Casita encantadora en la comunidad de Sleepy Beach

Casita romántica bellamente amueblada, ubicada en terrenos cerrados, a pocos pasos (6 cuadras) del centro de Encinitas, Moonlight Beach y la estación de tren.

Después de un día de disfrutar del surf y la arena, disfrute de los diversos restaurantes, cafeterías y tiendas que Encinitas tiene para ofrecer. Legoland, Del Mar Track, San Diego Wild Animal Park, Petco Padres Ballpark, Gaslamp District, Old Town, Cedros Design district y Del mar Racetrack también están a poca distancia en auto. Bicicletas disponibles para crucero Encinitas.

Estacionamiento en el lugar. 1 habitación con vestidor, hermoso baño con ducha, cocina moderna totalmente equipada (electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, licuadora, cafetera, plancha, tostadora), sala de estar con TV grande, WiFi, barra de desayuno y una terraza muy grande con vista a los jardines. Ideal para asar a la parrilla o simplemente relajarse. Totalmente equipado con muebles de teca y muebles de salón. Ventiladores de techo en salón y dormitorios.

A partir del 1/1/2009, la Ciudad de Encinitas ha agregado un impuesto del 10% a todos los alquileres de menos de 31 días con el fin de restaurar la arena de la playa. Todos los ingresos se destinan a este esfuerzo y apreciamos su apoyo. El impuesto se agregará a la tarifa de alquiler.

Perfect location

Encinitas Getaway!

We stayed the week here & was good central location for going into San Diego or visit north to LA -the weather was great & host was ready to answer any questions we had -highly recommend this awesome Getaway!

Great stay here

We stayed here just over a week and really enjoyed it. The decor is beautiful and so are the grounds. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating when there was sudden change to our arrival date. I would stay here again.

Lovely little place

Just spent 5 nights at this lovely little Casita. Had a relaxing time and loved the location! Walking distance to downtown Encinitas, Moonlight Beach and some amazing restaurants. The Casita is located at the end of very private street, was fully equipped with everything that you could need.

Cozy Setting

Small casitas for two with all the amenities. Nice seating area outside. Great shower and comfortable bed. Close to the freeway, but it didn't bother us. Enjoyed a full day at Moonlit Beach. Liked how convenient it was to get there from our place. Our son and daughter-in-law live in the area, so we are planning to be return guests.

Stunning apartment

The Casita was beautifully decorated and maintained. We had lots of privacy and were just a 5 min drive or 20 min walk to the beach and downtown area.

Beautiful home away from home

Wonderful relaxing casita with coastal feel. Close in to beaches and many great restaurants. Lovely furnishings and special thoughtful touches to make you feel at home, We loved having Henri the family pooch decide we were worthy of visiting. We would recommend the casita to anyone seeking a peaceful place to just relax and also visit Encinitas which is a great small beach town.

Great location

The casita was super comfortable and very easy to access. Our host was great and very friendly. They have a dog that is super sweet but as long as you ignore him he’ll just mind is own business. Location is walking distance to moonlight beach and downtown Encinitas. Would highly recommend staying here

Charming 2nd floor casita with full kitchen, balcony/patio, comfortable queen-size bed and convenient location. Host was considerate, the casita was clean, spacious and nicely appointed. Enjoyed this unit very much.

Great location in beautiful Encinitas

Loved staying in the Casita in Encinitas. It is close to everything we needed;shops, restaurants, and surf! Beach chairs and beach towels were a bonus, and Eric was super nice with checking in on us to see if we needed anything during our stay. There is construction right next door, and they start working pretty early,but that was not a huge issue as I’m an early riser,and we were on the go visiting family and all of San Diego! Will definitely stay here again when visiting San Diego!

A Wonderful Place!

Such a wonderful place set in a great location. Beautiful, well equipped and extremely comfortable place to stay in pretty Encinitas. The only thing we were disappointed with was the absence of Henry the dog! Such a lovely place, we hope to return soon. Thanks :)

Best place ever!

This place has everything anybody would ever want in a VRBO home! The kitchen has everything you need and the bed is super comfortable! This thing that stands out the most is Eric the Vrbo! He goes out of his way to make sure you stay is so comfortable! His dog is super friendly and us every day we come back home! The beach is so close you can walk or you can take the bike for a nice little ride! Such a beautiful place and great location! You don’t want to stay anywhere else! Enjoy!

Cozy casita

Loved staying at the casita. Short walk to downtown, restaurants, grocery store and ocean. We love to walk so for us walking 1/2 mile to everything was easy. The casita has all your kitchen needs it really is well stocked. Eric who lives on the property that is separate from the casita, is very accessible and is very helpful.

Good Find Close to Moonlight Beach and Encinitas Town

I did not want to rent a car for my week-long stay so this property was nicely located within walking distance to the many of the cafes, restaurants, and beaches I wanted to explore. The property has a nice kitchen and is comfortable overall, with a great private porch. Owners were responsive to texting and questions. I recommend, especially if you like to walk rather than drive.

Great place to stay near the beach and wonderful Encinitas

Doris and Eric, We really enjoyed this relaxing Encinitas casita. We took walks in the eclectic neighborhood which had some great views, very charming indeed. We loved the large terrace where we could just sit back and take in the view, stretch out on the chaise lounge and Bar-B-Q. The casita had everything we needed, the decor was lovely, lots of fun color. The fireplace keep us warm on the cold nights. We would definitely stay again. Susan and Bruce

We bought the property when our Grandson was born in Encinitas and fell in love with the prospect of our son living in the main house and having a place for us to stay when we visit.

We loved the 1940's villa main house with the unique private 1 bedroom casita over the garage. The grounds are beautiful and the area is somewhat secluded in a residential neighborhood.

Beautiful second story Casita setting overlooking Encinitas Beach community with endless sunsets and large deck for outside activity.
