PERLA AZUL Hermosas 2 habitaciones en la playa

BLUE PEARL se encuentra en la residencia Nettle Bay Beach Club, 4 piscinas, seguro (barrera y guardián por la noche), cerca de todos los servicios.
Blue Pearl, en la planta baja, completamente renovado a principios de 2019, se encuentra en la cala más hermosa de la residencia frente a la playa y sus aguas turquesas. Cruzando, tendrá una gran sala de estar que se abre a la terraza con una magnífica vista de la playa y el mar, un televisor de pantalla grande + netflix, wifi, una gran cocina abierta a la sala de estar con equipamiento completo: horno microondas, horno eléctrico, cafetera Nespresso, cafetera eléctrica, licuadora ... etc, muchos armarios, una terraza equipada, iluminada, una gran mesa con 4 sillas 2 baños de sol, decoración refinada.
Equipo completo, muy cómodo, tranquilo, vista al mar, acceso directo a la playa, piscinas (las 4 piscinas de la residencia están actualmente en proceso de renovación, 2 estarán abiertas para los turistas a fines de 2019), estacionamiento frente a la casa.
Lavadora, secadora, lavavajillas, aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo en todos los ambientes. En el dormitorio, una cama grande, un gran armario con vestidor, TV de pantalla ancha Netflix, un acceso seguro y directo al baño y al inodoro.
Casa de lino, toallas de playa. Productos de bienvenida a su llegada.
Kit de aspiradora, escobas y trapeador disponibles.
Limpieza y cambio de sábanas y toallas cada 14 noches, si es de menor duración, ponga ropa de cama disponible en el apartamento.
¡Dos baños de sol en la terraza con vistas al mar frente a la vida te esperan después de la playa!
Convenientemente ubicado a poca distancia de tiendas: supermercados, catering, restaurantes, consultorio médico, farmacia, peluquería, alquiler de autos, a 5 minutos en coche de las playas más hermosas de la isla, a 15 minutos del aeropuerto, A 10 minutos del centro de Marigot la Capitale. Esquí acuático, buceo, moto acuática, remo, kayak, se encuentran justo detrás de la residencia.

Beautiful place to vacation!

This is a very beautiful, spacious apartment with all the amenities you’ll need! The view is gorgeous! I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone.

Amazing stay at blue pearl the unit was exactly as advertised.

The beach chairs umbrella and cooler made day trips out to different beaches a pleasure. Highly recommend renting a car it’s very easy to drive and gives you the opportunity to get to see more of the island Walking distance is a small market and restaurants but a car to get to Porto cupocoy to the larger grocery store about 10 min away and to different restaurants was perfect for us. We can not wait to come back to this little paradise Thankyou so much for sharing Blue Pearl!

A perfect sized pearl

The Blue Pearl is a clean and modern condo unit. It has a well supplied kitchen and great sitting areas to enjoy meals to the sites and sounds of the sea. It is nicely situated to explore different beaches and the night life in Simpson Bay. Marie was very helpful when we had questions and made check-in and check-out very easy. The space was perfect and we had a wonderful vacation. Merci Beaucoup

The Blue Pearl

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect. This property looks better in person than the pictures show. It is amazing. Extremely clean. A pretty quiet location. The neighbors are very nice. Rachel is wonderful and answers any questions you may have. The owners are very nice and easy to communicate with, too. I would give the Blue Pearl more than 5 stars if i could.

Dream Location and View

Absolutely loved the property and location. The beautiful condo with the delicate and tasteful art was warm and welcoming. Having a equally warm in person contact (Rachel) who lives in the same area was extremely helpful and such a warm person. The French side is so quiet and peaceful with wonderful beaches. I recommend "Baie Rouge" beach for tranquility and is only a 2 minute drive from the front gate. Will definitely look to book again in the future. Merci à tous de nous avoir permis de rester dans le condo et j'ai vraiment adoré l'emplacement. Tout le meilleur et j'espère rester à nouveau dans le futur!

30 days of Bliss

We loved staying at the Blue Pearl. We had everything we needed and the space was exactly as described and pictured. It was clean, comfortable and everything was in good working condition. Rachel was extremely responsive and a joy. We rented a car for our entire stay and would recommend the same to anyone who visits the island for more than a week as there is much to see around the island. The only challenge during or stay was occasionally being without water during a area-wide shutdowns by the local municipality. A minor nuisance only. We will defiantly return some day.

Perfect stay at Blue Pearle

Beautiful modern condo. Very well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, spices too! Perfect space for 2 people. Great closet in bedroom with lots of hangers and drawer space to totally unpack. Private back patio with shade, 2 loungers, table and four chairs. Pool right behind unit was awesomme and hardly saw anyone else there! Had 3 or so restaurants and great little supermarket and bakery within a 5 minute walk. But highly recommend renting a car from nearby discount car rental as there are so many great beaches and restaurants to visit on the island! Unfortunatley it is not recommended to swim In the caribean sea right in the backyard due to sea urchins but with so many other beaches it wasnt a big problem. Rachel was nice and very kind answering all my questions. We had a great vacation at blue pearle and in St. Martin! Only things we missed having for our stay was a bbq and a king size bed (hubby is over 6 ft lol!) You wont be sorry, go ahead and book it!

