¡Acogedor apartamento de 1 dormitorio con impresionantes vistas del océano y la legendaria playa de Sotavento! Date un chapuzón en la gran piscina, luego mira el océano desde tu sofá, cocina, comedor o balcón. Equipo ultra completo con todo incluido: wifi gratuito, lavadora, TV, etc. (detalles a continuación). Llegadas posibles 24/7.

Ubicación excepcional: planta superior, asegurando las mejores vistas. Acceso directo al aparcamiento (gratuito y fácil) sin subir o bajar escaleras. Muy cerca del acceso a la piscina, posible en ascensor. Así apartamento de fácil acceso para personas con movilidad reducida / discapacitados.

Capacidad: 4 personas máximo: una habitación con una cama doble (2 personas) y un sofá cama en la sala de estar (máximo 2 personas). El dormitorio tiene grandes armarios, 2 mesitas de noche y un espejo.

Wifi: excelente conexión wifi gratuita. ¡Ya sea por placer o por negocios si es un hombre de negocios, permanezca conectado y tenga la sensación única de estar sentado en el fin del mundo!

Instalaciones: baño: WC y ducha grande, equipos de limpieza, secador de pelo. Cocina con vista al mar: 4 fogones y campana extractora, microondas, horno, 2 cafeteras que incluyen 1 Nespresso (no se suministran vainas) y hervidor de agua, tostadora, nevera-congelador, mesa alta con 2 sillas de bar, cafetera lavar la ropa (secadora en el balcón). Salón con vista al mar: sofá convertible en cama doble, TV de pantalla plana, DVD y reproductores de CD. Mesa y 4 sillas. Balcón con vista al mar: mesa y 4 sillas. Las mosquiteras están instaladas en todas las ventanas.

Acceso: código de bloqueo digital, que permite la llegada 24/7. ¡No hay llave para llevar cuando vas a la piscina!
El apartamento está ubicado a 45 minutos al sur del aeropuerto de Fuerteventura, y un poco a las afueras de la ciudad de Costa Calma. Creemos que alquilar un automóvil en el aeropuerto es esencial para disfrutar plenamente de los hermosos paisajes de esta región.

Piscina: lo suficientemente larga como para nadar vueltas. Sillones y baños / duchas.

Terrazas: encima del edificio, enormes terrazas. Ideal para tu sesión de pilates / yoga por la mañana, o para hacer grandes selfies con vistas panorámicas del mar y los volcanes circundantes para compartir en tus redes sociales.

Limpieza: proporcionado por un equipo profesional, cubierto por los costos de € 60 / alquiler a cargo del cliente (+ € 10 / persona más de 2 personas). La limpieza durante la estancia se puede organizar pagando directamente a las señoras de la limpieza. Ropa de noche y toallas.

Fumar / animales: fume solo al aire libre, en el balcón y en las terrazas. No se permiten mascotas.

Actividades y alrededores: Costa Calma es un lugar único para todo tipo de placeres y aventuras: correr / trekking / caminata nórdica en volcanes o desiertos arenosos, ciclismo, golf, moto / quad / buggy, jet ski, viaje en catamarán para ver delfines, pesca, buceo / snorkel, zoológico cercano (parque Oasis), excelentes restaurantes, surf, visitar otras islas Canarias, explorar los paisajes salvajes del sur de la isla, etc. En el departamento hay un libro de visitas que contiene mil y una ideas más y consejos de nuestros clientes. ¡No dudes en inspirarte y compartir tu turno!
Las playas de los alrededores son las más bellas de la isla con kilómetros de arena dorada, ideales para caminatas románticas, correr, naturismo y amantes de la relajación.
El apartamento da a la playa de Sotavento, un lugar conocido por ofrecer las condiciones ideales para el kitesurf y el windsurf: los campeonatos mundiales se celebran allí cada año en verano. René Egli (10 minutos a pie) e Ion proporcionan equipos, ofrecen lecciones y garantizan una vigilancia rigurosa (torres de vigilancia y motos de agua) en este lugar en alta mar. La vista que da a la playa le permite observar a los windsurfistas y kitesurf que evolucionan desde el sofá y el balcón, ¡y unirse a ellos en los mejores momentos del día!

