Come and relax in this gorgeous, comfortable and fully equipped home!
This home has all newer furnishing, comfortable beds, and fully equipped kitchen.
Enjoy your cup of coffee while sitting in the patio watching the local birds in the trees and foliage around the back yard.
The property is located in a small community, safe and quiet and yet a mere 7 minutes' walk to the shopping plaza and restaurants across the way and less than 5 minutes' drive to highway I95!
Also, a short 10 minutes' drive to the beautiful walking trails of Turkey Creek Sanctuary, where you may also choose to enjoy an amazing kayaking experience.
We are about 20 minutes away from Brevard County beautiful beaches, 1 hour from Orlando and just 30 minutes to NASA.
There is so much to do and explore!
Come have fun in the Sunshine State!

We had a lovely stay at Marcia's beautiful home in Palm Bay. The home was spacious and very comfortable, especially while traveling with a baby. My favorite part was drinking coffee on the patio overlooking plants and birds in the morning. The dryer does have a faint beeping sound throughout the night, but unplugging it while not in use did the trick(my fiance was convinced there was a friendly ghost in the house before figuring that out ). Gas stations, Publix and restaurants were nearby the rental which made things very convenient. We were very happy with our trip and home to stay again in the future!

Host was very responsive. House is in a nice, quiet neighborhood that is close to anything you could want to do. Plenty of room for a family get away. House was clean and loved that there were several areas to gather and enjoy each others company or just relax and be aline. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice place to stay. Everything was clean. Close to shopping and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. A couple of recommendations though. 1. If the ice machine isn't working, you should provide some ice cube trays to make some. It is Florida and hot after all. 2. Update the front entry to a coded lock. Providing a single physical key just makes it a little inconvenient when people in the house are going in different directions at different times and need to share the key to lock/access the house. But overall great stay. I would book again if visiting the area again.

We stayed in this property for an extended time and so got to know it well. It is a nice home with a lot of standard amenities. The location was excellent for easy access to shops and major roads. The house has everything you need for a short or long stay including a lot of dishes and cookware for the kitchen. The host was very fast in communication before and during the stay. They were also responsive to issues that arose. The house is a little older, so it has some charm but also a few hiccups that we encountered. The host was responsive to all the issues that arose and my family were overall happy with the stay.

Great location not far off I-95 and close to plenty of restaurants & shopping. Quiet neighborhood. House has more space than we needed for just the 2 of us but enjoyed using screen porch area. Front entrance area could use some clean-up and trimming, had to dodge some overhanging limbs. Host was very responsive.

House was very welcoming and comfortable. We really enjoyed the location for shopping, restaurants, and easy drive to beaches, pier, and nature trails. The manager of the property was close by and gave quick responses to any of my questions. Thank you for a great stay as we transitioned our oldest son off to his first year of college!

A home away from home!

We had a great experience staying here. Any questions that we had Marcia answered quickly, the house had everything you needed. It was clean and the location perfect, in a nice quiet neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the large screened in patio.

Great Stay

The house was clean and easily accessible. Great location just minutes from the Interstate in a popular part of the town. The amenities were great and everything listed was available to us without issue. I'd like to thank the host for their Hospitality, Kindness in communication and all around great property to stay at. This allowed us a great getaway to finally meet some long lost family members that live in the area.

Quiet and relaxing

Our stay was quite nice, it was located very close to the family we were visiting and our children were able to have their own dedicated sleeping space which enhanced our stay immensely. The host was very responsive and helpful in all aspects. There were ants in the bathrooms which was slightly frustrating, but beyond that the property was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit. Highly recommend this property if your looking for a convenient and quiet place to stay!

Not what we expected at all

We never received any instructions on how to get into the property before arrival. We had to contact the owner for the access code as we sat in the driveway. The house is a nice house, but needs a ton of work. The kitchen appliances need replaced. No light in the refrigerator, and water filter needed replaced. The stovetop and oven were filthy - coated with grease and grime. There was no hot water in the kitchen at all. And the BUGS!!! Tiny bugs on the kitchen counters, the bathroom sink tops, the coffee table in the living room, the chairs in the front room. We tried to clean surfaces but nothing helped. The bedding was stained and had hairs on it. The owner was quick to respond, and took the sheets to her house to wash. She said she did not wash the comforters, shams, pillows, etc. after each stay. YUCK!!! We had to wait until 11 p.m. for her to bring the bedding back after she washed it in order to get some sleep after traveling hours that day. We tried all we could to salvage the stay, but voluntarily left after 2 nights. We were initially promised a full refund from the owner (booked through VRBO which did nothing to assist us with any issue, except pass us from one employee to the next via telephone so we could repeat the issues over and over - this is our vacation time!) but after she spoke to VRBO, she reneged on that promise, and would not refund the taxes or the service fees. She did refund about half of what we had paid. I believe the owner to be a nice person, but she has no idea how to prepare a home for renting. The bedding and towels were mismatched, some were stained, and there was only one washcloth in the house. A stopper was missing in the master bathroom sink. The screened in porch was so dirty it couldn’t be used. The kitchen couldn’t be used. An overall failure sorry to say.

This property is absolutely clean! As you walk in the front door you will immediately be aware of the smell of freshness and cleanness, just as my other guests have attested to this fact in their reviews. All of our bedding are cleaned after each guest. They look and smell clean. I have decorative pillows on each bed, these have attached fabric, no, I don't strip them off and wash them, they are only for decor. The appliances are a bit older, but there was no grime on the stove or were any of the appliances dirty. The oven has normal permanent spot/stain that comes from usage. I did all I could to accommodate this guest. Finally, when a refund was requested, even though I was under no obligation to issue a refund, I was willing to do so. The guest paid for the 2 nights spent at the home and the Vrbo fees. The charge for the 4 remaining nights were fully refunded.

Our family of 4 enjoyed staying in this lovely home! It was spacious, clean and had plenty of space for gaming! It’s very convenient to shops, a theatre and to I-95! I highly recommend this property! Marcia was also quick to answer texts.

We were lucky & so fortunate to find this property! The price was very reasonable, the house was beautiful, spacious for our family of 6, and made for a very relaxing, peaceful & tranquil stay!! Rooms have plenty of room, amenities and comfortable feel. Bathrooms were super-clean and plenty of room for our adult kids.Communication with the owners was exceptional! A perfect problem-free stay. Exceptional value for this beautiful property!!We look forward to our next stay here!!
