Experimenta la exquisita belleza natural de la Isla Grande. Esta hermosa casa personalizada construida en 2014 se encuentra en una comunidad extremadamente tranquila a 5 minutos del centro de Kailua-Kona. Hay vistas espectaculares tanto del océano como de las montañas.

Hay más de 5 habitaciones privadas que rodean una piscina de agua salada y una gran terraza central completa con un bar, parrilla / parrilla de barbacoa y TV de pantalla grande, ideal para reunirse y cenar al atardecer.

Disfruta de espectaculares puestas de sol desde casi cualquier lugar de la casa.
Cada suite tiene un baño privado y entrada privada.
1 suite tiene una cama queen, sofá cama queen en una habitación separada, sala de estar, cocina completa, lavandería, 1. 5 baños y lanai privado
1 suite tiene 2 camas queen más un sofá futón completo y una gran sala de estar. Tiene un balcón privado perfecto para ver increíbles puestas de sol de Kona.

2 suites tienen una cama queen en cada una y un gran lanai para disfrutar de las vistas del atardecer y observar las estrellas
Además, está nuestra cabaña Surfer que tiene una habitación privada con un futón completo y las mejores vistas de toda la propiedad. Hay un medio baño privado con ducha al aire libre. Disfruta de la puesta de sol y las estrellas alrededor de tu propia fogata privada.

Hay una cabaña adicional disponible en el sitio con 2 camas queen, baño privado y patio privado (cargo adicional por esta cabaña separada)

La finca está llena de bananos, mangos, piñas, hierbas y verduras. Eres bienvenido a elegir lo que esté maduro.

We love the Promise Tree. This is our second visit and we can’t say enough about this special property. The hosts are fabulous and responsive. The pool provides endless entertainment and the rooms and property were perfect for our large group. We can’t wait to come again!

This house was so amazing!! There was 11 of us and we had more than enough room. The pool is so pretty especially at night with the different colored lights. The outdoor area is so pretty and a perfect place for our whole family to gather. We would definitely recommend this house. It was beautiful, clean, well equipped. Love it.

It was a total dream! We had enough space for all 7 of us to have privacy & individualized comfort. Beds & pillows were SO nice I’m going to buy the same pillows for my home now! Everything was clean & delightful, all the necessities were thought of. Extra things were there, and just made it easy -Tupperware, coffee filters, laundry soap…Esther was a wonderful hostess!! We had a yoga teacher come every day to the house & had plenty of space for outdoor classes. The pool was warm & simply magical at night. Definitely a perfect place for a small retreat! I will always book this location for my future visits to Hawaii! Thank you again for sharing this beautiful home!!

Hawaiian Family Vacation

We had an amazing time at Promise Tree. New family memories were made at this amazing property. The beautiful property had all of the amenities anyone could ask for and more. We can’t wait to visit again, and will definitely book there again.

Great gathering spot

Loved all the bungalows for our three families to stay in with one living room lanai to father and eat around. The pool was warm. Had everything we needed for a beach day. Felt safe and the decor was very Hawaiian themed. Even the house beams!

The Promise Tree provided wonderful space for our family to spend time together while giving everyone their own space. The property has the feel of a lived in family home with all of the extras (beach chairs and umbrellas, coolers, water and yard toys, indoor and outdoor dishes) that you don’t often find at a VRBO. The onsite pool and ripe papayas were a huge hit with the kids. The location was perfect for heading down to the beaches and shopping or up to a little town and coffee farms. Be sure to look up when onsite! The wood beams and supports have beautiful carvings in them.

Spectacular place!

All of our family loved staying at The Promise Tree! The pool was perfect for a range of swimming skills, and the huge lanai, with a gorgeous view of sky and sea and stars (and all its seating and outdoor dining areas) was far beyond what we expected! Our hosts Esther and Josh were incredibly responsive and ery generous. We would highly recommend this property to any family group wanting to make the best of the Big Island visit!
