DESCRIPCIÓN
'The Beach House' se encuentra en una excelente ubicación en la costa de Northumberland con vistas al mar en Beadnell en Harbor Road, con las vistas al mar más increíbles. Si vienes a la costa de Northumberland, aquí es donde quieres estar.

Esta propiedad frente al mar está en una excelente ubicación con una tienda a 5 minutos a pie, y un pub / restaurante a 10 minutos a pie.

La propiedad finalizó un programa de renovación completo (enero de 2016) y se ha vuelto a decorar nuevamente en enero de 2019 con una nueva puerta frontal y de garaje gris antracita inteligente instalada.

Cuenta con 3 habitaciones (capacidad para 6 - 2 dobles y 1 doble) y sala de juegos (área de televisión adicional), lavandería, cocina bien equipada. La cocina abierta y el comedor cuentan con una isla central y conducen a un balcón de madera, que es una gran trampa para el sol por las noches. No mascotas, me temo. Hay un mapa de diseño en este sitio.

CAMBIOS: Permitimos semanas completas durante las vacaciones escolares de verano con los cambios de viernes. Ofrecemos escapadas de fin de semana de tres noches y entre semana de cuatro noches el resto del tiempo con cambios los lunes y viernes.

* El 10% de descuento para parejas solo se aplica fuera de temporada, es decir, enero, febrero (no a medio plazo), noviembre y diciembre (no Navidad o año nuevo).

Con la casa ...
La sala de estar y la cocina de planta abierta se encuentran en el primer piso junto con un dormitorio doble y baño. Hay dos dormitorios más en la planta baja (1 x doble y 1 x doble), una sala de juegos con televisión y consola de juegos, o puede traer la suya para enchufarla. También hay un cuarto de baño con lavabo y WC, y un cuarto de servicio con puerta trasera.

La cocina tiene una superficie de trabajo de granito y una isla central. Estufa de leña en la sala de estar abierta con fantásticas vistas al mar.

Está decorado con un alto estándar en todo el hotel con 2 baños (uno con bañera y ducha de mano y el otro con una ducha doble). Nuevas alfombras y decoración, te sentirás muy cómodo.

Hay un balcón fuera de la cocina, que es una verdadera trampa solar con mesa y asientos al aire libre.

Hay acceso al jardín del patio detrás con una parrilla de mampostería y parrillas para bicicletas para sujetar sus bicicletas.

La propiedad está recién decorada y tiene las vistas más increíbles sobre el mar del norte, una de las mejores ubicaciones en Beadnell para las vistas al mar.

Beadnell Bay alberga algunas vistas y paisajes geniales, que incluyen golondrinas de mar árticas raras durante los meses de verano, actividades de deportes acuáticos como surf y kiteboarding (un invitado vio un delfín por la ventana). Bicicletas disponibles para alquilar localmente y serán entregadas en su puerta. Spotless, very well kitted out, especially in the kitchen. Wonderful views of the sea from the front windows. Very useful balcony off the kitchen, getting the afternoon sun. Good garden with a big area of hard surface and lawn.

Had a fabulous at the The Beach house celebrating my mum's birthday. The accommodation was first class, the view was outstanding and the owner was really helpful. I would highly recommend.

Lovely big house with airy, bright rooms and an incredible view of the sea! Welcome Prosecco was a nice touch, big fluffy white towels, and well equipped kitchen. Had everything we needed.

Spacious and ideally located

3 ladies in our 50’s enjoyed a bedroom each and two bathrooms. Big enough for yoga and dancing. Lots of kitchen space for a cook-along. Close enough to beach for early morning swims and beach runs. Picture window allowed for sunrise watching and wildlife spotting in pyjamas

A beautiful location overlooking the sea with a long sandy beach within 3 mins walking distance. The property is in excellent condition and was spotless on arrival. Everything we needed for a long family weekend. Thankyou.

Lovely house

Fantastically positioned, very comfortable and well equipped house with beautiful views of the sea, we saw dolphins on 3 separate days! Five minutes walk from the gorgeous beaches, and 15mins from very good restaurants the small village shop is 10mins for essentials. Couldn’t be bettered! We will be back

Lovely house in lovely position.

Great sized house, well decorated and immaculately clean on arrival. Positioned on the land side of a road, with nothing opposite but a low wall and the sea - lovely view through the large picture window when relaxing in the lounge. Nice quiet area, close to Seahouses and close enough to Berwick etc for a day out. Visited "Hogwarts" at Alnwick Castle and "New Asgard" at St Abbs on relaxed days out. Recommended.

