La elegancia informal con espectaculares vistas al mar y magníficos amaneceres distinguen a este aturdidor frente al mar del resto. Renovado en 2015, esta casa de vacaciones lo tiene todo. La cocina con isla central conduce a la sala de estar abierta con un gran espacio de entretenimiento junto con las cubiertas del primer y segundo piso. BR 1 está convenientemente ubicado en el 1er piso con una cama queen, BRD 2 tiene una cama queen y BRD 3 tiene una cama completa, literas y cuna. 2 baños completos. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the hosts to be incredibly gracious and responsive. The view is incredible and can be appreciated from both inside and outside of the home. The breeze kept us cool most days and we had the windows open to enjoy the fresh air and local passerby. We were able to easily park right along side the house within the fenced area which made for smooth entry/exit. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare several meals and grill outdoors. The beach is quite rocky but welcomes swimming, sunning and exploration as you witness the tides coming in and out each day. Getting up and down to the beach can be tricky for some and you may have to walk further down the street find the most accessible entrance. We enjoyed many local restaurants, explored several nearby towns on the South Shore and spent one day in Boston. We could've easily stayed another week as there are so many interesting sites to visit and the house was a comfortable place to land. Highly recommend the sunsets, they were different every time--had a couple of foggy mornings that were pretty cool too!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at George and Mary's house! It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. George and Mary met us when we checked in and were so lovely showing us around the house, The view of the water was gorgeous and we loved hearing the waves along the beach. Highly recommend!

It is a beautiful home in an ideal location, and truly beachfront. All needs are considered and thoughtfully attended to by the hosts - all you need to bring are clothes and food! George is an excellent communicator and was available nearby if any needs arose (they did not). The area of Brant Rock has small local shops and restaurants within walking distance, and all you'd need is within a 20 minute drive in Duxbury or Marshfield. Our family of 7 had a very relaxing and happy vacation!

Great Ocean Getaway

We recently stayed at a beautiful oceanfront vacation rental in Marshfield, MA, and couldn't be happier with the experience. The check-in process was seamless, making it easy to settle in right away. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures—spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with stunning views of the ocean. As a bonus, it was very toddler-friendly, with safety features that made it easy for our little one to explore without worry. Communication with the host was excellent; they were quick to respond and provided helpful local tips. The location was perfect for relaxing by the beach and exploring the area. We highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway by the sea!

Beautiful Home, gorgeous views.

George and Mary instantly greeted us into their beautiful home! They had so many amenities and toiletries offered to us! If we forgot anything, it was sure to be there :) The kids enjoyed playing on the rocks in the mornings, and the sandy beach was just a short drive up the street! The home was beautiful and very clean. Thank you both for a great week!

We loved our stay here! The house is absolutely beautiful! The owners are wonderful people! The views are amazing! There is everything you need or want in the house. We saw sunrises, moonrises, seals and even got to see a whale while walking on the beach! It was a perfect vacation!

The Perfect New England Location

We couldn't be more pleased with our week at this property. Communication was no problem and we in contact with the property owners both before and during our stay if we had any questions. The property had all the amenities and beach equipment supplied so we were in need of nothing. Being a family vacation with the young twin grandbabies, there were plenty of toys and things to keep them active. Although we didn't experience any weather issues, there was plenty of puzzles and games to keep us entertained if we stayed in. For our trip we wanted to experience Salem, Boston, the Cape, and Nantucket. The property is centrally located to all of these. Marshfield is a short drive but Brant Rock's restaurants were all within walking distance. The sunrises early so enjoyed coffee on the deck watching seals and birds off the beach. The second deck also offered great views of the coastline. We also enjoyed our welcome bag upon arrival. With this property, we never felt like we were at a VRBO but at home. I couldn't recommend this property and the family as a host any stronger. The family is already looking at future trips we can book here.

An awesome home and amazing property managers

Due to a unique situation, we booked this home for our friends who needed to check in within 24 hours. George and Mary were extremely responsive and made the entire experience amazing. The home is wonderful and a beautiful location with plenty to do within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

Great Time

Great week. Beautiful home as pictured. Beach was rocky but grandkids loved catching crabs and exploring at low tide. Hosts were very helpful and we loved the welcome bag! We highly recommend staying at Bals Bluff

Listen to the Ocean

We had a wonderful stay at Bal's Bluff. The house was clean, comfortable and very well stocked. George and Mary were the perfect hosts, even thoughtfully gave a very generous tote bag of "Marshfield swag". The absolute best part of this rental is the ocean just steps away. Morning coffee on the deck with the sun rising led to shade to enjoy the rest of the day seaching the horizon for seals, and scouring the rocks for shells and hermit crabs. Total relaxation! We are looking forward to summer 2024!

Perfect Getaway!!
