Anchor-Rentals Musky Cottage

The Musky Cottage es nuestra renovación más reciente. Esta casa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños cuenta con una gran sala de concepto abierto con techo abovedado y chimenea de leña. Las áreas adicionales incluyen una gran cubierta y espacio extra en el sótano completo. El dormitorio principal tiene vista al lago, una cama Queen Size y un baño en suite con ducha grande. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y el tercero tiene 2 gemelos. Esta cabaña cuenta con comodidades modernas, como aire acondicionado central, WiFi gratis con TV inteligente, lavaplatos, lavadora / secadora y garaje adjunto para 2 autos.



Ubicado en lo alto de la costa con un patio plano, hay vistas panorámicas de la Bahía Oeste de Little St. Lago Germain. Aunque no hay playa, el fondo del lago es arena pura; Excelente para nadar. Está a poca distancia en coche de la ciudad ya poca distancia del Golden Pines Supper Club y del Timbers Bar and Grill. Disfruta de un fácil acceso a senderos para bicicletas y motos de nieve. Duerme 6 en camas.

The kitchen and great room accommodates a large group. Lots of windows to watch the boats, deer and birds. Great getaway from the big city.

Our pontoon boat engine died out in the middle of the lake. Even on Saturday we were able to contact someone and we were towed to our dock in 15 minutes. On Monday I called Jessica and she arranged a new pontoon so we did not miss any fishing time.

Rooms are all spacious, large closets. Nice deck/yard. Only loss of 1 star because of lack of privacy outside on lake side and proximity to resort next door.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Musky Cottage last week. Upon arrival the cottage was impeccably clean and ready for us to settle in. We had plenty of space for the 8 adults and 3 kids (ages 7, 6 & 5)We loved the yard, deck and fire pit. The atmosphere of the tall trees really felt like the north woods. The steps to the dock were clean and safe. The swimming area was great for all of us and while there isn’t a sand beach there is a small island on the lake with a small beach area that works perfectly. We loved our stay and are already looking forward to next year!

Great property on the water!

We traveled to St. Germain for a weekend fishing trip. The Musky Cottage was a great place to stay. Recently updated property in a good location - very close to everything in town but still isolated enough from the main road. We enjoyed the fire pit and access to the lake. Would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful house and setting

We stayed at the property the last week in July. We felt very comfortable staying here during the pandemic. Everything was very clean when we arrived. The day we arrived we went down to the basement and there was about an inch of water on the floor. We called the rental company and they sent someone over right away the next morning. Joe, the maintenance guy was very nice and let us know the status of the water. It took about 3 hours to shop vac all the water out - which we had to wait around to leave the house. Joe didn’t have a key and there isn’t any way to lock the doors without a key. He cleaned it all up and we were able to get out on the lake by afternoon. Later that night we went down to turn off the extremely loud fan (we couldn’t hear the TV upstairs) and there was more water again. This ended up happening 4 out of the 5 days we were there and it really disrupted our days. We ended up having to hang around the house more than we intended waiting for the basement to be cleaned up. It would have been nice if someone from the management company would have come over with a key and waited so we didn’t have to. The basement was starting to smell musty which was coming upstairs since there isn’t a door to the basement. The house is beautiful and hopefully they get this problem taken care of so there isn’t permanent damage.
