Alójese en esta atmósfera apartada familiar de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños de Beachside Villas. A solo unos pasos del Golfo de México y el Lago del Este. Pase el día en bicicleta, pescando, pescando cangrejos, relájese en la piscina o disfrute de un paseo por la playa. Tenemos 2 piscinas (1 climatizada sujeta a fechas y temperatura), canchas de tenis y tejo. Use nuestra casa club para reuniones familiares, bodas y aniversarios. La decoración de buen gusto en este condominio de 2 dormitorios en la planta baja es encantadora.

The unit was perfect for the Labor Day weekend. It was clean and well taken care of. My only opinion would be that it needs some bedroom lamps. Thank you for a great vacation.

Anniversary Vacation

Our place was delightful. It had many amenities, such as transportation directly to the public beaches. The communication was excellent. The only thing I would’ve liked was to have lamps on the bedside tables for reading, but I gave it a 5 star since that was the only thing and a preference of mine. Great stay:)

We had to keep the door locked to keep them out. The 2 drunk ladies fighting in the pool was not good.

Reviewer Comments: This is a condo that appears the owner has never been to and clearly doesn't stay. There was only one bowl, and management thought paper bowls were a good substitution so small you have to fill it twice to eat cereal. The fridge was rusty, the oven would slam closed if you did not hold it open, and the dishwasher did not close. There was sand all in the beds, and there was no cleaning supplies or even s dust pan to get up the sand... at least there was a broom. About half of the light bulbs were out, the cabinets are torn with paint having come off. You can hear everything in the condo next to you or outside. The beach is far away. Will not be coming back.

You don't need the glitz and glamour on a beach vacation... so this was a nice return back to old school vacations for us. LOCATION WAS GREAT! Great for our family. It was much more private than expected with a grill right across from the deck. Comfy beds& furniture.Only complaints would be the need for a couple more cereal bowls and the front bathroom outlet didn't work.

A nice place to stay let down by poor management

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit it self was nice and in good repair with access to the beach just a couple of minutes walk. Renovation work was being carried out on the block next door which meant traffic and noise above usual levels.Our overall experience was tainted by a couple of details. Unfortunately we arrived to find a trail of ants in the kitchen area and over the next few days of our stay killed two cockroaches. We placed a call to the management agency but heard nothing back.The second was a shortage of TP. A small thing I know but having to make a run out to the store for it was an inconvenience. We are NOT heavy TP users but by day three of our stay were running short, the rolls used must be incredibly low sheet count and no spares to be found in the unit. Again no response from the management.

Will be back!

From booking to departure everything was simple and easy. Aside from one tiny hiccup of getting sent the wrong building address that didn't correspond with the unit number, (which we figured out on our own in a few minutes) our stay was wonderful! Will definitely rent again next time we need some beach therapy 🙂

It was conveniently located to some other families we were at the beach with so it was very convenient for us.

Loud and dirty

You can literally hear every footstep of the people above you in this property. When they open and close the screen door, the ceiling shakes. I messaged the host through Vrbo regarding this and never heard anything back. We could hardly sleep. We also had to kill multiple bugs during our stay here. There are bugs in the fridge and freezer. Bathroom sink didn’t drain. Holes in the duvets in the bedroom. Pans in the kitchen aren’t usable. The place is just dirty in general. Was very disappointed and won’t be staying here again. Only bright spot during our stay was the beach shuttle and friendly driver.

Place was sufficient enough but very outdated and a little depressing inside. Dark lighting and walls. Very small vanities and counterspace in kitchen. I would not stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came years ago when it was under the management of Garrett Realty. The new management is somewhat a disappointment to us. We did not realize now that the guests from Beachside Villa can not enjoy the beach nearby. We had to go to the other side which is very inconvenient even though there are shuttles available. And the unit itself is on the first floor, inconsiderate people stayed on the 2nd floor with little kids running through out the day which was quite a harassment when we tried to relax on this vacation. The management can’t do anything about it and the HOA doesn’t care.The unit is very out dated. The owner apparently changed the living room furnitures but the vents in the unit are dirty if you look up. The mattresses are old and too soft, linens look dirty and the shower curtains are dirty. Thanks to the previous reviews that we bought our own. The bath tubs looked dirty. The laundry room looked moldy and dirty. It’s a great location if you love the Seagrove area. Perhaps that’s why the owner doesn’t care to fix this unit. People will come regardless. We love Seagrove but we might choose a different unit with a better beach access next time.

Nice getaway Bike/Beach Trip

Love these condos. Great location, two pools, easy walk to the beach. We love to Bicycle to 2nd Breakfast, grocery store etc. Everyone was very good about distance and wearing mask. Some issue with Oven, the manager was on it prior to our arrival. Good week all around. Hope to go back next year. 😊😊

Nice weekend getaway

Very happy with cleanliness and location. The only negatives are all of the electrical outlets need to be replaced. They are completely worn out and had to keep replugging phone and hair dryer etc because they kept falling out. Also, beds are terribly uncomfortable! Desperately needs new mattresses. Other than that everything else was just what we needed and it was close to the beach.
