Granero casa ofrece un 3 recientemente renovado Bed Home w / terraza privada en el casco antiguo

Nuestros 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, totalmente renovado en el verano de 2015, se encuentra dentro del casco antiguo en una calle residencial tranquila.

Disfrute de su propia terraza privada dentro de las murallas del casco antiguo. Tener bebidas de café de la mañana y la tarde como barbacoa en el exterior.

Este granero Casa con terraza, renovado en el verano de 2015 ha combinado dos pequeños edificios conectados por una escalera de piedra en una casa más grande.

El edificio está climatizado y diseñado para el estándar más moderno, incluyendo Internet de alta velocidad.

Dos dormitorios tienen camas tamaño queen (160x200cm) y un dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales (90x200cm).

Somos fáciles de encontrar ya que se encuentran al otro lado del Museo Etnográfico "Rupe".

Sea nuestro huésped y disfrutar de sus vacaciones en nuestra casa especial.

Perfect stay in Old Town

Great location to explore the old town in Dubrovnik! Ivana was helpful from initial booking through check out! Little extras made the stay special and the home was great for 3 couples. Highly recommend!

Dubrovnik is quite busy. This house is on a side street super quiet. The cafe across the way is wonderfully simple. Close to everything we were interested in. The patio was awesome. Well stocked kitchen. Clean. Well appointed. Ivana was a great host, informative and caring.

Perfect location and house set up!

This was a perfect distance away from all the noise of Old Town but not too far away either. And they multi-level set up was perfect for our group with everyone wanting a little bit of space after a long day exploring.

Amazing stay

Our group of two families of three had a lovely stay in this house within the walls of the Old City. It was clean, very well appointed, and our host was fabulous: she arranged transportation from the airport, met us at Pile Gate and accompanied us to the apartment, made wonderful recommendations for our time in Dubrovnik, and scheduled our return to the airport.

We loved our stay! Ivana's hospitality was second to none. She was very helpful with information and recommendations. The home had all that we could have needed. We really enjoyed having our morning coffee and breakfast on the patio. Pack light, as you have access to a washer and clothes dry quickly on the line and the drying rack. The house is close to everything, but also away from the busyness of the city. It was peaceful. There are a fair amount of stairs up to the house, but they are very doable. It's Dubrovnik - there are a lot of stairs.We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We highly recommend this beautiful and well appointed home.

Have to climb quite a few stairs to the property but well worth it if you can do it! Ivana was a joy to deal with! Set up an oyster and wine tasting tour for the family and arranged rides from the airport

Great house in the old city

This is a great house in an excellent location - inside the old city, but on a quiet street. There is more than enough space for four and you would be comfortable with six. The kitchen and baths are modern and very nice, the beds comfortable, and (importantly in July) the A/C keeps up with the heat. Thank you to Ivana for making our check-in, check-out and transfers easy.

Wonderful property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Granary House. The house configuration worked very well for our group of six, with three bedrooms on three separate floors. The patio off the kitchen was a lovely place coffee, lunch, or a beer at the end of the day. The property was clean and exquisitely furnished. The location, in Old Town Dubrovnik, was close to restaurants, shops, and the harbor. Ivana was very helpful before and during our stay, providing information and recommendations re: places to visit. I highly recommend this property.

Great stay at the Granary House

It was really neat to be in the old town, steps away from all the shops and restaurants. And at the same time, the place was amazingly quiet and not right on top of all the tourists. (There were a couple of flights of stairs to get there, but that is pretty normal in the old town unless you want to be more noisy in the middle.) We cooked in one night and took advantage of the well appointed apartment. The place is multi-level, probably not good for small children, but great for kids and adults. Ivana was a great host and gave us several key tips on great restaurants, coffee places, and bars. She left us a nice local bottle of wine as well. Thank you Ivana, we had a great time!

Beautiful home, perfect location!

It is very hard to find a place to stay in Dubrovnik when you have 6 people! This being said, Granary House is outstanding for 6! It is a bit of a challenge to find parking but once we did it was so easy to contact Ivana and have her walk us to the apt. She spent time giving us great tips on restaurants and things to do. Also, gave us tips on where not to go, which was helpful. She arranged an early morning ride to the airport for us in advance that took the worry out of getting home. The house is new and beautiful set in the old world within the walls. This house is not appropriate for small kids because of the stairs but it was perfect for us. Fully stocked with everything you would need. The kitchen had many extras that would make cooking easy if you wanted to. Even a microwave! The bathrooms come with great rain showers and the new washing machine was very helpful. We enjoyed late afternoons on the patio and the spacious bedrooms. Highly recommend this place. Erik is a gracious host and did a fantastic job with the renovations. Definitely going back to Croatia sometime, beautiful place.

Dream location

What a fantastic home!! The house is just steps to shops, restaurants, bakeries and of course old town! Not to mention our wonderful host set us up with a very nice driver that met us at the airport after two frustrating days of canceled flights, plane changes and lost luggage!!! It was nice to see a friendly face! Thank you for wonderful stay.

Well located gem

The Granary is very well equipped, beyond the norm. For example, beach towels, snorkels, sun hats and brollies. It feels like staying in a home. Very comfortable, well located and quiet. There are a few steps to arrive at the property, but then Dubrovnik is a city of steps. Ivana gave an excellent intro to her city. All the recommendations were great. Would suit couples or a family.

Perfect location

Fabulous location right in the walls of Dubrovnik...walk everywhere! The rooms and amenities were flawless and well updated. The outdoor space was lovely for an afternoon glass of wine. Ivana was easy to reach, a wealth of information and very attentive. We used many of her recommendations and every one of them was wonderful. Do be prepared for a walk of several blocks up and down hills with your luggage. We managed just fine but it required preparation and a bit of stamina. Well worth the effort!

Wonderful house in the old town

We had a wonderful stay in this property: we felt special staying in the old town. The house is comfortable and pretty much as the photos show but so much more. Everything felt generous - when we arrived there was a bottle of wine, cold beer, fresh fruit and various provisions in the bathrooms - all the things that make a stay easy and comfortable. Ivana, the manager, is helpful and easy to communicate with. Thanks so much for sharing your lovely house with us.

Excellent property in prime location

Our family of 6 had a fabulous stay in Dubrovnik! We highly recommend this house, in the heart of Old Town. Spacious, clean, perfect. AC was welcome, as we stayed over the hottest day in recent history. Owner helped arranged incoming and outgoing transportation. So helpful! NOTE: no cars/taxis allowed within the city walls, so great walking vibe in the old town. However, plan to pack light or have roller suitcase. One long flight of stairs to reach the entrance to the property, but once you're settled in, it's perfect! We will be back!

Beautiful home in Dubrovnik

This was an absolutely amazing home. Ivana was very welcoming and accommodating, even helped carry luggage up the stairs the get to the apartment. It's beautifully redone and has a wonderful terrace to enjoy some wine and coffee on. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great and well appointed apt in the center of town

The apt was rebuilt recently and is very testfull and well equipped with all the items to make a very easy and comfortable stay. Everything works well and it was stocked with food and drinks that we could use. Ivana was great, very efficient and pleasant to work with, and provided us with great info about the city and things to do, when we checked in. The only comment which is mentioned both on the description of the place and other reviews, is the lack of railing in the inside stairs, which doesn't make is suitable for young children, and the stairs to get to the apt and inside the apt, which can be an issue for some. We highly recommend the place and will stay there again.
