Impresionantes vistas del Golfo de México desde este condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, con capacidad para 8 personas. Ubicado en el hermoso condominio Nautilus, en el sexto piso, disfrutará del amplio balcón con increíbles vistas. Por favor, no es que el complejo Nautilus esté directamente en la playa, pero el condominio no. Sin embargo, debido a la forma en que se construyó y al ángulo del balcón, tendrá impresionantes vistas del Golfo de México y la playa. El condominio cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, y todas las sábanas y toallas de playa están incluidas. Lavadora y secadora en la unidad.
Las camas son King en el Master, una Queen y 2 literas en el segundo dormitorio. Sofá cama con colchón queen muy cómodo para 2 personas más.
La playa está a solo un rápido viaje en ascensor y unos 100 pies de paseo marítimo. Servicio de playa incluido desde el 1 de marzo hasta el 30 de octubre (2 sillas y una sombrilla) y sillas de playa y sombrillas adicionales, así como juguetes de playa y tablas de surf se suministran para su conveniencia, en el condominio.
Una zona de barbacoa se proporciona en el lado del complejo. (Carbón)
También hay una hermosa piscina para relajarse o en los días en que el océano está un poco tormentoso. Hay muchas actividades para hacer en la isla de Okaloosa: Goofy Golf, Ciclismo, Canoa, Kayak, Paddleboard y alquiler de pontones. Un curso de cuerda de aventura. I have so much good things to say about Josee place but I'll try to keep it short and simple.For sure read the instructions carefully send to you via email and check in will be so simple. Josee has a binder set up on the kitchen counter for you to read and remind you of all the things that you can or can't do at the condo/building. The binder has a lot information on what to do around Okaloosa Island and Fort Walton. Again a lot of good information. Me and my family felt so comfortable in the condo when taken a break from the beach or coming back from having dinner. The guest room is well furnished to sleep babies, kids and teenagers. The main bedroom has a king size bed and in great shape. The view is wonderful even thou you are not facing the beach front but still a good place to take pictures from the balcony. The building itself is well taking care of. The maintenance crew and house keeping are always making sure the place looks great. The swimming pool is not big. If 10 people show up at the pool it would feel a little crowded. But remember you are steps away from a beautiful beach.There are plenty of parking spots available but make sure you get a parking pass from the front desk. Now in case you arrive after 5 pm (that is went the office closes) don't worry about getting your vehicle tow, but make sure you get your parking pass the next morning when the office opens.There are more amenities that comes with this place but remember to read the binder.

Great location

The property is right on the beach which made the walk with our little one very easy. Our property was not ready when we arrived an hour & a half after check in which was quite an inconvenience. The dryer door was broken & there was no laundry supplies provided like descripted. The property is dated but in fairly good condition and large. Just wish check there was a smoother process as far as the property being ready past check in time. Fill like the crew rushed it once we arrived and noticed the linens were stained.

Absolutely the Best-Stocked Condo We’ve Ever Rented!This condo had more amenities than any place we’ve ever stayed! The kitchen was stocked to absolute perfection — not just with the basics, but with everything you could need, including a mixer, quality pans, and every utensil you could think of.As a family traveling with a baby, we were blown away by the thoughtful touches: there was a baby bed, a pack and play, and even a high chair — all clean and ready to use.But it didn’t stop there! The host also provided beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels beach toys and even extra gear on top of the rental umbrella and chairs that were already included. It truly felt like they had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and stress-free.This host went above and beyond — we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-equipped, family-friendly beach getaway.

This place was perfect for our family of five. When we arrived it was so clean. There was both a pack and play and also regular crib for my toddler - all three kids slept comfortable in the bunk room. Tons of WORKING beach toys and a couple of nice chairs to use, too, in addition to the beach service…even a cooler. We were so happy about this. We came last minute so didn’t bring much but didn’t need it! Beautiful gulf views…slightly obstructed but it doesn’t matter. The pool and public areas were well-maintained, too. Great water pressure and hoses by the boardwalk - easy cleaning off. Only things I’d feedback and note : the curtains in the main bedroom are nearly see through. I’d bring an eye mask bc the sun comes up before 6 am during the summer. I also brought a portable black out curtain for the second bedroom - I’d recommend this too.No colander in the kitchen but that can be easily rectified. I’d also recommend another set or two of cutlery. Perhaps some plastic plates/bowls/cups for children.Several tvs for everyone to enjoy what they wanted. Toys, games, and books too. We will be back - thank you!!

We had a wonderful trip. This condo was really perfect for us. Loved all the extras. The beach toys and extra chairs and umbrella really came in handy. Would definitely stay here again.

Our getaway!

This was the perfect spot for our first beach vacation with our son who is 16 months old. Owner was very accommodating by having a crib and high chair available in the condo for us to use! Everything was clean and made us feel like we had a home away from home for the week!

We loved it

We had a quick long weekend getaway with our girls before school starts. Everything was perfect and easy. I was worried about the view of the beach from the angle but it was fine. The pool is smaller than other places we have stayed, but it was never over crowded. We were there on a weekend in July so peak season. We would definitely book here again.

Cute Condo

We enjoyed our stay, it was very clean and exactly as listed. The condo is off of a side street so the traffic is a lot better than some of the other areas. Beach access was easy and the chairs on the beach included were a plus! The host didn’t mention the closet full of beach goodies so that was an added bonus to have those chairs and beach toys if you have littles! Overall great stay!

Amazing property just as described

Our trip was incredible! Booking was a breeze, and communication was great. Host checked to make sure we made it safely and sent over all check in/check out info ahead of time. Some rentals require you to do a ton of work before leaving, which can be stressful, but that was not the case with this property. Some features I especially appreciated in this property were the blackout curtains and window treatments, laundry soap available, extra rolls of toilet paper, proximity to the beach(such an easy walk down), quiet complex, beach service(umbrellas and chairs daily), lots of towels and toiletries provided(it was really nice not having to pack beach towels), comfortable beds, beach view…. The list goes on! When we were looking for properties, we were worried the beach view would be disappointing since the property is not technically beachfront. We thought it was perfect, though! We woke up daily to the beautiful ocean view that we drove so far to see. The entire rental experience was seamless, which is what you want!

Wonderful stay

This condo provided our family with a peaceful, relaxing stay. We loved the view, the proximity to the beach, and the location on Okaloosa Island was great! Josee was prompt to respond to a minor problem we had. Check in and check out was simple. We were happy we chose this spot!

Birthday trip

We came for a week for my daughters sweet 16th and my sons 13th. We haven’t been to the beach in years and we took my mom as well, well kept and well stocked condo. Good quick communication. Exactly what we needed as far as access to local amenities.

You will love this condo, which features an incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico, quick access to the beach, modern kitchen and appliances. All linens, shampoos, soaps, laundry soaps provided.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

You are right at the beach. Just a quick ride down the elevator and you're there! Beach chairs (2) and umbrella provided. Our beaches are some of the most beautiful in the world, white as can be, wide and not too crowded. The Gulf waters are warm from April until the end of November. There is also a nice pool for stormy days. Plenty of activities around and No traffic!!! Grocery store 2 miles away, and Tom Thumb right next door for quick restocking.
