Located within a château on the Brégançon vineyard estate, this attached apartment is on the first floor and features a small balcony with a partial ocean view, one parking space in front of the cottage, and an additional parking space outside the courtyard. Guests are asked to park their vehicles outside the courtyard during the “rosé aperitifs” held every Tuesday. This friendly event takes place in July and August and features live music from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, where you can sample wines from Château de Brégançon (special rates for guests staying at the cottage). Free access to the secure, guarded parking lot at Estagnol Beach, 1.5 km away (2 free parking passes provided), only when it is open between May and the end of September; the dam on the pond is 800 m away.