Superb apartment

Fantastic views from this top floor apartment - and no stairs from car park to front door!! Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, all in all a great place to stay.

Great relaxing holiday

The property has great views over the sea from the balcony and is in a well maintained complex with a lovely pool area and a short walk down to the beach . The main town is about a 15 min walk to restaurants and bars. We hired a car and can recommend Payless. We always enjoy this area of Fuerteventura as it has all you need for a relaxing holiday

This is just the perfect place to stay in Costa Calma especially if you're wind/kite surfing. Breathtaking views (including an amazing sunrise)! The flat is fully equipped so perfect for a nice supper on the terrace overlooking the beach and the ocean. We will definitely go back.

Perfect getaway

If you want to be away from it all this is the perfect place . Peaceful, great views and beaches within easy walking distance (good footwear needed) . The apartment has everything you need. The chipmunks on the beach were very entertaining! Thank you to Leslie and Tracey for being very helpful and also quick to answer queries.

Great well-equipped apartment

We loved our stay in this one-bedroom apartment at Playa Paraiso in Costa Calma very much. We have been staying in many apartments at this complex but this is by far the best apartment we have had. It is very clean, well equipped with everything one needs to make a holiday comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are better than you can hope for (we both have back problems and slept very well here). We sincerely hope to stay again in this apartment at our next visit to the island.

Our aim is to make sure that all of our guests time spent at our apartment is both comfortable and memorable. The housekeepers check our mattress's and pillows etc.. on a regular basis - we totally understand that sleeping well is a major part of any holiday and enables you to enjoy each day after having a good nights sleep! We have now added personal WiFi to each of our properties and this has proven to be a very important asset. Fab location for windsurfing and kite surfing

A well equipped, smartly furnished and clean property situated close to windsurfing, kite surfing and swimming beaches. The apartment was in a quiet spot with excellent facilities including a good sized swimming pool. Restaurants and shops close by however a car is strongly recommended to get the most out of the area. Good communication with the owner ensured we had all the information needed prior to our travel. We had a fantastic couple of weeks and would strongly recommend this one bedroom property - we will be going back!

Digital nomad paradise

From start to finish the host was amazing. We met as strangers and left as friends. Nothing was too much trouble for this host. The apartment is in a very quiet area of the island. The apartment was just for me go work in but it was hard to work with such a view. The internet was the best l have used allowing video calls and AirPods to be used at the same time. The pool was fantastic and l had the pool to myself most days after work. I have only been back a few days but l miss it already

eventful stay

Due to family issues our stay was cut very short.The apartment was tastefully decorated with an excellent shower and very comfy bed.BUT we couldnt enjoy the view from the balcony as it over looked the town and was cold and very windy. There was no change of towels or bed linen,and no beach/pool towels as stated.A car is a must as taxis wont pick up from the apartments,but they will drop off ,but upthe top of the hill,leaving you to navigate the potholed track in the dark.APARTMENT suitable for short stay,fit,water sports enthusiasts with a car.

