Muy bonita unidad de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños frente al golfo en el cuarto piso. Cada habitación tiene una gran vista del Golfo. Suelos de gres en toda la unidad. Cocina recientemente renovada con pisos cerámicos y placa para salpicaduras de piedra. También es amigable con las mascotas. Un máximo de 2 perros bien educados y bien educados de menos de 30 libras. El servicio de sillas también está incluido para esta unidad. Hay una cama King size en el dormitorio principal. El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas Queen.

The condo location was perfect with an amazing view of the ocean. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking and baking needs. The beach chair service and ability to bring your pet was a game changer for us. Will definitely stay there again. Definitely appreciated the responsive and friendly communications with owner as well!

Love large balcony, great privacy between bedrooms was also nice.

Make sure to read upcoming events, we went during bike week which was LOUD. Overall condo was very nice. Kitchen was well stocked!

We enjoyed our stay here in PCB. Rooms were nicely decorated. Plenty of beach items to use. The condo was clean. We had an issue, but it was quickly resolved.. Hope to stay here when we return kext year.

Fabulous views!

This rental was clean and comfortable. I loved the fabulous views from every room. It was well laid out. You practically walk right out onto the beach. The pool was small but very nice and was never over crowded. The condo itself was perfectly located to all that PCB has to offer. Would stay here again.

I always enjoy staying at seachase

Condo was nice, we wish the decor was more beach theme like some others we stayed at. Overall good place. The place had a leak when we arrived but the property manager was good at letting us know what was going on and when people were coming to work on it. Eric was good to work with. I would stay there again. Beach wasn’t crowded in June which is important for us.

Beautiful view!

An ocean view from every room, except the bathrooms of course. The beds and the furniture are comfortable. It's a perfect layout for two couples, giving great privacy. The only negative is the closeness to the Sandpiper next door. It does obstruct your view somewhat. But the room gets a thumbs up. This is our second year to stay in this room and we would recommend it.

Great location

The unit was in a great location and had everything needed for a great stay. Felt floor had been overlooked in cleaning process and found dog food on floor in kitchen. Also kept finding little white stuff around and realized the ceiling was dropping texture particles. The ceiling also showed indications of major water damage and looked black and moldy in some areas. Furnishings were dated and not appropriate for the rate charged. Guest toilet ran constantly and sink in kitchen leaked water in pan bellow. Sliding glass doors are hard to open. Saw some units are being renovated and hope this one gets on the list soon. Once renovated it will be a real gem. Not a bad stay, but will avoid this unit in the future until renovated.

Great views. Great room.

We have stayed at this condo several times, in different floors and units. This unit is very nice. Furniture is comfy and clean. Beds are pretty comfy. Carpet was clean. Kitchen is stocked with essentials, but not a whole lot of extra little things. Coffee cups are small so if you like a gigantic cup in the morning, bring your own. 2 bathrooms both had bathtubs with handheld shower massagers. Balcony view of this condo is main draw here but at this unit it is so close to the next condo that you don’t have a sense of privacy. We brought our dog and she liked going down and visiting with other people and dogs at the strip of grass for dogs. Everyone is so friendly that stays here. There is a pool and an easy walk to the beach. My biggest thing I would change about this condo is making the pool heated, it’s freezing even on the hottest day due to the location between the buildings.

Unhappy Renter

As always we inspected our room when we arrived. The doors were open in the living room on the beach side and had no lock. However, the property manager was quick to bring something to lock the doors in the living room. The ceiling was falling in due to renters above, the 2nd bedroom slide doors wouldn't open, the vacuum cleaner spelled like dog and was full of pet hair. After we had departed to return home, we called property management when we discovered an item of ours was left in the room. After searching the room the property management returned our call and said it was retrieved and would be mailed to us on Monday. Almost a month has passed and we still haven't received our item. We contacted property management again via email and was informed that the item was never retrieved from the room.

BEST Condo in Panama City Beach, FL

This is our 2nd stay at Seachase. We absolutey love their facility. The staff is friendly & the condo is convenient to everything. Did I mention they have PET FRIENDLY UNITS!!!!!!!! This is almost unheard of in Panama City, FL. You are right on the beach, nobody drills you about what you can & cannot do. It is agreed before you go what your duties are as a tenant. All the tenants respect each other & the surroundings. I have never stepped in dog poop b/c they all pick up after their pets. My family is very happy with 20/20 realty. I hope they keep renting to us for a long time. They offer everything you need as far as plates, cups, dishes, doing laundry. They make it easy on you to arrive & depart. I have never had an issue with the A/C unit or any appliance in this building. The furniture/beds is a bit worn but we weren't honestly in the room that much to notice. It doesn't smell like dogs or pee. They have covered parking for our cars which was nice b/c we didn't have to load our stuff in the hot blazing sun. I can't wait to go back!!! If you are looking for a reasonable rate & a great find you should choose 20/20 Realty & Seachase. You won't be disappointed.. Happy repeat customer

We had a great vacation. Our condo was very nice, the beach is beautiful, you get two beach lounge chairs and umbrella, the location was great, easy access to restaurants, etc. Panama City Beach is very laid back, friendly people. Our condo was spacious, we really enjoyed our stay, we are ready to go back!

We stayed during the Christmas Holidays. I put up a small Christmas tree and lots of white lights. The pictures on the internet are exactly like the actual condo. It was very spacious with beautiful hard wood floors throughout the condo, clean with ceiling to floor windows in every room and the view of the ocean was perfect! The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking or baking. We had candlelight dinners every night. The ocean was so close and it felt like we were living on the actual edge of the ocean. My family loved the stay and the environment made a perfect vacation!! I am a psychologist and I am very detailed oriented. The overall building needs maintenance and updating. However, this condo gets a 5 star rating and it is a perfect environment for a family vacation.