Lucinda was great, so helpful and responded to any queries quickly. The photos are great but the house is even better in the flesh and even bigger than expected. Loved people and boat watching from the living room window. Beach a short walk as are a selection of amenities. My daughter was doing her uni work online and the WiFi was great, never let us down. Definitely on my list of places I'd love to visit again. Lovely touch leaving the prosecco! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Simply One of the Best

Lucinda and Guy have created a perfect VRBO rental - everything is just right and my stay was wonderful, easy, relaxing and happy, due in many ways to Lucinda and Guy’s efforts. The check-in/info packet is as complete and helpful as any I’ve ever had, including for hotel/resort facilities. I really appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked and everything in good shape. (The welcome treats were also a very nice touch!) I also very (very) much appreciated that there were good quality newer hairdryers provided, as well as a very good quality new iron and ironing board and washing machine with clothes racks and outdoor clothesline. And 2 sizes of binoculars for guests use! As I said, above and beyone and simply, one of the best rentals I’ve ever had - thank you so much Lucinda and Guy!

Superb position - close to a beautiful beach - wonderful views from the front of the property.

The property was clean and ready for our arrival, but we were surprised to realise that there was no "welcome pack" - in other S/C accommodation we have stayed in there has always been at the very least milk and tea bags, we had had a long journey so this would have been most acceptable. We wondered why there was just standard double beds as there was room for a 5ft. bed. Other items which would have made our stay easier were - 1. Bread Bin. 2. Sealed container for cake/biscuits. 3. Basin/bowl. 4. Salad spinner/collander. 5. Sauce pans. 6. Baking tray. 7. Larger milk jug -the one provided was small. 8. There was only seating in the lounge area for 5 people - this house is let as for 6 guests. We enjoyed our holiday and would recommend this property providing these points are dealt with. Outstanding Holiday Home

Thank you Lucinda and Guy for a wonderful week in your Beautiful Beach House . We stayed in Feb 2022 . The house really is a hidden gem and it is obvious that much love has been put into making this an outstanding holiday home . From the lovely bottle of Sparkling wine on arrival to the high quality of all the furnishings and fixtures , this really is a home from home. I am already missing the view from the living room window. I look forward to booking again .

The Beach House

Although we had viewed the property on line, and been impressed, the reality was even better. The location was excellent and the massive picture window gave an artists view of the seascape, which at times was breathtaking, particularly helped by the wild weather. We were able to sit in the warmth of the wood burner and watch nature at its rawest. The house was extremely thoughtfully equipped with all necessary items and some nice touches to make us feel immediately at home. The recommendations left by Lucinda worked out well and we would probably add The Apple Inn at Lucker to the list, superb Sunday lunch. We will not hesitate to revisit the Beach House again, but maybe at a less dramatic time of year.

Lovely house in perfect location

We had a great week. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 tall teenagers! Perfect location for rock scrambling infront of house and Sandy beach just a few minutes walk. Fantastic view out of picture window in the lounge… even better than it looks in photos! Highly recommended

A living room with a view

Stayed in the Beach House for 4 nights in early June. House was very much like the pics, the higher floor is terrific, lovely and light with fabulous views. Lucinda the host was great from booking all the way through to our stay, really responsive, very accommodating and helpful. The house yIf you can find a slot, definitely try to stay!

Five star luxury with inspiring views

Our hosts prepared this newly renovated property to perfection but the star of the show was the ever-changing energy of the sea. My son walked in, looked out the window, and said “it’s a postcard”. The location is amazing, with miles of beach to explore without having to jump in a car. We went in the winter so the modern heating and wood stove were also features we enjoyed. The open plan kitchen and dining area made cooking sociable too.

Just the best way to spend Christmas. House is probably one of the best located houses in Beadnell. Views outstanding. Clean and modern. Everything was just as described in listing. We can’t wait to go back.

Excellent accommodation

We were delighted with the facilities at the Beach House and with the detailed instructions from the owners which ensured we had a trouble free stay. The house is very well situated within easy reach of many Northumberland tourist attractions. We would love to repeat our experience in the spring.

My parents, Kenneth and Patricia Howe, have had a family holiday house in Beadnell for over 60 years. We spent most of our summer holidays here every year, now I have two children aged 17 and 21 and we have followed in their footsteps. It is a beautiful part of the Northumberland Coast with safe sandy beaches. The kids love pier jumping at high tide. There are so many fantastic walks to great pubs in the area and more castles than you can ever visit. Oh this is the 'about you' section - never good at talking about myself... I am a events manager for a London company organising professional conferences for the planning world, which I love (working from home in Durham) and have worked for the same company for 30 years.

We are the owners or custodians as I like to think of it of 'The Beach House' (for the last eight years). You will love the views - they are just AMAZING looking directly out over the north sea - watching the tides come in and out. Dolphins were recently seen by our guests swimming in the sea in front of the house.

It is decorated (annually) and furnished to a high standard and the location is excellent. Our changeover team are great and provide lovely white bed linen and huge towels for your stay.