Dave, are you sure you went in my apartment ? Because if you say it is overlooking the town, you were definitely in a wrong one ! haha ! It has an amazing 180° sea view that every customer is enjoying ! In your reservation price is included the work of a cleaning company, providing a complete set of towels and bed linen. You can ask at any moment extra sets, but this comes also with an extra price for the work of the company who brings them and will clean them. Seems logical so far, right ? Very few customers ask for an extra, and you didnt ask, but criticize. About the taxi story, you probably didnt read the documents i provided. I have 12 years of experience in making holidays and owning in Fuerteventura, and i give a lot of valuable information to my customers to avoid traps and make the best of their holidays... if only they are willing to pay attention. You say the apartment is suitable only for short stay and with a car. Here again this is wrong, as there are people happily living full time in similar apartments of this building, and without a car ! I'm very sorry for the family issues that forced you to fly home after a only 2 days. I guess if you would have stayed all the time of your reservation, you would have fallen under the magic spell of this incredible place, like many others. I feel you gave a very low score to the apartment due mainly to personal reasons. I'm giving a lot of value to my customers, and that feels a bit demotivating. I know you were in a low emotional state, but giving an unjustified low score to the apartment is deteriorating my business through the algorithm of the platform. You even described the weather as cold and very windy. Well i was there a few days before, and was surfing in january during 3 hours in a row, drying and tanning after in the hot sun ; my car was showing 25°C in the afternoon. Already the Greeks were calling Canarias the Fortunate Islands :-) When you came, it was approx 20°C in Fuerte and 0°C in London. Wasn't it enough in the middle of the winter in Europe ? On top of that, are you sure i'm responsible for the weather ? So, is it relevant to write your subjective impression about the weather, when you are asked to evaluate a short term rental apartment ? I wish you to find the place on earth that makes you feel happy, but please stop making inappropriate evaluations on exceptional places like this one. Farewell

Very equipped and relaxing 1 bedroom apartment.

The apartment was really well equipped. Pleasnt view with sunrise and if really entuastic walk to spar supermarket. The only problem really was the directions and unpaved roads that should've been paved to the entrance of the block. The instructions was clear but the bridge on the picture was identical to another that leaded to another big red building that we thought was correct but wasn't. Also there was no roundabout at the time of our arrival because of roadworks so we had to turn left like most people did instead of go all around. The adress also wasn't accurate (the proper adress is ESMERALDA V.) Otherwise the apartment was really good and would recommond to a freind.

Costa Calma - Playa Paraiso Apartment

The apartment and surrounding area more than live up to the description that is given. We had a wonderful holiday in an idyllic setting and we can't wait to go again. Swimming in the sea everyday and in the apartment pool in the temperatures there is a must and was something that we really look forward to going back to. The apartment was clean and very well maintained and the facilities in the apartment, eating and cooking utensils, washing machine, shower, tv/radio, balcony, furniture are excellent. Temperatures over our stay ranged from 23 Deg C to 30 Deg C. Buying food locally and eating out are both very cheap and the food in restaurants is excellent. We particularly liked "Galleria" in Costa Calma. There is a good WiFi signal for internet use from the apartment although for some reason at weekends only all internet seems to be blocked despite there still showing good access signals. Car hire from Payless at the airport was extremely easy and there was no problem with the car. Even allowing for the fact that we are not used to driving on the wrong side of the road the journey from airport to apartment took slightly less than one hour and the roads are not busy. Petrol is very cheap compared to Ireland and U.K. Well worth hiring a car in order to visit points of interest when you feel like it and without having to rely on local services. If you like quiet and out of the way but within easy reach of local services, beach, safe swimming, water sports (wind surfing, kite surfing)etc, this is the place for you. Even if you don't like water sports just walking on the miles of yellow sandy beach and watching others have fun is great. The overall feeling we came away with was that we wanted to go back and would recommend it to others, and that is always a good sign. Thanks very much for a great holiday. Joan & Tim

Praia Paraiso

Anständiges Apartment, sehr voolständig ausgestattet und mit einmaliger, völlig freier Aussicht auf Strand und den Atlantik.Die Küche hat die (schon geplante!) Renovation jedoch sehr nötig. Parken in der Nähe des Apartments ist fast ständig ein grösseres Problem.

Grandiose Aussicht

Die exponierte Lage der Apartmentanlage in unmittelbarer Strandnähe ist hervorzuheben. Das Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt braucht. Jahreszeitbedingt war der Pool noch recht frisch. Die Parkplatzsituation war manchmal etwas schwierig. Am besten konnte man unterhalb der BMAnlage Anlage Anlage parken.