Great Stay!

The Blue Pearl is a clean, modern and well equipped apartment in the secure complex of NBBC. The furniture is in great shape, the kitchen appliances and washer/dryer are new and in good working order. There are plenty of pots, pans, storage containers, dishes and silverware. Finally, the TVs and internet work great. The location is ideal to those wanting to go to multiple beaches both on the Dutch and French side. This is our first time staying at the Blue Pearl but have stayed in this complex multiple times. We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pictures and description are accurate. Finally and most important is that Rachel is a perfect host. She contacted us prior to our arrival and was quick to answer our questions. She lives in the complex which makes it very convenient if any issues arise (although none did while we were there). Thank you Jean and Evelyne for sharing your beautiful place and Rachel for such a warm welcome!

A perfect getaway

The condo is super clean and everything works! A nice welcome gift basket waited for us, and there was absolutely everything we could possibly need--from kitchen equipment and towels to full snorkeling sets, beach chairs, a cooler, hair dryer, and ironing equipment. Wifi and smart TV worked perfectly (not always the case on the island), and the vacuum cleaner was nice to have so we could clean up a little half way through our stay. The linens were very clean and in good condition. There's lots of storage in the bedroom and the bathroom which allowed us to entirely empty out our suitcases and really feel at home. The location on the French side is ideal, not far from Marigot or from the dutch side. You can't beat the beach view when you wake up in the morning... Finally, the outdoor shower and foot rinsing hose were a plus!

The Blue Pearl is absolutely beautiful. A dream.

All amenities were available to make this a beautiful home away from home experience right from soaps and shampoo to espresso maker and blender to fully stocked cupboards with dishes and pans. Linens were fresh and lush. Furnishings were modern and comfortable. The Blue Pearl comes with it's own washer and dryer but using the folding hanging clothes dryer was so much easier as clothes air dried in a couple of hours. The view of the ocean was right outside the large sliding glass doors beyond the expanse of white sand. The Blue Pearl was a short walk to fabulous restaurants and grocery market and a quick drive to larger centers like Marigot and Cupecoy (everything is close by in St. Martin!). The closest swimming pool is nearly finished (repairs were still being made because of Irma) but we had access to another refreshing pool in the complex. The deck with a large cantilevered umbrella, dining area and lounge chairs was a lovely place to spend the day or evening. The outdoor shower to wash off sand from walks along the beach shoreline was a lovely addition, too. Marie Laure made the check in and out process very smooth. Jean and Evelyne's Blue Pearl was everything we hoped for and more.

Nettle Bay Beach Club- Great Spot!

The pictures and description of the property describe exactly what you'll experience; a sparkling clean and very well maintained place to comfortably call home during your stay. Everything is new and modern and easy to use. The view is amazing. The unit has everything you'll need. The hosts were fantastic! From our arrival and initial contact via telephone call, to our walk-through of the property, to local restaurants and shops, nothing was left to be desired. Any questions we had were answered quickly; our hosts really know the property and the area. You will need a car unless you plan on using the Nettle Bay beach and pool exclusively. Groceries are a short walk from the property. We toured the island exploring every corner and nearly every beach during our stay. Coming back to a safe and secure, well cooled and well lit vacation home was fantastic. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in a location away from the cruise ships and tourist concentrated all-inclusives. It was truly relaxing.

My husband and I are just coming back from a short but excellent stay at the Blue Pearl condo situated in the Nettle Baie Beach Club. We have enormously enjoyed this brand new, very modern, elegantly decorated and fully equipped apartment ; all the rooms have a totally silent AC but you can also choose to use the ceiling-fans with their remote control. The bathroom-cum-loo conveniently opens on the bedroom as well as on the living-room where we spent some evenings watching TV sat on the comfortable sofa and its chaise longue. The dinner table and its chairs were high enough to let us enjoy the wonderful view of the beach and the sea . But we also had some of our meals outside on the terrasse which gives on to the sea, protected from the strong sunshine by a very large and necessary sunshade,. Marie -in charge of the check-in/out- was as welcoming as the apartment and we really want to thank her. In short, the stay was too short in that apartment which is ideal for a couple ; we’ll certainly choose it again for our next stay in St Martin !

St. Martin 2019

My husband and I spent 10 days at the Blue Pearl and had a wonderful vacation. The apartment was very nice and all brand new. Very sleek and modern. We love the location in NBBC. The bed was larger than a queen but smaller than a king which was nice and all the rooms have ceiling fans which is a great bonus! The listing said two bathrooms but there is actually only one with two doors which didn’t matter to us but could have been a big deal if we had been traveling with other people. Also, the picture in the listing shows a nice umbrella for shade on the deck and there wasn’t one so we really couldn’t sit outside. There really isn’t any comfortable furniture in the apartment to sit. It is all new and looks nice but not very comfortable. Marie was a very sweet and very easy to communicate with throughout the whole process.
