Este acogedor de 4 dormitorios y 4 baños tiene la cantidad justa de espacio para que todos estén juntos, pero no abarrotados. El salón está abierto a la cocina / comedor para un lugar de reunión perfecto para todos. La cubierta de atrás tiene un tobogán cerrado turbo para un divertido viaje desde la cubierta hasta el suelo. También tiene luz de fiesta para que puedas personalizar los colores según tu estado de ánimo. Fuera de la cubierta trasera hay un porche protegido para protegerse del calor y el sol. Hay una pequeña puerta de vidrio de garaje que se abre entre la cocina y el porche para facilitar el servicio y la conversación. Hay dos maestros. El primer dormitorio principal está abajo y tiene una cama King y baño privado completo. El segundo maestro está arriba y también tiene una cama King y baño privado completo. El tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas queen, y el cuarto dormitorio es una litera con dos juegos de literas queen sobre queen (para un total de 4 reinas). This place is fantastic! Very clean, kitchen well stocked, games for the kids, two washers and dryers, plenty of towels, and incredible location. The host was super. She responded quickly when we had questions. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful family holiday get together! There was lots of room to spread out, and the home was very well-stocked. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and silverware for a crowd, and there were plenty of towels and extra bedding. Having 4 bathrooms and a washer/dryer on both floors was a big plus. The swings by the fire pit were a popular spot, and the river was so peaceful. The hosts were friendly and responsive, and the check-in/out process was very easy. Thanks for a great stay!

Best place I have stayed in years

Nothing negative to say e erything was spot on Kids and grandkids never got bored Buetiful property. And the owner was there next door remodeling the deck on his other house the honey bee and he let my family use his kayaks with out hesitation Very grateful to be able to stay and enjoy this property with my family Thank you We will be back Exsoecisly after the farmhouse is done going to sorctscluar

We enjoyed having coffee in the mornings on the porch every morning overlooking the creek and the Cossatot mountain. It was a short walk to the creek which was shallow enough for the grandkids to wade in. We enjoyed the swings in the evening when the sun was going down and played a little volleyball with our granddaughter. There was even a nice bubble maker left out for our grandkids. They loved it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for a great visit!

Great place to stay!!

The house was perfect and exactly as stated! There was plenty of room for our group of 3 families with plenty to do. Lisa made sure to make this house very accommodating and thought of tons of little homey features to add. Very pleased and will be back!

Perfect Labor Day weekend!

This property was perfect for our family of 14! It was clean, accommodated everyone comfortably, kitchen was well stocked, and the location was perfect. I will definitely book when we visit the area again!

Quality Family Time

From age 7 to 82, we enjoyed our stay immensely! Great little town and easy drive to Hot Springs and Lake Ouachita! We loved hanging out in the Caddo River right outside the house, as well as playing games inside. We hope to come back next year!

A wonderful 5 days on the river!

A lovely well appointed house on the river. Loved the screened in porch and the bunk room was a hit with the kids. The owners were wonderful and very accommodating and answered all requests and questions very quickly and generously! We hope to go back next year!

Great place

We had a wonderful time with family. Everything we needed was already there. Young and old alike had plenty to do from floating the river to cornhole tournaments or just relaxing in the swings. We’ll definitely be back.

Best Family Christmas!!!

The Farmhouse is our favorite place on the Caddo. Accommodations are excellent. Outdoor space is very spacious. Loved the new fire pit and swings. It was very cold. We are hoping to come during warm weather on our next family outing. Overall a great place!

Cousin Crew

We booked the Farmhouse for our Cousin Crew family vacation! It was a beautiful house and we had the best time! We had a volleyball tournament as well as cornhole tournament! It was so nice to just walk out the back of the house and be at the river! The house was just the right size and we plan to stay again!

Great home, furnished & equipped well.

We enjoyed our stay! Our second time to stay at the farmhouse. Only issue was cleanliness of bed linens & someone could have made a meal out of food left underneath the couch. The house is fabulous but could use a good cleaning & sheets could use some bleach.

Perfect location

We had a great time at the Farmhouse! The kitchen was well stocked-beyond typical expectations for a rental. The Farmhouse offered more than enough entertainment- games, airfort for rainy days, a great screened in porch, slide for kids! Location was perfect! Not crowded like some of the other rentals on the river. Blackstone on the back patio was a great surprise! Will definitely be back!

Family get away

We had a great time just hanging out at the house! Kids loved exploring near the river. Can’t wait to come back in summer time! Only issue road coming into property was pretty rough, maybe parish or state could make some repairs

Loved everything at the Farm House

The Farmhouse was the perfect place for our gals reunion. We loved the beautiful setting on the Caddo River. The weather was perfect for November. We built a fire at night and loved seeing the deer appear to check us out and even one early morning fire to toast Mimosas! We had lovely bedrooms/baths for our own personal space and enjoyed getting together in the living/ kitchen space. The back deck was awesome for early morning coffee and enjoying nature’s beauty. Next time, we’re going down the slide!

Great place on the river

This is our 3rd year to stay at the Farmhouse. We love everything about it, the fact that the stairs are not so high or excessive and all the new additions. Just a couple of things that would really add to the total enjoyment, several flyswatters and a second refrigerator! Something that could be put on the screened in deck that would help with the extra food, drinks and ice storage. Not to mention cutting down on how many times you have to go in and out of the house to help with the fly situation. Anytime we come to the Caddo river the Farmhouse is our place to stay.

Relaxing Getaway

The Farm House lived up to its reputation! 5 star experience. We loved the immediate wow factor walking in. It was so beautiful yet so simple. We loved how they decorated but it was simple enough where you can set up your items on the counters etc. Some places have so much stuff/breakable items that it’s hard to relax with a family. This place is perfect for families, adult trips. It truly accommodates all ages. I wish we had known about this place when we had babies. They had it set up so nice to accommodate even babies. We had a crew with us their ages were 3,5,7,9,10,and 11 we also had 4 adults. Everyone enjoyed the Farmhouse from the cool slide to the swings close by the river. Not to mention the game room entertainment for night time. The river even though it was low we still got to enjoy rafting down it. We had a list of top houses to stay at on the Caddo River. I am so grateful we chose the Farmhouse. It truly has the best outdoor set up and the house is fantastic. We were very pleased with the Farmhouse. We hope to return again! Thanks for making our vacation relaxing! Don’t think twice just book the farmhouse!
