Roomy 4 bedroom 2 bath home with a newly updated kitchen with great fenced in outdoor entertainment including a grill, basketball court, swing set, and fire pit. Plenty of seating in the backward to help soak up those summer raises or nights around the fire pit. Just 5 blocks to downtown and 3 additional blocks to the water. Large backyard that backs up to Celery pond with seasonal views of the marina and the Black river. Two doors down from the Tot Lot park and baseball field. Close to the Kal-Haven trail head. Park your car and enjoy all South Haven has to offer.

We had a great time in South Haven and this house had everything we needed. It was a great space for me, my husband, and our three (almost) grown children (21, 20 and 17). Everyone had their own king sized bed, the family room comfortably fit everyone, the kitchen and bathrooms are all modern and well taken care of, and we made good use of the fire pit! Everything is walkable! We spent a day at nearby Lake Arvesta (lots to do for all ages), booked a dune ride in Saugatuck (book early! They open up the seats two weeks in advance and it's well worth the ride!), ate at some great restaurants, and just generally spent some good quality time together as a family.

Fantastic place for our group. Brent was very responsive all the way through. Probably the best kitchen and grill combo we’ve had in a rental. Made the cooking experience much easier.

3 nights in South Haven

This home was a convenient and comfortable location for our time in South Haven. It was a quick drive to the Beach and easy walk to down town. It is also near the Kal-Haven trail which gives great overviews of more natural areas of the Black River. We hung out in the back yard using the games and firepit every night.

Great spot in cute beach town

This house is excellently located in South Haven. A 5 minute walk to downtown, a few minutes drive to the beach, and really close to necessary shopping. House was appointed beautifully and was a great place for our 8 members to stay while enjoying a beach trip.

Family Stay

House was nice— good size for our party of 6 and lots of activities in the backyard area. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had equipment for cooking our own meals. Location was good for us —we had bikes so no issues getting to the beach. Did note that in addition to front/back doors, there was video surveillance on their garage facing the enclosed backyard/back of house where we were hung out.

Fantastic Property

The location was perfect for what we needed. Walking distance to food and shoppong with plenty of privacy at the house. We did drive to the beach, but it is certainly a walkable distance. We would definately rent the same property again in the future.

Wonderful Family Vacay

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying in this home! It exceeded our expectations, supplying all of our needs. It’s perfectly located near shopping and the beach. Several family members brought E-bikes, and an electric skateboard, which made it super easy to navigate around the neighborhood and beach area. We will definitely come back next year 🤩 🌊 Thanks for being such awesome hosts Brent and Holly!

Great House

The house was comfortable, clean, and nicely updated. We didn't have the best weather for time at the beach, but this meant we got to enjoy all the extras at the house, like the basketball hoop, swings, yard games, and fire pit!

Family Friendly Close to town

The property was fabulous for our family of six adults. Everything is brand new and beach themed , and we loved the large yard with fire pit and a big grill.

Awesome experience; great location!

This was our first time renting this property and we absolutely loved it! Located near downtown South Haven and walkable or short drive to town and beach. Property was super clean, updated and had great outdoor space too. Very positive experience with property owner too! 100% met all of our needs! Highly recommend.

Great time, Clean house, short walk to beach and downtown

Very clean house and amenities in good working condition and easy to use. Loved having a basketball hoop, swing set and fire pit for the teens to hang out while not out and about that were in great condition. All the basics were covered and then some for the whole week. Would definitely stay here again or another property by this owner. Brent responded very quickly to all the questions I had up to the trip. Not much interaction after check in because everything was in order!

The interior of the home appeared all newly remodeled. Quite clean. Huge TV. Great back yard. Enjoyed firepit in eve. Friendly hosts. Great back yard to relax or games. Good neighborhood. Third trip to South Haven, best accomodations .

Excellent Accommodations

This house had everything we needed for our stay. We brought some of our own cookware and utensils and never needed any of them. Very nice area out back with a basketball hoop and great sitting area. Host (Brent) was prompt to respond with questions. House was super clean, well kept and perfect size for my 3 children and their spouses and 6 children.
