Another great stay at this villa.We love the proximity to the shops and lovely coastal walk 5 minutes away.Santi always responds quickly to any requests. We've once again booked for next year.

Had a great stay here, outside space is superb, private and gets the sun all day. Inside the villa was really clean perhaps a little dated and sofa not comfortable but hardly spent anytime indoors. Would definitely stay again. We tried a couple of the faro park restaurants within a 5 minute walk but tended to head into the centre of town most evenings. New hyperdino supermarket that has appeared since we last stayed on faro park a great addition.

Villa in the sun

This is the second time we have stayed at this villa. It has everything you could want. The area is very quiet with a few bars and restaurants a short walk away.

Great Villa

Very impressed with the villa, well equipped. Plenty of outside space around the pool. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Liked the welcome pack, nice touch. Would definitely recommend and certainly stay here again.

Relaxing stay

This is the second time that we have stayed in this villa. It’s in a quiet residential area but just a few minutes walk to a couple of shops, bars and restaurants. There is also a bus stop with buses every half an hour that take you into the main resort for €1.40. It’s also just a few minutes from a lively walk along the coast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

good location

good comunications with owner and villa mgt ,the pool area is need of some tlc,but it did not stop us enjoying it.It is a proper size pool .the villa would benefit from air conditioning or at the least ceiling fans.All in all we enjoyed ourselves and would stay here again.

We had a fantastic time faro park is a fantastic location and very private. The villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday and the weather was great. The pool was lovely with lots of outside space. The villa was very well equipped although we used the local restaurants to eat out. We will definitely be returning to this lovely villa.

Lovely holiday

We had a brilliant holiday, the villa was even better than we expected. The pool was perfect size for us, the welcome pack was a nice touch and the selection of DVDs and TV was excellent. The added benefits of washing machine and dish washer were very helpful. Lovely restaurants and supermarkets down the street.

Everything great!

Everything was great, we had an amazing time. Santiago was super helpful, we’ve got a complimentary bottle of a nice wine and a booklet with all the information needed if you’re coming to Lanzarote for the first time. I recommend!

Absolutely gorgeous very easy communication with santi. The villa had everything and a welcome package which was so nice. Lovely, quiet and relaxing just as described. Will defo book again and would recommend to anyone.

Lovely stay !

Love the area of Faro Park, nice and quiet. Short walk to shops, bars and restaurants. You can also get a bus into Playa Blanca town or down to the marina for €1.40. Lovely to have a welcome pack to arrive to ! Good communication with Santi. Pool and pool area need a bit of TLC, but didn’t stop us making good use of it. We would stay again.

Love this villa!

Lovely villa. Well equipped Kitchen. Sat outside throughout our stay as the covered outdoor seating area is so nice. Love the heated outdoor pool. Faro Park is a lovely quiet development. Its a short walk down to the shops/pubs/restaurants and similarly down to the sea(no beach) Good bus sevice to Playa Blanca only 1 euro 40, although the 4 of us got a taxi back and it cost same as 4 busfares!

Nice little bungalow

It is what it is. Basic and perfectly adequate base for a holiday in Lanzarote. Good pool. Quite private and very quiet neighbourhood during our week. Comfortable beds. Hard to fault overall but the lounge furniture was incredibly uncomfortable!

Overall the villa is acceptable and we enjoyed our stay in the villa,but it is in need of some attention to the pool and sunlounger and cushions .while they did not spoil our stay,they would of improved our overall opinion .

Nice villa

Very nice villa in most respects. Lovely pool, comfy bed and good showers. Only 2 things need addressing 1) the fridge was barely cool so we had to keep swapping things between the fridge and the freezer (which was excellent). 2) the cushions on the sofa and the easy chair need changing as they are as flat as pancakes and soon get uncomfortable. Other than that overall a lovely place to spend a holiday.

The apartment is great. Compliments on the equipment of the apartment with small things for everyday life (aluminum foil, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, washing machine and dishes...) The pool is heated daily, clean and during the stay cleaned by the maintenance service.

Liked the house - loved the heated pool :o)

A nice house with a great outdoor area and restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. We had 3 days in this house and spent almost all of the time outdoors and in the heated pool. Easy communication with the host via the VRBO app. The house is starting to look a bit tired and could use a little TLC - But, the price is very fair, so you get what you pay for.

Holiday

Villa was clean and comfortable although there was a smell from drains but this dispersed after a day of using bathrooms. The only criticism would be the pool tile stickers around the edge are peeling off and look very untidy they need removing completely or replacing.

Great stay - already booked for next year

The villa is quiet, peaceful and private which is what we wanted as well as having a row of good shops and restaurants a five minute walk away good if we didn't want to cook or venture far for dinner at night. The en-suite bathroom sometimes had a bad smell of drains, but it didn’t spoil our holiday. Santi was an excellent host and responded very quickly to any queries. The villa was easy to find and access with the key code provided in advance of our stay. Having arrived we were greeted with a great welcome pack to start us off - great as we arrived late. Many thanks Santi, can’t wait for next year.

Perfect, peaceful location

I'd not stayed at Faro Park before but would stay again and would definitely stay here. I loved that it was a quieter area but still with enough options nearby for food and drinks. All the restaurants within walking distance were excellent. We stayed for 5 nights and there were plenty of options if we wanted something different every night. The walk into the centre of Playa Blanca took about 1.5 hours using the coast road. A lovely walk but be sure to have sun screen and water. If walking isn't an option the bus into town is only 1.40 and takes about 20 minutes. Taxis are also very reasonable. The villa was perfect for our needs. It was clean, well maintained.and had everything we needed. The hosts were fantastic! Responsive and very accommodating. Would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great holiday, Faro park a great base to get round the island, Playa Blanca a really nice part of the island, Got to the property and one toilet broken, fixed within 24 Hours, no problem, the property was clean and tidy and a comfortable place to stay, pool needs a bit of TLC but a nice temperature to swim in, my only real observation is the settee cousins need replacing as uncomfortable and a bit of TLC outside. Other than that, the property is a nice property. Would I stop there again Yes.
