With 60' of wall to wall glass- you get an unobstructed view of the world's most beautiful beaches. Each room is Gulf front (except bathrooms). You can't beat this view!

A maximum of TWO well-behaved and well-trained dogs (under 30 lbs) are allowed in this unit! A non-refundable pet of $200 per pet applies.

The property was perfect for our family, our dog even enjoyed it. The condo is very nice and has everything you need. All you need to do is get groceries and you are set. The view from the balcony is amazing. I would return to this unit again.

Absolutely Perfect!

Thank you for such a wonderful vacation. The condo was perfect - exactly as advertised! The home was spotless, beds were super comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked, communication from the property manager was almost instant, and the best part - the views and location were unbeatable. Can't wait to come back!

Fabulous stay. Beautiful sunsets, oceanfront

We loved the spacious condo. Convenient location, lots of parking and just steps away from pool or beach. Incredible views each night as we watched the sunset and dolphins. Perfect for my dog to walk in the grassy areas and being on the first floor, there was no need to wait for the elevator. We will plan our next visit at the Seachase Condos. Loved everything about it.

Seachase Never Disappoints

Our family has been coming to SeaChase for years. This area is perfect for families and located on the quiet end of Front Beach Road, close to shopping and food options. This unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was very clean with easy access to the beach. We would definitely come back.

Nice and clean place, the beds were comfortable. The only thing that was bad was the balcony sliding door. It was hard to slide.

Great place-weather, not so much.

Loved the view and location. The beds were exceptional. We weathered thru a tornado, that was a mile west. Created the largest waves we’ve ever seen at PBC. Wind was at least 50mph all day Wednesday. We still managed to have a good time. Definitely would want to stay there again.

Short vacation

This is a beautiful condo with perfect beach access. We were there during the week and we had the place to ourselves. It got a little busier by the time we checked out on Saturday. No complaints about the unit other than beach towels were not provided. Everything else we needed was there. Will definitely be back!

Great stay for Thanksgiving

This condo was wonderful and had all we needed for a few nights away during Thanksgiving. As some have mentioned, the slider doors were quite hard to open and the main one opening onto the balcony’s handle was broken but the door was still usable. I know there are renovations ongoing at the property to replace the windows so I’m sure those will be replaced soon. Very clean and felt at home! Stocked generously with all the essentials. The property was very quiet with few people on the beach during our stay. Would 10/10 recommend!

This condo was amazing! The view from every room was breathtaking! The condo was furnished with everything we needed to feel at home. The beach chairs and umbrella that were included was a great addition to enjoy our time at the beach. Kendall added the perfect personal touch for any questions we had or anything in general. We most definately plan on returning for our next vacation! This whole experience was amazing from booking to checking out! I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay here! five star review!!!

Absolutely Stunning

There aren't enough words for how amazing this condo is! The views are incredible- and the space is stunning! They thought of everything- the addition of laundry soap, zip locks, Tupperware for left overs, dark wash clothes for makeup- there was nothing we needed that wasn't provided- and then some! The condo is in the perfect location- far enough past the 'heart' of PCB to be quiet and completely relaxing even on a holiday weekend! The chair service is awesome and the set up was perfect! This was the best space we've stayed in on the emerald coast hands down! We will definitely be back and using this group's rental without a doubt!

Beautiful View

Beautiful views, great beach, great location. The Condo was very clean and laid out very nice, loved the bedrooms being at opposite ends of the building with each having their own nice bathroom. It did not have comfortable patio furniture or beach chairs. The patio and bedroom sliders are very hard to slide. Fan in one bedroom did not work, the sink in the same room does not seal and the faucette is very loose. The kitchen is well equipped and very bright, nice laundry also. The living room furniture is ok. Beds were comfortable. Would we return, for sure.

Relaxing Week

So glad we booked this condo for the week. The building is older and has some work going on but the condo we were in on the first floor had been renovated and was very nice. It had everything we need to make our week comfortable. Beds that are comfortable are a big deal for us and these were great. We also loved that the bedrooms were on opposite ends of the condo. The view from every room was breath taking. We were at the quite end of the beach and found it to be not crowed at all. We were still close to all the attractions down the road and the grocery store was within walking distance. I will have to say our favorite thing about our stay were the beach chairs and umbrella that were set up for us each morning, and were included in our rental price. There were only 8 steps down to the beach which is great for those of us who aren't as young as we use to be. We can't wait to return next summer.

This property exudes beauty. Its proximity to the beach offers a serene escape. The communication with the property owners/managers was flawlessly managed. However, there was a significant hurdle to conquer – the condo's cooling system. For those seeking a cooler ambiance, be prepared for potential discomfort, as the temperature stubbornly hovered above 75 degrees during most of our stay. Furthermore, it's worth noting that there is no traditional coffee pot, only a Keurig machine, so aficionados of brewed coffee should consider bringing their own. A toaster is also notably absent. These observations are mere tidbits, aligning with personal inclinations. Yet, in the grand tapestry of our experience, these are the nuances worth knowing. Despite the thermal tussle within the condo, our overall enjoyment remained undiminished.
