Completely remodeled to perfection with a new kitchen, bathroom and Central Air along with furnishings by Serena & Lily and a Sonos entertainment system.
Plus 4 additional beds in the lower level. Outdoor gas fire pit and built in BBQ for easy entertaining and outdoor shower. 2 full bedrooms with a king and queen size bed along with a completely finished lower level with 4 additional beds.

Peter’s home is nicer than the photos show and the photos show a nice home. Beautifully remodeled main level with 2 comfortable bedrooms. Clean remodeled basement with sleeping for 8. Very nice Chatham neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants as well as Chatham Bars Inn. Lighthouse beach easy to get to. Rent some bikes from Jimmy at Chatham Hood bikes and you’ll be set.

This was our second time renting this house and it really is such a gem! The location is so convenient to town, the Fish Pier, Chatham Bars Inn, the Chatham Anglers baseball field, and the rail trail - all easily walkable for our family. The home is beautifully decorated and maintained, inside and out, on a quiet side street. Everything you could possibly need is included for your stay, and the owner is easily reachable and a pleasure to work with. Would absolutely stay here again!

The property is incredible. The hosts thought of everything so all you need to pack are clothes. It’s ideally located, walkable to town, the field, market and much more. We loved our stay and looking forward to a future visit

Charming Chatham

We had such a peaceful time here. The house was so comfortable and updated. It was an easy transition. Close to downtown and the pier which was so convenient. Our host was available with any questions. The yard is a sanctuary and being on a no outlet street was such a bonus. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful week

Great property! The house is well taken care of and clean… the decor and style is a bonus. The owners were easy to communicate with and attentive. We stayed at the house with 3 young boys and appreciated that their shed had basketballs, bikes and almost everything you could need at the beach. We enjoyed grilling in the beautiful backyard and being able to walk to the Chatham Angler’s games.

Perfect cape house!

We traveled with our family of 4 and could not have been happier with this rental! It looks beautiful in the photos and is even better in person. The house is impeccably renovated/updated and has everything you could possibly need. It has plenty of space for relaxing, including two large living spaces, and a beautiful backyard with a gas fire pit and large dining table. We also loved the location - it is located in a cute neighborhood and is about a 10 minute walk to the fish pier and the Chatham Anglers field, a 15 minute walk into town, and a quick bike ride to catch the beginning of the rail trail. The hosts were easily accessible by phone/text, though we truly did not need anything the entire week! We would absolutely stay here again - thank you for a great family vacation!

The best!

10/10 great spot for a family visiting Chatham. Walkability was prefect and the house was cozy but still roomy for adults and teens. Firepit was in use every night as well as the accessories in the shed. We LOVED it and can’t wait to come back. Peter was easy to communicate with and house was clean and super comfortable. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Home in Chatham!

My family and I had a great time staying here! The home is clean and beautiful. The outdoor shower was refreshing, and the patio set up was also amazing. The location is walkable to everything in town. This home truly made our trip memorable and I will definitely be looking to stay here again!

Amazing Visit

Perfect location to walk to town, Fish Pier, Chatham Bars Inn and baseball field. Grounds and landscaping were well cared for and classic, beautiful outdoor space with large patio, outdoor cooking area and fireplace for s’mores. Inside the home was perfection; everything felt brand new, sophisticated and comfortable. House was very clean and attention was given to every detail. Two separate family rooms made it very comfortable for relaxing and entertaining… will definitely return.

Chatham Chill Time

Our first time in the Cape and 26 Blueberry Lane was a perfect spot for us to enjoy. Your property is immaculate, has great New England charm and the outdoor shower was a fun treat. We loved ending our day by sitting in the lovely backyard with a beverage and watching the bunnies and turkeys march through the yard. We both had to do a little remote work each day, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Thank you for everything.

A perfect stay on the Cape

We absolutely loved our time in Chatham! The house had everything we needed and was in the perfect location…a quiet quaint neighborhood…walking distance to the beach and downtown. We couldn’t ask for more! We hope to stay again next year!
