Nuevo para 2020 es una hermosa casa de playa en la comunidad Harbor Club Resort & Marina (a 1 milla del centro de South Haven, a 1/4 de milla del acceso a la playa). Esta hermosa casa de 2200 pies cuadrados tiene 4 habitaciones, 2. 5 baños y tiene capacidad para 12 huéspedes cómodamente. Ubicado entre 40 acres de bosques preservados y a pocas cuadras del lago Michigan, esta casa te está gritando que vengas a relajarte. (La construcción está completa y las imágenes del interior llegarán a principios de abril)

Nuestra casa de alta gama está amueblada con muebles de calidad que te dejarán relajado y cómodo. Nuestro objetivo es proporcionar todo lo que necesita y solo trae la diversión. Esta casa cuenta con acabados de lujo, como encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos modernos, 2 televisores de pantalla plana, WiFi de alta velocidad y área de descanso de la suite principal privada.

El nivel principal es un concepto abierto y espacioso, equipado con todo lo necesario para cocinar y servir comidas a un grupo grande. Juegue juegos en el estudio separado que cuenta con un sofá cama (para 2 personas), siéntase cómodo viendo películas en la gran sala o disfrute de una parrilla de gas ubicada en el porche trasero. Hay un pozo de fuego gigante a pocos pasos de nuestro porche trasero, ¡asegúrese de traer sus malvaviscos!

El nivel superior cuenta con la Master Suite completa con un baño principal y una sala de estar separada. Las habitaciones Segunda y Tercera cuentan con camas Queen de lujo y la Cuarta habitación es la habitación con literas, con capacidad para 4 personas.

Este alquiler incluye acceso a la piscina comunitaria del complejo, la casa club y el puerto deportivo. ¡Alquile botes, kayaks, tablas de paddle en el puerto deportivo para divertirse en el agua! Marina también alquila carros de golf para un acceso fácil y divertido a la ciudad.

La playa pública más cercana está a menos de 10 minutos a pie, muy fácil de caminar y un poco más aislada que las concurridas playas del centro. ¡Cargue las sillas de playa proporcionadas en el vagón y ya está todo listo!

A solo 5 minutos de las exclusivas tiendas / restaurantes del centro, este es el lugar perfecto para escapar.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay at Beach Daze! Our grandchildren loved the beaches & the pools! The location is great in relation to the above. You will have to drive to the beaches if you want to take chairs & other beach items. Otherwise it’s too far to walk. We enjoyed many beautiful sunsets on the beach & long bike rides on the KalHaven trail. We went blueberry picking at Bumbleberry farm. It was a great place for adults & children! The farmers market in South Haven on Wednesday was one of the best I’ve been to. We were not ready to leave at the end of the week. The house was very comfortable & well equipped! We will be back!

First (hopefully annual) Family Vacation

Annual family gathering

The Beach Daze property offered everything needed for an enjoyable multi-generational family gathering! Our "littles" enjoyed the pool, especially with the retractable cover which allowed use on a drizzly, overcast day. The home was clean and well appointed for cooking (a must for us). A rented golf cart made trips to the beach seamless. The owners were responsive to questions and had thoughtfully stocked the home with books, games, and outdoor chairs/toys/wagon/bikes available for our use. This property is a gem and we highly recommend staying here for your next South Haven beach vacation!

Perfect Location!!

We loved our stay at Beach Daze. It was the perfect community the house was in a great spot! The kids enjoyed daily fishing trips to the bridge, poles provided! Plus fun little walks through the neighborhood. The community pool is so close to the house we felt comfortable with the kiddos walking back and forth. We definitely saw some busier times at the pool but had a lot of time to ourselves or very few families. If you have ever vacationed down south, you “need” a pool a lot less in MI. Our kids (7-11) loved the beach and spent so much time there. We spent some time at Packard Park beach and South beach (fairly large lots that cost $10 a day), Packard is a smaller beach but it was a great day with smaller waves! South beach is just out of the main town, busier but has close bathrooms, concessions and a light house. Favorite beach was Oval beach in Saugatuck. It was $15 to park for the day, beautiful large beach with bathrooms, changing area and concessions. Plenty of beach chairs and toys provided at the house! We dined in South Haven twice, went to Black River Tavern and Clementines, both delicious! Neither take reservations, and we had a party of 8, did a little shopping to pass the time! We had some nice nights on the patio, unfortunately the fire pit was being rebuilt and the grass was quite soft. Overall, great trip and would definitely stay. Great communicators from booking til check out!!

