Great home!

Amazing house. It’s so well stocked and large enough for a big family. The furnishings are comfortable and it feels like a home and not just a rental piece of property. Convenient location to grocery shopping and restaurants.

Lake Stay

Its a beautiful house, well stocked, comfortable for everyone. Dock was great for boat and 2 jetskis. Ramps were very close. Only issue was pool, spa was not clean or useable on arrival and throughout our stay. We reserved it for 9 nights but left a day early.

This was the 3rd time my extended family and I spent a week at the house. It was as good as before. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Fairly flat yard to the lake so it was good for elderly to get to the lake. Dock is spacious and solid. Nice area at the end of the dock to get in the water and a substantial ladder for exiting the lake.

Great stay at Northlake

I have stayed at this property 3 times and the most recent stay was again wonderful. The property is clean and complete with everything needed. Very nice property, fairly level walk to the dock (important to me as I had elderly guests). Also get dock!

We had a great time. The house was wonderful and location was great. Good access to the lake and house is equipped well. We would go back! Only issue was the hardwood floors were dirty. Beds were great too!

Loved it!

Our second stay in this home and we had a wonderful time. We even got lucky with the weather, only one rain shower the entire week. Spent lots of time in the water and relaxing on the dock. I highly recommend this property!

Fun Family Getaway

This house was perfect for a long family lake vacation. And it is pet-friendly, so we were able to bring our dogs along so that they could enjoy the lake too! There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, and the house is well stocked with kitchen necessities, lake toys, etc. The owner is very easy to work with for check-in, questions during our stay, and for check-out. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful home on the lake!

My family and I stayed here for our family 4th of July trip. The home is very spacious and extremely clean. I travel frequently and really notice the small things when it comes to how clean it is. The ceilings fans had no dust/dirt as well as light fixtures. I walked around barefoot and my feet were clean at the end of the night. The kitchen is well stocked and the dock was great for fishing, swimming and boating. Had beautiful sunsets from the dock. The host was very quick to respond with answers when I had a question. The only downside for us was the pool. It’s not your traditional pool and wasn’t used. The location of home was very close to all shopping.

Beautiful views & location

The layout was amazing...places to gather and places to escape for alone time. The life-size uno game and air hockey were added bonuses for my grandkids. Kayaks and lake were fun. Grass a bit long, but yard was just reseeded and its been a bit rainy. Great views of the lake and sunsets. Beds were comfy. The hostess was very helpful and kind. We would love to stay at this property again

Family Lake Holiday

Our family had a lovely time at this beautiful, well equipped, comfy, large lakefront home. It was so fun getting together! We even had our furry family member with us! The property is gorgeous, stunning sunsets… The host was very nice and communicative. Grateful for her kindness and sharing her home! Highly recommend this home! Short drive from Atlanta…less than two hours from the airport for family to fly in. Nearby Gainesville offers cute shops and restaurants. We look forward to returning!

Family Lake Vacation

My husband and I booked this house for us and our kids and their spouses. It was a perfect July 4 getaway! There was plenty of space for sleeping, playing, and relaxing. The house was very clean and had everything we needed! The pool and hot tub were in great condition. The garage was stocked with lots of floats, kayaks, and life vest. We rented a boat and were able to dock it out on the boat dock. We hope to make it back one day!

75th Birthday family celebration

We spent a wonderful 5 days together at this lovely home, on this beautiful lake! The boys rented a pontoon boat for touring and tubing...the kids had a blast! Everyone, including the pups, enjoyed the lake. Relaxing in the pool was a welcome relief from the heat of the day. The only downside was that the walk to the lake was a bit challenging for we older folks. Wish we had a few more days to just chill! Thank you Laura for attending to our needs.

The house is good but:1. The property advertised a swim spa that I looked forward to. Only after paying did we receive the rules stating that guest are not to use the swim features and the spa only fits 2 people. False advertising will not rent this property again for that reason alone. 2. Also the windows do not open. 3. The yard is advertised as fenced yet it is not fenced in We travel with support dogs and I rented the house to have a fenced yard for them yet again the advertising was misleading. It was also lacking in instruction on how to use the oven. Water pressure sucks.

Magnificent

We stayed for a quick weekend getaway to celebrate my sister and husband's birthdays. I cannot put into words how amazingly beautiful this house was. Not only was it beautiful, but it was immaculately clean. My family and I have stayed at a number of homes through VRBO and I have to say that this is by far the best! It was truly a paradise and the views of the lake were remarkable. This home is also pet friendly and they even provided a pet blanket and pillow in the sitting area off of the kitchen for your pooch! We did not bring our pets, but we are definitely planning to go back and may bring them then. We also saw a variety of wildlife including deer, a fox, and canadian geese. This owner has gone out of their way to make sure everything is first class right down to the pots and pans in the kitchen. Towels and bed linens were luxurious. The beds were extremely comfortable and every single bedroom had an awesome television. There were even tv's in the master bath upstairs and the laundry room. This home is worth every penny!! Thank you so much Laura for sharing this gem.

Spacial privacy!

I rented this property for my daughter and I from Florida, daughter and her spouse in VT, and step daughter with her husband and my grandchildren for the Thanksgiving holiday. This house is set up for the spacial privacy for everyone, We found the property to be very comfortable, clean and private. Our host, Laura was attentive to our needs. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful, family oriented place to vacation.

Lake Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The house is beautiful with several different living areas, all very comfortable. Situated right on the lake, there were open areas to visualize the lake from the deck was a big plus as well. The one thing to caution future guests that may have mobility issues is the stairs leading down to the dock were uneven and a bit rickety, with a big step down to land, and then another big step up to the dock itself. This might not be an issue when the lake is at full pool, but did present some challenges for us older parents whose knees don’t work as well, lol. However, the property and house was beautiful and we would highly recommend this property to our family and friends.
