Vacation At Its Finest presents Sea, Sand & Waves on 30A is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo that offers the ultimate retreat for your seaside escape! This is a perfect beach getaway along the stunning Scenic Highway 30A, nestled in the heart of this coastal paradise

As you step into the condo, you'll be greeted by an open living area that seamlessly combines relaxation and entertainment. The airy layout allows for easy flow, making it ideal for spending quality time with family and friends. The living space is tastefully furnished, creating a cozy atmosphere where you can unwind after a day of sun and sand. The large balcony off the living area is perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning or wine in the evening!

The spacious kitchen is a focal point of the condo, featuring modern appliances and a convenient coffee bar & breakfast bar! Whether you're preparing a quick beachside lunch or a gourmet dinner, the kitchen provides everything you need. The adjacent dining area is perfect for gathering around and sharing meals or engaging in a variety of board games or test your word skills with the large Scrabble board.

The master suite is complete with a king-sized bed that promises restful nights. The master bedroom also boasts an en-suite bathroom, ensuring your privacy and comfort. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, adorned with coastal accents that reflect the surrounding beauty of the area. Ideal for families or friends traveling together, the third bedroom features two twin beds, allowing for flexible sleeping arrangements.

Situated in Hidden Lakes, a centrally located neighborhood along Scenic Highway 30A, convenience is at your fingertips. Access to the beach, renowned restaurants, and charming boutiques is just a short stroll away. Explore the vibrant local scene and immerse yourself in the laid-back coastal lifestyle that defines this area.

This complex doesn't have an elevator, and the unit is located on the 3rd floor.

This pet-friendly home makes bringing the dog to this family affair easy.
** Please note that there is a $250 non-refundable pet fee if you are bringing a pet.


NOTE: The primary renter must be 25 and stay during the entire rental period.

*** Spring Break (March / April) ***
For reservations in March or April, it is required that one (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 24. Proof of age is required by all guests and all homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival to ensure compliance. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all booking charges.


** Vacation at Its Finest Starter Pack **
We pamper our guests with a complimentary starter pack of amenities, which includes the following items: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, sleep mask, loofah, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, Keurig coffee pods, laundry pods, and Bounce dryer sheets. Once the initial starter pack is used up, guests will need to provide their own amenities.

**Accidental Damage Protection**: Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan, which is included in the price. This plan covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $3,000. All incidents must be reported immediately. Please note that this plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damages caused by pets.

**IMPORTANT BEFORE ARRIVAL**
All guests must sign a Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation at its Finest and provide a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, for age and identity verification.

Very clean, basic amenities as well beach towels/chairs were provided and a huge plus. Within walking distance of beach, and close driving distance to the other beaches along 30A. Would highly recommend and will stay at this property again if we come back!

First time to this area. First time not staying directly on the beach. We rented a golf cart and cruised up and down 30A. Condo and Area was great and will be back!

Super clean and extremely convenient location

This property was exactly as it advertised. It was incredibly clean and provided my family with everything we needed. They even included things that I haven’t gotten at past VRBO locations: small soaps, travel size body washes, shampoos, & conditioners, travel tooth brush, toothpaste. There were a few laundry pods as well as paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap and a sponge, and dishwashing pods. I’m not sure if these were leftover from the previous users or if they are always provided by this condo. Either way, it was nice for us as we barely spent much time at the condo and I’m happy to not have had to spend money on large amounts of dish liquid and paper towels that we wouldn’t have used! I’m very happy with how well management communicated anytime I had a question. We were given a number to text and within minutes I’d have a response from what seemed like a real person on the other end and not a robot. Checkin was super easy. Just had to text them that we were there. The location was AWESOME! If you’ve stayed on 30A before then you know beach access can be tricky if you aren’t staying directly on the water. This condo is a 5-7 minute walk to the beach (depending on how fast the little feet you have can go). I have an 11 yo, 10 yo& a 5 yo. The walk to & fro was very doable. No golf cart needed (although it always makes it easier). The condo is also within walking distance of a few eateries and a little bit longer of a trek to some shopping. Only downside: no elevator.

A bottle of wine and bag of snacks was a great touch. The place was clean and plenty of towels etc. highly recommend. Only complaint was when I booked I was never charged and had the whole trip total hit only a few weeks before. Sounds like an error in processing but wanted to make note.
