Overall convenient location and clean apartment that worked well for our group. The apartment would benefit from a couple of maintenance items but didn't significant impact our stay. Overall as advertised.

The appartment was perfect for a reunion of 3 university friends. Very clean, well equipped, all bed

The appartment was perfect for a reunion of 3 university friends. Very clean, well equipped, all beds were comfy, even the sofa bed, very quiet street, handy cafe next door for take-out coffees and boulangerie round the corner. Fantastic area which meant we could explore everywhere on foot. Would definitely book again.

Simple apartment in an excellent location.Bedrooms were quiet, kitchen was basic but fine to cook easy meals.Access stairs a bit uneven if you have mobility problems. 10 minutes from metro, lots of cafes ,boulangeries, restaurants and supermarkets close by. Lots of great places within easy walking distance.

Good location close to everywhere. But we require air conditioner. If you don’t mind the 95 weather inside the apartment that’s the only downside to this apartment. Other than that the location was just right. Heat inside the apartment was very hot and the little portable fans don’t make a difference.

The apartment is in a convenient location for transportation, food and sightseeing. The host was quick in their response. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The apartment was just as advertised and very conveniently located. Best experience- we locked the keys in when we were in a rush to get somewhere and within 10 minutes, the host had given us instructions for getting spare keys and we made it for our scheduled tour.

Great location good appartment

Proeprty was clean and well kitted out. Didn't have an oven? Other thatn that had everything we needed. Heating and wifi easier to use.

Fabulous location

We had a great stay at this property with a family of five. Location in marais was excellent with everything you need right outside the door. We were dropped off at the wrong end of the alley where the apartment entrance is, which didn’t leave a great first impression. Dark, graffiti, gaping holes in walkway. However, much better by daylight and when accessing from the nearest side. Apartment building entrance also dark and shabby, but apartment itself bright and cheery with everything you need. A few leaks in bathroom but no big deal. Overall we had a great stay.

Nice apt in a great neighborhood

This apartment is in a great location in the Marais with cafes, boulangeries etc in easy walking distance. The apartment was just as described and was very comfortable for 2 adults and one 12-year-old. It was in pristine condition when we arrived. The lobby/hallway though is shabby and dank and it felt like we were going into a squatter's building. Needless to say, we were relieved to get into the apartment and see that it was clean and bright and what we were expecting. The stairs are a bit tricky as they are windy with uneven planks and the hallway is dark so maybe not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. GuestReady gave clear instructions and was responsive to our questions and a great host overall. Merci

This apartment is in a great location in the Marais with cafes, boulangeries etc in easy walking distance. The apartment was just as described and was very comfortable for 2 adults and one 12-year-old. It was in pristine condition when we arrived. The lobby/hallway though is shabby and dank and it felt like we were going into a squatter's building. Needless to say, we were relieved to get into the apartment and see that it was clean and bright and what we were expecting. The stairs are a bit tricky as they are windy with uneven planks and the hallway is dark so maybe not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. GuestReady gave clear instructions and was responsive to our questions and a great host overall. Merci

Cute apartment with limitations

Apartment is cute in a great neighborhood. The stairs are difficult to navigate so this might be of concern for some travelers. We were extremely disappointed with the bed in the second bedroom. It was so uncomfortable that we could not use it after our first night of our five night stay. The bathroom was well lit but quite small and the floor was in desperate need of repair. The location is perfect, close to the metro and restaurants. We had a great time in Paris but were disappointed in this apartment because it was more like a one bedroom apartment since one of the beds was unusable.

Great Location and Comfortable

Family of 5 - we enjoyed our stay. The stairway is narrow but manageable. Tight squeeze to get into 2nd bedroom. A couple of furnishings could stand to be updated, but we were mostly there to shower and sleep. There were two fans and plenty of towels / bedding. Bathroom had been updated but needs refreshing - floor tile are coming up, outlet hanging from the wall, and toilet seat is attached wrong/weird? Would absolutely recommend but want to be transparent and possibly helpful to property management. We parked nearby and we were able to load and unload our luggage right in front of the apartment - there are a couple of short term parking spots very close. Active area, but quiet when sleeping. View from front windows is nice - keep curtain closed in other bedroom. lol
