Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The walk to the beach is super easy. We have 5 kids and none of them complained about the walk. The neighborhood is quiet even with all of the pet friendly houses. The pool was smaller than expected but we still really enjoyed it. We had it heated and that was great since the mornings and nights were still chilly. Tacky Jacks and Pelican ice cream is a minute or two drive away, the dollar store is 10 minutes away (it has some produce and beach stuff), Jesse’s on the bay isn’t too far, but there isn’t a grocery store close. The beds were comfortable enough. There are no extra blankets but luckily we brought some with us. Bring extra trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent if you plan on washing clothes, and beach towels. Communication with the rental company was easy. Overall the house is great, we would stay here again.

Family Vacation

This property was great for our family of four! It was super clean, kitchen was well stocked, and only 115 steps to the beach! Nicely updated inside and beds were comfy!! The pool was wonderful and clean! It was great to come back to after a long day at the beach because it was shaded around 2:30 on! The property manager was great to communicate with during the entire process as well! We’d definitely stay again!!!!

Lovely home

We spent our annual spring break trip here this year and really enjoyed the property! Short walk to the beach and a wonderful home! The pool was nice, we had to pay to have it heated since it was cool this week, but when it was heated it felt like a hot tub and was so nice to enjoy since it was so cool outside!

Family Christmas

Great location to the beach, maybe took 1 minute. Quiet neighborhood, while still being dog friendly. Great sunset/sunrises. Relaxing drinking coffee and listening to the waves from the front porch. Great customer service, we didn’t realize we had to ask for the pool heater to be turned on, but they took care of us real quick. Would stay again.

Great stay on the beach

Perfect low key location and house was so clean and very nice. A quick walk to the beach and no crowds. A few places nearby to eat, but definitely not the chaos of orange beach or gulf shores. If you’re looking for a nice, quiet location, this is it!

Sister Weekend

House was petty, looked to have been updated recently. Everything was clean. Big plus-- House on dead-end street with very little traffic.... One small issue was the one bathroom did not want to flush very good. Overall, we would book again.

Perfect family vacation spot!

There were small issues throughout the property such as soft spots in the floor and a hole in the hall door. Outside of that the house was great and nothing negatively impacted our stay

Great vacation!

The property was in excellent condition when we arrived. Very clean and it was stocked with everything we needed and more. From kitchen supplies to beach supplies. It was a very short walk to a nice local beach. While the water was too cold for the adults, the kids were having a blast everyday. They really enjoyed the beach toys in the storage room and we loved the beach wagon that helped haul them and the chairs that were provided. Overall, it was a wonderful stay that we will keep in mind. The property is a 30 min drive from large chain businesses/grocery stores but it isn’t a deal breaker by any means. Highly recommend this place!

Great Stay for the family including the dogs!

House was very clean had a great floor plan and the beds were very comfortable. This house being a new build gave the home a nice feel especially in Fort Morgan where you can run into old homes that need updating and cleaning. We had 4 adults and our two dogs and this house was a perfect setup with plenty of room for all of us. It was just a easy short 3-5 min walk to the beach. There is a downstairs closet where you can lockup and store your beach stuff and there is a downstairs fully functioning shower with hot water. This was very nice to have.

Great little house in a good spot! Short walk to the beach. House very clean! Fort Morgan itself is limited with food options, etc - but if you’re willing to drive 20-30 min, it’s not a big deal at all!

Delightful property & beach getaway!

Keep It Simple was exactly what we were looking for. Private, easy walking distance to an uncrowded beach, and peaceful. KIS is just 5 houses from the dune/beach access. Front deck is great spot to watch & listen to the ocean. Covered parking for 2 vehicles. 2 handy outdoor conveniences: a short hose at bottom of steps for washing off your feet upon return and a private outdoor shower that is really helpful. The small storage area with beach toys/boogie boards is an appreciative touch. Also, house is just 4 min from the Dauphin Island/Ft. Morgan ferry dock. Fantastic property! Highly recommended.

Family spring break

This house was an absolutely perfect beach getaway. We had three young children and two adults and fit in the space well. The dining area is a bit tight but we made it work. There's a picnic table and plenty of outdoor seating! Kitchen comes well stocked. Our kids loved the massive amounts of sand toys and the beach wagon was an awesome perk too! 2 min walk down the stairs and to the beach. Keep in mind, it is a bit of a drive (30 mins) to get back into the town (gulf shores) for big grocery shopping. But we found that we really didn't need/want to leave Fort Morgan much...it offers nice dining options and cute little grocery options! The house was a perfect beach getaway! Highly recommend
