Lorgues is a city of art and history. Go for a walk and admire Saint-Martin church, the defensive wall and the belfry.

That villa is located on a quiet and private property : 2,400 square meters (24 are). The villa is perfectly decorated and very comfortable.
The villa has two patios. The first one is a covered patio overlooking the swimming-pool. The second one is behind the villa. That one is a
perfect shady patio if you want to relax on the evening.
There is a large living room with direct acces to the outdoors (direct acces to the two patios). There is also a semi-open kitchen on the living room.
On the first floor there is a large bedroom with a shower. From that bedroom, there is a lovely view on the swimming-pool.
Upstairs there are three nice bedrooms with a lot of storage space. There is a shower. There is a toilet.
The beddings (bed-linens and blankets) are new. The furniture of the villa is new and modern.
The swimming pool is 12 meters long and 5 meters wide. That one is ideally located.
The swimming-pool with salt is secured. There is an alarm system. As a parent, you are responsible forsafety.
Indeed, the sun shines all day long and you can take a sunbath whenever you want.
Children can enjoy the swing which is on the site (land).
