Great place!

The condo was as described, clean and had everything we needed. Right on the beach and pretty quiet for the area. Would definitely stay again!

Fun stay for the family

Process was extremely easy, communication outstanding and expectations were clearly relayed. We had a good time except for the cleanliness of the beach. Lots of seaweed rolling in but that’s nature. Can’t control that.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We are so pleased with our first VRBO experience and with Liquid Life rentals! I was sold on renting this unit when I saw the bunk beds and the modern updates in the photos. My 5 y/o was ecstatic about sleeping in a bunk bed for the first time. She didn’t want to leave! Unit was very clean and we had such a great week. Highly recommend Unit 706.

Great beach location and views.

Stay was great other than the elevator being out. The one remaining elevator was so slow and overloaded that it would routinely take 30-40 minutes to get a wagon to the beach. Property management said they were working on it but it was out the entire week. Property overall is great and can’t beat the central location!

Beautiful, spacious condo!!! The area was excellent, we had such a wonderful vacation! Just a few things that I noticed that made it really stand out…full set of dishes in the kitchen-we like to eat in for breakfast/lunch and go out for dinner, the dishes were so nice to have! the beach chairs/umbrella included in price of unit were AWESOME-so so convenient!! The balcony was so relaxing, parking was great & we enjoyed having the indoor poor & hot tub! ☀️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND this condo!! We will definitely be back & will let our friends family know about this gem!

Construction

From 8am until 5pm and sometimes 5:30 all we heard was jackhammering. It was absolutely horrible. We brought our 4 grandchildren. Unfortunately 2 of them burn after an hour in the sun so we couldn’t stay at the beach all day. Needless to say we will never book with this group again. Or stay in this location. VERY UNHAPPY!!

MAJOR CONSTRUCTION ON BUILDING

This building should not have been rented to paying guests. We suffered with unbearable noise from jack hammers and drills from 7:00am til 6:00pm. Workers came on our balcony unannounced. We were notified of some ongoing construction but this was way beyond tolerable. I called Liquid Life about this and they offered 20% discount but that is not nearly enough. My daughter and granddaughters looked forward to this beach trip for months and it was a major disappointment! We would like to be reimbursed for this stay. Gay Ojanpera

Wonderful Accommodations!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental! The ocean view from the balcony patio is breathtaking! The unit is on the corner and has multiple access points to the patio. Full view of the ocean is really only seen from the master and living area side. The patio furniture is very "beachy" and weather durable, however, not as comfortable as cushioned furniture would be. Inside, the décor is very up to date with smart TV's in every bedroom and the living area. The only "lesser updated" finding was the tub/shower combos in the two bathrooms. It would seem with everything else that was updated, these would have been also. In any case, they were clean and totally functional. The master suite is nicely split from the guest rooms. We had everything we needed for cooking and then some! Everything inside was clean and fresh. I love how the bedding, including the comforter, and towels are washed professionally between visitors. Despite construction on the high rise next to this one, we were not bothered by any large amount of noise as we were up by the time they started and gone much of the day while they worked. We would totally stay here again. We had never stayed directly on the beach on any of our trips to the Gulf and this location sold us on that for the future. And also, May is a great time to visit the area if you aren't traveling with school aged children. We found the beach to be populated, but not crowded and we enjoyed being able to rent beach chairs and an umbrella for the length of our stay. Parking was never a problem, either. Thank you so much for a wonderful 35th Anniversary trip that we shared with our best friends!!

Check in was nearly 2 hours late

So we had to spend that nearly 2 hours sitting in the parking lot with a very unhappy 3 yr old that just wanted to go to the beach. We got no information saying that check in would be delayed either. If check in is going to be after 3, you should notify your guest or not tell them check in is at x time when in reality it is not.

Everything was in great condition, the whole place was very clean, and the kitchen fully stocked; there was even a crockpot and blender. The views from the balcony are amazing!! There was lots of space for my family of 5 adults and 2 kids. The condo is in a great location with easy access to groceries, shopping and dinning. Beach access is a very short walk across the boardwalk. We had an issue with the tv/cable and liquid life arrived within 30minutes to get it fixed for us. Liquid life also checked in with us frequently to make sure everything was good during our stay. I would definitely stay at this condo again and book through liquid life!