Very Convenient

Location was very convenient. Kids and grandkids walked or biked to the beach frequently, especially every night to see the sunset. Owners treated us like family when we asked ANYTHING. House was immaculate and well-maintained.

Precious Family Time

House was great. Neighborhood in a good location. Owners delightful. We did so much of what South Haven is known for- beach, Maritime Museum, 1810 ship replica ride, shopping, SO much fun on Dune Ride, Sherman’s for ice cream, Beast Burgers, and most of all family being together.

Great place and convenient location - w rented a golf cart from the community to zip around to town, beaches, etc. Very clean and responsive owner. Kids enjoyed the pool. Would stay again.

Great house for a large family

We have stayed at many houses in this subdivision. This one was very well stocked with household items and other amenities that made our stay even more relaxing. (i.e. bikes, pool and beach gear, and many of the basic household items not necessarily on hand in other properties)

Great return to South Haven

This is a perfect spot to take advantage of a laid back family beach vacation in South Haven. Easy, stress free rental process. Great location- short walk to the beach with feel of quiet neighborhood. House was new and clean with great space to hang out as a family and nice amenities including beach chairs and umbrellas and sturdy wagon to haul them in. Homeowners were very helpful - provided awesome tips and recommendations for places to eat - and quick to respond to the few questions we had.

Great beach stay

We had a wonderful time at Beach Daze. It was an amazing experience. The house was great as was the community. Community pool was really nice and the beach was a very short drive away. We loved the town and the property. Also if you have kids, it's a very family friendly property. Could not be happier.

Great summer vacation spot

Our vacation was great! They had lots of stuff that made our vacation super comfortable. They had treats for s'mores, bikes for the kids, and games for a rainy day. The house was everything they said it would be. It was very comfortable for a family vacation. We would not hesitate to return! Totally worth every penny!

Wonderful place!

We loved our stay! The house had everything we needed and was the perfect distance to town. The welcome info provided by the owners was so helpful and gave us many ideas of fun things to do! Thankfully we cooked most of the nights, because the one issue we encountered was the restaurants were very full or weren’t offering take-out. Our kitchen was well stocked, which made it easy. To the owners, thank you! We loved our stay and highly recommend Beach Daze!

Extremely Satisfied Family

Amazing property

This property was amazing! Unbelievably clean, great location and property owners were great at providing suggestions for fun things to do, places to fish, etc. Our group was 2 families — 4 adults and 7 children (ages 5-12). I was a little worried the house would feel small but it didn’t. We drove to the beach every day — 5 min drive — and spent most afternoons at the pool. We couldn’t have found a more perfect place to stay and are already talking about going back next summer. Highly recommend!

Family Beach Vacation

This property checked all the boxes for us on our family vacation. The house was clean and impeccably decorated to put you in your own beach oasis. The little touches had a big impact with our little one from the wide selection of children’s books to the surprise s’mores kit. The location was perfect with being close to the beaches and downtown for a quick trip but still in a quiet marina neighborhood - ideal for early bedtimes. The marina perks were a huge plus with the pool access and golf cart rentals. We would highly recommend this house for any family or group looking to kick back and enjoy all that South Haven has to offer.

Our family has been enjoying SW Michigan since our kids were babies eating sand on the beach. While they've stopped eating sand, it's still a favorite vacation spot - playing on the beach, paddle boarding, picking blueberries/peaches/apples and hiking at Warren Dunes remain our favorite family adventures. Don't forget sledding, ice skating and skiing in the winter! We are excited to create new memories as homeowners and want to help you create your family memories in Michigan.
