¡Bienvenido a Captains Quarters! Ubicado en el complejo Green Reef Townhome, este refugio de playa recientemente renovado es ideal para una escapada familiar. Con tres pisos separados conectados por su propio ascensor privado, esta propiedad brinda a todos los miembros de su grupo su propio espacio al tiempo que fomenta el tiempo juntos y crea recuerdos en la playa. Los huéspedes son recibidos por una entrada azul brillante que conduce a las áreas de cocina, comedor y sala de estar de concepto abierto. Al final del pasillo adyacente a la cocina hay dos dormitorios. Uno con dos juegos de literas gemelas y otro con una cama king. Al final del pasillo hay un baño completo con ducha a ras de suelo y tocador doble.

El último piso de la unidad tiene dos habitaciones king. Uno es el principal con un gran baño con ducha y vistas panorámicas del golfo. El otro se completa con un baño que contiene una combinación de bañera y ducha. Baje los escalones de la cubierta trasera y los dedos de los pies están en la arena. Esta propiedad está a una corta distancia a pie y casi exactamente entre Destin Commons y Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Es el lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar del tiempo en familia haciendo recuerdos inolvidables.

The location is great. Awesome view and right on the sand. No need to get in a car or cross any roads to get to the beach. The unit is older so has some wear and tear but overall it was a great experience.

Excellent Stay

Loved our visit to Destin and the Captain's Quarters. The location was easy to get to and the view was magnificent. Our party of 10 had plenty of room. Direct beach access was fantastic. There were a few things that could be fixed - the smell of mildew that traveled home with us, replacing the rusted/mildewed vent covers, and the elevator. However, the maintenance guy, who we got to know well, was quick to fix the elevator issue, which was never much more than resetting a button. These were minor things in comparison to the great time we had. We are considering renting again!

Perfect location- small issues with home

You get what you pay for with the view and location alone! Perfect spot, safe neighborhood, private beach. We did have a few issues with the condo. There was mold/mildew on the vents in the ceiling and we also found cockroaches. Now…I did reach out to the host and had amazing communication as well as them sending out maintenance to clean the vent area and lay roach traps. There were little things I did not report as I didn’t want to bother the host, such as the ceiling fan in the living room is off balance so when it’s on it is super loud and sways around. Another thing, the front storm door does not shut unless it’s locked. Neither of these things I felt necessary to report as they did not impact our stay at all. Like I mentioned before, location is key…host was responsive and great to work with. I do feel there are little things that need worked on however our stay was great and we had a fantastic time!

Incredible beachfront gathering place for our family!

We were in the area to visit my son who is stationed nearby. The space was perfect for my husband and I along with our other adult son and girlfriend. We had plenty of space to host my airman son and his wife while we played games and had family dinners on our deck with the incredible view of the water right in your backyard, so to speak. The location on the beach just doesn't get any better. Granted, it was early March, but that area of the beach was not highly trafficked at all. The sandbars helped keep the waves to a very pleasant level, especially great if you have little ones. And the included beach service is a definite bonus! The sunset views from the decks were all beautiful as well! The townhome itself is very nice. It's very spacious and great for entertaining or providing livable space even for a large group. There are a few places where the home shows its age just a bit, but overall the pros greatly outweighed the cons. My one and only suggestion to the owners is to replace the old shower heads in the bathrooms! The only bathroom to have one was the main floor bathroom where there weren't even sleeping quarters! A home this nice deserves better showers. A removable shower head/wand makes a huge difference and feels much more high end. It's a minor expense to invest in a better shower experience for people paying good money to stay there. We also had a minor issue with the elevator upon arrival, but it was promptly handled the following morning with a temporary solution for that night. Communication was excellent in all aspects regarding the small problem as well as every other aspect of the reservation, pre-trip info, check in and check out. All-in-all, a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. I was torn between the Very Good & Excellent ratings. I'd leave a 9/10 rating if possible! Hi Cindy! Great vacation rental in Destin!

My family and I have spent many years vacationing in Destin and this is by far our favorite spot! Very nicely decorated townhome with great layout right on the beach! Not anything I would change at all. Solely Beachfront was great to rent from...always very nice and knowledgeable! Easy walk to both both crab trap and Capt Dave's!

Lovely Stay

Great house with great views at great location

This property has all you expect on a beachfront house and more, furnishing are comfortable and clean as wells as well maintained also has high speed WiFi and smart TVs in all bedrooms. Will definitely considered on our next trip to Destin.

Enjoyed the townhouse. The only issue we had was problems with the elevator and the gas grill was to dirty to use.

Nice but not great

The unit is not as nice as it looks in the images. Very worn. Main floor AC would only cool to 78 during the day and 75 at night. Master bedroom was cooled by this unit so it was always hot. Downstairs AC unit stopped cooling below 74 in the middle of our trip. The owner tried to make it right by brining in portable units. Helped a little on the main floor but not so much in the master. It was hot the entire trip.

Amazing Views

The property had amazing views and the beach was perfect. The parking is a little tight, but if you back in it was much easier. The house was just like it shows in the pictures. Great Place!

Perfect location on private beach

This was our first VRBO experience and it was a good one! The location for this townhouse was perfect. We had a really rainy week, so it was nice to be so close to the water to get in as much beach time as we could between storms. A few things to note: - there are several beach towels and toys at the property to use and the spray hose on the deck was great - the exterior doors/handles are a little difficult to use some times and could use a little refresh or WD40 - if you prefer a dark room, don’t choose the gorgeous upstairs room with private deck and sunlights (or get a sleep mask to avoid the 6 am sunrise) - we had 3 issues onsite and the staff responded quickly each time (elevator issue, a leak with all of the rain, some “water bugs” inside) - bring a flashlight to search for crabs on the beach at night, so fun! - the pots/pans weren’t spectacular, so we ended up getting food out more than we planned - the deck furniture was great - bring some board games or cards just in case you don’t get a picture perfect week- there is plenty of space to hang out and play The house really was as it looked online and the beach and water were amazing. It was a simple check in process and great communication from staff. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect townhome right on the beach!

This was a perfect stay for our yearly friends vacation. You get your own section of the beach so you always have a spot and it’s not crowded. It’s not far from many restaurants and an easy quick drive to Publix if you need a grocery restock. It was super easy to contact them if you have any issues and for check in/check out. Only suggestion I would have is to have the kitchen more stocked with staple items like basic seasonings, nonstick cooking spray, plastic baggies for leftovers etc. All we had for basics was salt and pepper. Overall, would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location, with three decks - all facing the beach. I love the direct beach access. The interior public spaces were comfortable and made it easy for different activities.

Location, location, location

Location 10 out of 5 stars. Listing is exactly as shown. Could use some more love. Broken cabinet hinge here, hard to open doors there, an extra roll of toilet paper or hand soap for a week stay. The bunk bed mattresses were super uncomfortable, not a preference issue just really cheap, downstairs king was so-so. If you're picky about amenities, you might get frustrated. If you're there for the beach, you're in heaven. Also, byo-beach towels

Great Family Vacation

What a wonderful location for our family vacation. Our real only issue was we planned to grill but couldn’t because the grill was extremely dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Maybe would recommend cleaning it between guests. Other than that it was a great vacation. Looking forward to coming back!!

We had a wonderful stay and the condo was just as pictured if not better, lot's of room with an open floor plan. The beach was right at our backdoor. Couldn't be happier. Would definitely rent again.
