Family Vacation

Dubravka was incredibly warm and helpful. The property has been immaculately renovated and decorated. Staying within the Old Town was a unique experience unto itself.

Perfect in every way!

The location near the Old Port was perfect. Easy access to go swimming and enjoy the lively atmosphere of the harbor. The host has thought of all the details, including generously stocking the fridge and many kinds of coffee. Plenty of room for us and our three adult children.

Great location and luxury stay!

These accommodations are amazing! They are in a great location, perfect for a stay in Dubrovnik. There are three apartments and my friend group of 6 people had all of them. It was the ideal situation with individual rooms and bathrooms. The one downfall was there was no real meeting space. The host is so communicative and helped us plan and schedule tours and transportation throughout our stay. It really made it a seamless stress free experience. I highly recommend!

This was a perfect place!

Our group was greeted by our hostess who gave a great tour of the old city and the house. The house has everything you need and Duba has though of everything! Each room is stationed as it’s own apartment or it works beautifully as individual rooms. The devore and remodel is brand new. The furnishings are so cute! Her family has a restaurant close by that we also highly recommend for Breakfast, Lunch and dinner. we were a one minute walk from the old harbor and the old town center. Duba even had our passport sent to Split when one guest forgot it. Highly recommend. A+!

Spectacular Dubrovnik Apartments

Our group of 6 rented all 3 units. Location inside the walls was very convenient to everything. The units were completely modernized in 2020 and offered every amenity except washer and drier. By far the most accommodating owners ever encountered. Met us, transported bags, arranged for drivers multiple times. Recommended guides and restaurants. The main thing to know is that Dubrovnik is hilly and has many steps. We were a group of 75plus travelers and needed the help with transporting bags to the apartments and also up and down the internal stairs covering the 3 floors. Highest recommendation.

Beautiful, convenient apartment !

This is a beautiful place in the Old City! So convenient in every way. You do have to walk a ways to get a taxi and transport your bags through the city streets, but it’s no big deal. There are also a lot of stairs, so if that is a problem, be aware. Otherwise, there is nothing but wonderful things to say about the host, Dubravka, and her beautiful home. She gifted us a bottle of wine and left some waters and drinks in the fridge. . . even toast for breakfast the first day! She helped arrange our airport transport, even when our flight changed at the last minute. She answered any question you had and gave recommendations. All in all, I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Old Town Gem w/ a Personal Touch!!!

Our accommodations, in Dubrovnik, were wonderful! The vacation rental was well appointed, decorated, comfortable, clean and located within the medieval walls of the Old Town. We were only steps away from EVERYTHING!!! For example, within minutes, we could be at any of the following activities, places and/or locations: a delicious restaurant, first class shopping, the Old Town Harbor, the green market, the Ploče/Pile Gates, amazing history/architecture tours, Game of Thrones’ Tours, and much more…. The hostess/owner, Dubrovka, made us feel like family right from the start. She was warm and attentive. She greeted us with a smile and a personal touch. Dubrovka, added a personal touch, by walking us to our accommodations where she had drinks and water waiting for us. Dubrovka was incredibly attentive and helped us find food, nightlife, transportation, activities and whatever else we wanted or needed! I never felt like a fish out of water with her help! For example, when looking for a place to explore, outside of Dubrovnik, she told us about the beautiful beaches and activities to enjoy on Lokrum Island. It was a short and inexpensive ferry ride from the old harbor, which was a three minute walk from our accommodations. If you are a person looking for excellent accommodations with a personal touch, this property is for you!!! I’ll be back to stay for sure! I look forward to seeing Dubrovka and her lovely family again! Hvala! ❤️

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

VILLA is located 50 meters from the Cathedral in Dubrovnik. The layout of the house is usual for the old town and it spreads out as two fully equiped Rooms on the 2nd floor and One bedroom apartment upper 3rd floor. The property was fully renovated in 2020. as energy saving house. Although Dubrovnik can be busy and full of bustle, VILLA feels like a calm oasis into which you can retreat if you need to take a break from exploring. One of the key considerations when furnishing was the beds, which are large and with super comfy mattress and memory foam pillows. After all, a good night sleep means you wake refreshed and ready to enjoy your stay in this amazing city. Over the past few years, we have been lucky enough to meet some wonderful people from all over the world. We love to share our inside views on what to see, where to go and where to eat.

The Villa overlooks the Pustijerna locality, which collapsed and burned down after the 1667 earthquake and was never built again. All 13 windows overlook the open space of the City views and the Walls of Dubrovnik. Unlike other houses separated by a street and many bars and restaurants, this is a piece of paradise within the walls. A unique location in every way.
