Perfecta ubicación. Minutos a pie de la ciudad, campo de béisbol, muelle de peces y playa. Carril bici está justo bajando la calle. Esta casa si llena de encanto y calidez. House realizó una importante renovación en 2019. Electrodomésticos nuevos, baño nuevo. Brillante y limpio. Excelente plano de planta con dos habitaciones, una gran sala familiar y un amplio espacio para comer. Perfecto para una familia joven o una pareja y un lugar maravilloso para hacer recuerdos de Cape Cod.

Mary's property was just as pictured and described. She was super accommodating to some last second questions and scheduled adjustments. The house was clean, the space was perfect for our family of 4 as a home base for a fun week on the cape. Walkable to downtown, local restaurants and the pier. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again!

From the moment we walked in for our 2 week stay we knew it would be one we would never forget! Mary and Bernie are the perfect hosts - so welcoming and helpful! Every detail of this house shows the love and care they put into their property - they want to share Chatham and its beauty with their guests. It is the perfect location- walking distance to everything! The house is so comfortable- we felt right at home during our stay with our two boys! Thank you for a wonderful vacation, we cant wait to stay again!

Beautiful Chatham property

A beautiful home-from-home in a convenient and peaceful location. The house was spotless and very well equipped. The garden and patio area were great for relaxing. It has everything you could need to enjoy a hassle-free family holiday. This was our third visit to Chatham and we love it. This property is an easy walk to the Fish Pier, Main Street, Veterans Field, and Chatham Village Market. We also walked to Lighthouse Beach and Oyster Pond Beach. Mary was a great host and was available with recommendations and suggestions for fun things to do locally with our daughter.We would love to visit again and stay here!

Great Chatham Vacation Rental

We enjoyed our August 2024 stay! The home is well kept and very clean. The location was perfect for us with easy access to downtown Chatham and the baseball field. Great yard for relaxing. We would stay here again. Host is quick to respond.

Lovely home in Chatham

This was our third time staying at this lovely house. We really enjoy the house and the neighborhood. From the house, it is a short walk to the baseball field, the downtown area and the lighthouse and beach. The house is in immaculate shape and the hosts are friendly and responsive. We loved eating our meals and reading in the beautifully maintained backyard. We hope to stay there again.

Excellent stay in a great house.

This property was perfect. It was clean and well laid out. The location was ideal. It is far enough for peace and quiet but a 10 minute walk to downtown Chatham. We had 2 great weeks with no issues .

Lovely Stay!

We had a lovely week in this Chatham gem -- our second time staying, but first in the summer. It's centrally located, close to town/ocean/bike path. And very clean/comfortable with a great new, sunny patio in the back!

Another wonderful stay at O'Sea!

This was our second stay at this property, and it was wonderful. The house is super clean and the location is so convenient -- an easy walk to main street, the baseball field, the pier, etc. We loved relaxing on the new patio. Hope to return again!

Charming Chatham Stay

We had the best week at O'Sea II. We have 3 boys 4 and under and this house was perfect for us. Driving distance to the most beautiful beaches and walking distance to the Chatham A's games/town/multiple playgrounds. The house was pristine inside and out. The O'Connors were excellent hosts and always very responsive to the few questions we had. We hope to come back soon!!

Quality everywhere with A+ yard

The home was in a great location. All appliances, pots and pans, dishes and silverware where of top quality. My wife and I are short people. The house made me feel big as I could touch the ceiling without getting on my tippy toes and I’m 5’4”. If I was over 6 ft, I think it may be a problem. Not a problem for my wife and I but it may be if you are tall. VERY, VERY, nice stay………

Location. Location, Location!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this charming home that is walking distance to downtown Chatham! The home is situated right down the street from a beautiful park (key for anyone with small children), and was an easy stroll on sidewalks to downtown. Mary and Bernie were extremely responsive and were available for any questions. I would absolutely stay at this home again!

We enjoyed the comfortable sitting room, read and visited in the backyard reading room and walked to several Chatham Angler games located just down the street. It was the perfect retreat!

Perfect stay at Mary’s in Chatham!

Although other members of my family primarily communicated with Mary, they said that she was prompt, quick and thorough. They also really just enjoyed chatting with her when they could! Mary was kind enough to even recommend my dad (after tearing his ACL playing tennis during our wedding week) to an orthopedic surgeon friend of theirs who was going to be in town - just above and beyond. Property was fantastic and exactly as listed. Walk to Veteran’s Field (5 minutes) and to town (10-15 minutes). Everything is really within a stones throw and at the very least, close via bike ride and/or car, too. The landscaping is beautifully maintained and very well done, as is the home. For being a 2 bed, 1 full bath with an outdoor shower (also very nice), this property is roomy. There was never a point where we felt at all crammed and/or tight on space. Having a basement with a working washer/dryer was helpful as well. All appliances worked great and everything was extremely clean. Couldn’t recommend this property more to friends or family and hopefully we will be able to rent it again!

Lovely home in a great location

The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the downtown area and close to the baseball field where the local minor league team plays. The house was spotless and very comfortable. We will definitely be renting it again in the future.

A wonderful family vacation!

Our family of four enjoyed a wonderful week in Chatham, thanks in no small part to the beautiful O'Sea cottage. The homeowner, Mary, was pleasant to work with and responsive to all our questions. The location of the house is so convenient -- we walked into town, to the baseball field, to the fishing pier, etc. -- and the house itself is lovely. It's spotless, comfortable, and the central A/C is much appreciated (a feature sorely missed in some other homes we've stayed at previously!). We can't wait to plan our next trip to Chatham and hopefully stay here again!