Topp-Appartment in super Lage

Die Lage der Appartmentanlage am Hang sorgt für einen fantastischen Weitblick aufs Meer und die nahe gelegenen Strände der Costa Calma. Der Balkon hat dazu genau die richtige Ausrichtung. Hier kann man wunderbar verweilen. Das Appartment hat alles, was man braucht. Vom Korkenzieher bis zum Sofa. Das Bett ist besonders gut. Der Kontakt zum freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter war einfach und er war immer verfügbar, wenn man ihn brauchte.

Wunderschöne vier Wochen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Hinzu kommt eine wirklich traumhafte Aussicht und ein sehr hilfsbereiter und sympathischer Vermieter.

Fantastische Lage und stilvolles Appartement

Jean Marie ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Der Ausblick vom Balkon und Panorama Fenster im Wohnbereich ist Atem beraubend. Vom Balkon kann man den kompletten Spot bei René Egli überblicken. Von der Dachterrasse und von den Treppen, ca. 20 Meter von der Wohnungsfür überblickt man auch die gesamte Lagune. Parkplätze gibt es genügend und sind max. 50 bis 100 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Pool ist schön und recht gut vor Wind geschützt. Die ca. 20m reichen um Bahnen zu ziehen. Gerne wieder!

Dieser Ausblick weckt Urlaubsgefühle

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in der Wohnung. Der Ausblick war jeden Morgen eine kleine Sensation. Die erhöhte Lage bedeutet auch, dass es ein kleiner Fußmarsch (10 min) zu den Stränden ist (in Richtung Costa Calma liegen zwei schöne Strandbuchten zum Baden mit flachem, sandigen Einstieg, in die andere Richtung dann der endlose Strand zum Spazierengehen, Kiten oder Windsurfen). Hervorzuheben sind außerdem die guten Matratzen, auf denen wir sehr gut geschlagen haben und der nette Kontakt mit Jean-Marie, dem Vermieter.

Urlaub im Paradies

Wir haben unseren 10-Tage Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter optimal. Eine gute Grundaustattung an Kochutensilien ist vorhanden, wir konnten uns sehr gut selbst versorgen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon und die Sonnenaufgänge- einfach herrlich! Die Anlage selbst wird regelmäßig gepflegt, alles ist tipptopp. Man fühlt sich trotz der einsamen Lage sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Zufahrtsstraßen sind nicht geteert, aber erstaunlich gut zu befahren. Wir haben kleine Einkäufe zu Fuß im nahe gelegenen Costa Calma erledigt, denn das Laufen und Gehen gehört zum Urlaub hier im Paradies einfach dazu.

Fantastic holiday in this apartment

The apartment was great! Comfortable and the location is amazing. It is well equipped with everything you need. We cooked in quite often, the kitchen is well equipped. An unexpected highlight was the bed - such an extremely comfortable mattress! The location is fantastic and the view is incredible. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every morning. The host was very helpful with providing information and tips. I would book this apartment again next time I come to Fuerteventura!

Tolles Apartment mit grandioser Aussicht

Die Unterkunft ist fantastisch gelegen! Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist großartig. Alles war sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war besonders hervorzuheben. Sehr viele nützliche Tipps! Danke dafür. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Der Strand ist aber auch zu Fuß problemlos erreichbar.

Sehr schöner Blick aus dem Apartment, gute Ausstattung

Insgesamt ist es ein schönes Apartment. Ich war für zwei Wochen vor Ort, es gab ein paar Armeisen die durch die Abflüsse im Waschbecken und im Badezimmer kamen, dass war aber absolut verkraftbar. Die Ausstattung ist gut, im Schlafzimmer steht ein super großes und gemütliches Bett, der Host ist extrem nett und hilft wo er kann. Das Sofa war etwas durchgesessen, aber da ich nicht im Urlaub bin um dort viel Zeit zu verbringen war das völlig in Ordnung so. Die nähe zum Strand ist super (5min. zu Fuß) und zu den Kitespots ebenfalls. Vielen Dank an Thomas (Host) und ich komme wahrscheinlich wieder. Cheers Julien
