Week in Paris

The apartment was clean and as nice as advertised. We felt safe and very comfortable during our stay. The Metro on the corner was easy to use and convenient, but we felt the location for sightseeing was a bit far. We got around fine on the Metro but had to make several transfers to get to museums, etc.

Hi Shirley, Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We're glad to hear you felt safe, comfortable, and that the apartment met your expectations. While the metro offers great convenience, we understand that transfers can add a bit of travel time. We hope the comfort of the space made up for it, and we'd be happy to host you again on your next trip to Paris. Warm regards.

The apartment is located in an easily accessible location, super close to the metro and a fantastic bakery. Supermarket, wine stores, restaurants are all very close. Great boutique/non-chain shopping nearby. Dishwasher and washing machine with drying rack meant we could stay on top of our washing. Communication was excellent. Apartment had everything we required and still had enough space to accomodate 4 people (2 adults and 2 teenage girls). We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Father-Daughter Trip to Paris

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful historic city. The apartment is perfectly located, clean and safe, and with excellent amenities. Jeremie was wonderful and very helpful throughout and stayed in close communication. The 11th Arron. is a perfect place to stay; safe, bustling, and with plenty of wonderful restaurants and in reasonably close proximity to all the important places in Paris and a metro station right outside the front door.

Good Value In a Great Neighbourhood

The space and location was great for our stay - we were out most of the time. Loved the bakery right across the street, all the interesting nearby shops, and the convenience of the Monoprix for extra toilet paper and tissues, and forgotten items. Our greeter was great, but communication with the agency seemed no existent, the promised fixed to the plugged sink never happened, and the odd deposit amount to the agency's 3rd party has yet to be refunded and there is no one to call about it.

Hi Virginia, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the location and found the nearby shops and bakery convenient—it’s always great to hear that our guests made the most of the neighborhood! We’re truly sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with communication, the unresolved maintenance concern, and the deposit refund process. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We’re currently reviewing what happened with the sink repair and the deposit delay. Please rest assured we are working to improve our communication processes and ensure better follow-through. If you haven’t already received your deposit, please reach out to [insert relevant contact info], and we’ll make sure this is resolved promptly. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us improve. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again and provide a much smoother experience. Best regards.

Cute apartment in the 11th

The apartment was cute, clean, quiet, and, literally, 3 steps from a metro stop. Jérémie was very responsive to any communication we sent. We had issues with wifi and Jérémie ended up coming to the apparent to try to resolve the issue. This would be the one complaint, but it was entirely out of his control and he did his best to troubleshoot the problem. The property manager offered a late check out to compensate, which worked out perfectly for us. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

I was not able to be there due to Visa issues, but my wife and 2 boys did go, and Jérémie was there to help them out. The checkin process was pretty smooth and the apartment itself was very comfortable and centrally connected. It's located right on top of one of the Metro lines and is one stop away from a hub where you could change lines. My wife loved the fact that it was on a normal Parisian street where you could enjoy the daily hub-bub, but everyone closed shop at 7pm. My kids loved the authentic baguettes they got at the nearby bakery and how hassle-free travel was. I was relieved they had a good time despite my not being there. The apartment does have 2 or 3 different keys to get into the actual room, which I think is par for the course for Paris, but was slightly annoying to my wife. Overall they had a great time

Prima appartement

Zwei Betten in zwei Zimmern.
