On the other hand, we do apologize for letting you down in the area of cleanliness, we have reached out to the team to make the necessary checks and changes to ensure this will not be an issue for future stays. In regards to the elevator, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please note however that the repairs are not done by Benchmark, these are completed by the HOA. Whenever there are issues with the elevator; we always reach out to them and try to get it resolved as quickly as possible, however we have no control of their work schedule. Thanks for informing us of the service recieved at the complex. Here at Benchmark, we do pride ourselves on excellent customer service and want to be accurately represented on all fronts. Please not that we have reached out to the relevant parties and we have also ensured that all the necessary codes are included in the property guidebook as such this should not be an issue going forward. In regards to parking, please note that this unit only has two parking spots. This is strictly enforced by the HOA of the complex. All other vehicles would be towed and that is why we recommended that company. We want to thank you again for choosing to stay with us.
