue arose, it was addressed. There is now a new refrigerator and garbage disposal in the unit. My brother and sister in law commented on the extra parking space and the cute outdoor space where they had coffee each morning. This house brought our family one of the most stress-free holidays! Thank you Candace!

Good stay.

This property was perfect for our stay. My husband and two teenage children had plenty of room. Although the accommodations are not fancy everything we need was there and it was very clean. Candace responded promptly to any questions I had. We chose this place because it was close to family. It was perfect. Thank you.

Don’t overlook the patio

My son and I had to travel to Palm Bay after my sister died to help her son with arrangements. We stayed at this charming house for a week. The location is excellent, easy to find and close to Dixie Highway and the beaches. I spent much of the time on the patio which was shaded almost all day and had a wonderful breeze in the afternoon. Among the amenities are Turkey Creek Sanctuary (with a fantastic boardwalk through ancient sand dunes along Turkey Creek), Veterans Park within walking distance and our favorite The Shack at the River with seafood and riverside outdoor seating. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Thanks for everything, Candace

Communication was not good with the owner and the house has a stuffy smell and needs an overall cleaning. Looks clean but the walls and furniture has an oder(stuffy smell)

I am sorry you feel this way and do regret reading this review. I understand your frustration with being unable to get into the house due to the code not working. I'm glad I was able to resolve it for you within 1.5 hrs. Our emails show that I responded to your other concern about the lock within 1 hour, which included coming by the house to show you how to operate the nest lock. I also have specific instructions in my check in instructions. I am also surprised to hear that you felt like there was a musty smell in the house. I wish you would have brought it to my attention while we were there with you. My husband and I did not smell anything at the time. Perhaps the smell came from the furnace being on for the first time or the newly laid sod. We have received many comments on how clean our home is and we believe among our other best practices is the reason why we have a five-star rating and considered a super host. Thank you for your comments so that I may address any issues.

The house was very clean, although the exterior grounds could use some care. No comfortable chair or lights in the living room. Having a bad back and knee replacement, I had to move a dining room chair to the living room. Contact with Candace was easy and pleasurable. Easy access to everything
