Great house with nice decorations that helped set the mood for a ski/snowboard weekend. Super close to the slopes and a few restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable. House can get cold if you aren’t constantly using the wood stove, but overall very nice. Also, we were there when it was extremely cold, so this may be the exception, not the rule. Great location, well stocked.

Beautiful place, great customer service with the owner, had everything you needed to have a great time. Beds were super comfortable, hot tub was perfect, kitchen had everything you needed and then some to cook a good meal.

Great Place!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It was very clean when we arrived and the host was exceptionally responsive before and during our stay when we had questions. The location is ideal for skiing at Mt Snow. The cosy fireplace and hot tub were so enjoyable after long, cold days of skiing. It was well equipped with all we needed and we would highly recommend staying here.

Warm and cozy ski weekend

This traditional A frame was so cozy and welcoming. After skiing we came back to a fabulous fire and a wonderful hottub. The home was extremely clean and had most everything that we needed. We would stay there again!

Perfect set up and location!

Adorable place, nicely decorated and had everything we need. Perfect location to the slopes, grocery and shopping. Comfortably fit 5 of us. The host was responsive and near by. Would 100% stay again!

Great house and location

The property was as described and had all the amenities needed for a short stay. Super cute decor and the location to Mount Snow and the local shops was excellent. It was perfect for my family and we still stay here again. Thank you Herve!

Ski trip

Proximity to Mount Snow is amazing. You can even see the snow groomers on the mountain at night from the Jacuzzi. The place is nice & cute but needs some more updating. I would stay again.

Yes, the whole chalet is going through a big renovation in April / May 2021, with the addition of a new bigger Jacuzzi, 1 new bedroom and bathroom, new hardwood floors, and new windows.

Quiet weekend away

We loved the character of the Alpine chalet. It has original charm mixed with an updated kitchen and bathrooms. It's in a quiet location yet close to local restaurants and some breweries. The hot tub was nice to relax in after hiking. The scenery was gorgeous with some leaves already starting to change color. Overall a great weekend!

Great!

We had a great stay! My only complaint that we didn’t stay for longer :) The chalet is cozy and so relaxing. The beds are super comfortable. Everything is provided (towels, sheets, pillows, blankets). The house manager was very attentive and was available through text! I felt comfortable reaching out to her for whatever, even though everything we needed was there. Would love to stay again!

Fabulous Fall Friends weekend

What a beautiful location and perfect home to spend a weekend with good friends! We each had our own space to sleep comfortably, nicely renovated kitchen and bath, great living and dining areas. The wood stove was a nice to have a small fire on a cool autumn weekend and the hot tub was clean and hot ; perfect to enjoy the leaves changing and Vermont outdoors. 2 patios/ decks with plenty of seating for a little time away from the crowd if needed. Great restaurants and shops nearby. We loved it and will def be back every year!

Great, cozy house

The house was great for my family (2 adults, 2 kids). Kitchen had all the essentials, the place was clean and comfortable. We had a great time there, and the property manager, Jennifer, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, quickly responding to questions via text. If I had any issue is was that the inside lighting could have been a little better (but that is really just nitpicking). Great time, and I recommend!

Great place in Vermont.

This is our second time staying at Herve's home. We love it and will stay again. There is enough space for all of us to have our own beds and the 2 full baths are a plus! The 2 decks allow ample space for private time for a breakfast coffee or afternoon phone call if needed. We love the hot tub which had been clean and hot both times we have stayed. The neighbors are not super close, but there is a grocery within walking distance. What a great place. Highly recommended. Thanks Herve!

Can’t impact the weather

Good location and property generally as listed. Snow not too good but not much can be done about that. A pamphlet with instructions on use of WiFi, TV, hottub, checkout, etc., would have been useful. Very little to no place to unpack and/or hang clothes.

Awesome Ski Cabin

The pictures of the house don't do this place justice! It seems to have been recently updated and everything downstairs was fantastic. The bathroom upstairs was a bit dated, but clean. The hottub outside was a great touch and was up to temp when we arrived and worked flawlessly! The internet service was new and plenty fast and the shed was full of wood to keep the stove burning throughout our stay. Just over mile from the parking at the base of the mountain, this place was super convenient for skiing at mount snow. The bar at the entrance to the neighborhood was a nice little spot to stop for a drink and is walking distance. The host was responsive and very helpful. I would certainly stay at this home again.

Great location cute house

Stayed here for a week in February with my husband and two teen boys. The house is nice, but it had cobwebs not only in the high ceilings but also near beds. The tv is an internet service and half the time it wasn’t working. The couch is uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. My son got a rash from the hot tub . No one came till I called to shovel front pourch to access the shed to put the trash in. The price was very high the house wasn’t as nice to match the price but the location to the MT was fantastic.

Johanna and her family have been the worst guest of the entire season , over demanding , asking for 1/2 day early check in and trashed the house with wine all over the blanket . They ask for the jacuzzi to be cleaned everyday day even though the water was changed 2 weeks prior their stay and water chlorine is monitored on a daily basis . I would never host Johanna again as her level of expectation cannot be matched .

Short trip to Mt Snow

Overall the location was great and the house was cute and exactly what we were hoping for. The fireplace was an awesome feature and tons of firewood. There are only two things that could have made it more enjoyable. (1) The house is on a steep hill and the first night the van we’d rented was unable to get up the hill. It would have been useful to know that if it snows, you’ll need a 4x4. (2) The couch only seats 3 and then the remaining chairs in the family room are hard back dining type chairs. So, with a family of 6 it was impossible to sit comfortably. Sleeping was great because there are plenty of beds, but hanging out when snowed in was not very comfortable.

Mountain lover, winter and summer, as well in the fall for the foliage. I grew up in France, skied since I was 8 years old in the Alps and now enjoy Vermont since I relocated to the US in 2014.

Nestled in the woods facing Mount Snow summit, this chalet has an Alpine cabin feel like in the French Alps where the owner is from.
The only supermarket is 5 minutes walk from the chalet, in the winter the Moover shuttle stops on route 100 at 0.3 miles from the chalet.

Embedded in the deck, just walk outside the chalet and you will enjoy the brand new Hot Tub looking at the trees and mountains in the winter.
