A solo 3 minutos del monte. Nieve y 5 minutos del encantador pueblo de Wilmington. Nuestra casa de vacaciones es rústica pero elegante, cálida y cómoda, el lugar perfecto para disfrutar del valle de Deerfield con familiares y amigos. Una cocina gourmet completa con granito, una estufa de gas Jenn-Air de acero inoxidable con 6 quemadores, un refrigerador Kitchn-Aid de acero inoxidable, una gran sala de 2 pisos con ventanas de piso a techo, chimenea de gas y una mesa de comedor de madera barnwood hecha a medida y 2 master suites completas El piso principal. Arriba, encontrará 2 dormitorios con capacidad para 3 personas en magníficas camas de registro con baño compartido. El nivel inferior cuenta con cálidas alfombras de pared a pared, televisor de pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas con cómodo sofá seccional, sauna, sala de fitness renovada en julio de 2018 con equipo elíptico, cinta de correr, pilates y yoga, selección de pesas libres, mesa de billar, barra personalizada, interior spa renovado en agosto de 2018 y baño completo. President’s weekend Ski trip

Kristen’s property was amazing. We stayed there over president’s day weekend with another family of 4. The first floor was perfect for the adults. There was 1 primary suite and another that was sectioned off by a pocket door for their own bathroom. The 2nd floor had 2 sets of bunk beds of full or queen mattresses with a brand new jack and Jill bathroom, perfect for the kids. The place was very clean and we all stayed warm even with high winds and single digit degrees. The basement area was great for gathering folks with a pool table, jacquizzi, wellness room and another full bath. The location was close to everything and would definitely stay again.

Winter Family Trip 2025

My husband and I and our foyr kids ages 16-27 with their two of their significant others stayed for three nights. The house was beautiful, spacious and entertaining. Each night we had dinners at the large dining table, played games. The pool table, hot tub, and sauna on the lower level was perfect for our three night. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Two of the days some of us went to Mount Snow for skiing and snowboarding. I would highly recommend staying here.

Fabulous ski house!

We had a perfect stay at this lovely ski house! Great space for a group with comfortable and charming decor. It’s a perfect location- super close to Mount Snow - only a few minutes to the base. Yet it also feels private nestled in a wooded neighborhood off Route 100. Our favorite things were the spa/hot tub, gas fireplace, spacious living space for a group and the comfortable beds. We’d love to return!

More than meets the eye

So close to great shopping and hiking in Wilmington. We loved the sweaters at Quaigh Design. House was immaculate and held more conveniences than we expected! Decor was stunning and homey.

Fun Gathering Spot!

This home is great for a crowd! Plenty of room for gatherings, yet still offering plenty of space for privacy. Kitchen was fairly well stocked, man cave downstairs with pool table and hot tub was very popoular! Gardens are stunning! Nice private neighborhood, but minutes away from everything! Great activities and excellent dining very close by!

Fun and relaxing Thanksgiving week

This is a beautiful house with lots of rooms and spacious areas to spend quality time with your loved ones. The sauna and jacuzzi are definitely a plus. We truly enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately from the beginning we heard noises of rodents walking in the ceiling of the upper floor. Later on we found feces and traces of rodents' activities in the laundry room. The last day we actually saw a little mouse the came running from behind the washer machine. We took pictures that we can share with you. We would like to receive a monetary compensation from this disturbing issue that we faced.

Perfect house for a weekend away with friends! So close to everything, really great restaurants! Trail 87 and the Sawmill Bar and Table were our favorites. Would def go back!

Lovely home but we had a problem that wasn't handled well

We recently stayed at this home. While it was a very nice home and the set up worked well for our two families (There were two masters on the first floor with the kitchen/living room/dining area between them and then two bedrooms upstairs with the bathroom between.) we encountered a problem with the toilet and heat and felt it was not handled well. The house was about 52-55 degrees until the issue was resolved which was not until midnight and then the heat came on. I felt I was troubleshooting and handling the issue more as a homeowner, not someone on vacation. I was looking for the plunger, I was looking for the boiler, I was dealing with technicians. I was told that the house takes a while to warm up and to give it time but I told them the heat was not working, I knew hot water wasn't going through the pipes and they asked me to give it more time. Luckily the fireplace was on a different line so we were able to use that to keep warm but we were huddled around it with two sleeping on the floor in front of it. The fireplace could not heat the home and in 5 hours only brought us up to 55 degrees. I wish this didn't happen, otherwise we would have considered staying there again. Not worth the price.

Ski Weekend with Friends

We enjoyed our stay this weekend. Check in and check out were simple and intuitive. The road to get to the house and the driveway were slick but grateful for four-wheel drive. The walkway wasn’t salted/sanded so a few of us took a tumble, but there was also recently an unusual spring snow storm. The kitchen was beautiful and well-stocked. The bedrooms were well-appointed and clean. We enjoyed the sauna and fitness room! The hot tub is a bit dated but is fine for 2 adults. There was plenty of space and additional amenities for the little ones. We would definitely recommend this house.

Awesome stay at Mount Snow

We really enjoyed our stay. House was very clean and super comfortable. Layout was great and very relaxing after a great day of skiing and snowboarding. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Wonderful stay

Quiet neighborhood with rolling hills in the background, charming home that was up to date and well appointed while maintaining character. Lawn space was a bit smaller than we had expected but the house itself was fantastic. Huge basement with nice pool table, sauna and indoor hot tub. Kristin was responsive and accommodating. Is definitely go back with my family.

Wonderful spacious property

This is our second time staying at Kristin and Paul‘s lovely home. Great for children downstairs or adults as well as it has a hot tub a yoga room a sauna and a pool table right now! The location is perfect and close to shopping restaurants and skiing. Owners are very responsive.

A great place to just stay

Sure, you can go skiing, or hiking, or antiquing. But in this house you can just stay -- and cook, birdwatch, play pool, sit by the fire pit, take a sauna, or enjoy the quiet and read a book. This home would work well for families or groups of friends. The first floor has two ensuite bedrooms, one on either end of the central living room. Upstairs are two bunkbed rooms (bottom bed in each is a queen bed) that share a full bath. The central living room, dining room, and kitchen (well stocked) are spacious with a welcome fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating. Downstairs are a sauna, fitness room, and family room with pool table. I especially liked the back patio that is private and beautifully landscaped into the hillside. Kristen, our host, was thorough and very responsive. West Dover is zip code more than a town. Nearby Wilmington has shops and restaurants. If you can get a reservation at The Hermitage Inn, do it. We had an excellent dinner in the tavern. Main dining room opens soon.

Beautiful Oasis

For our group of eight, the property proved perfect. The house is even better than it looks in pictures, super clean, updated and charming. The area is beautiful and charming. Beds were comfy, tons of bathrooms to accommodate our larger group. Only issue was some issue with check-in but it was resolved quickly. Great stay!

Extremely cozy and relaxing

We put a lot of thought while selecting this property and it was exactly what we expected. It was very clean and well kept. We used most of the amenities and they were also in very good condition and clean. Property is located in a beautiful place which is calm and secluded. Kristin was communicating with us extremely well. And we had a lot of questions and they were answered right away. this was just our second rental with VRBO and it was great. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to go there.
