The stay was perfect. We could not have picked a better place. Street parking was easy, maybe during summer months may be more difficult but no problem in April. House is located just steps from beach and surrounded by such a cute neighborhood. Park is just a few blocks away. Hermosa Beach felt so safe and clean. We were able to walk everywhere and almost didn’t use our car!

Wonderful place for our family of 5! Beach was just down the hill. Short walk on the Strand takes you to the shops, restaurants in Manhattan beach or Hermosa the other direction. Coming from the Midwest, I was concerned about street parking but we had no trouble at all. Host was very responsive.

The property was in a great location for us. Everything was well maintained, beds were super comfortable, kitchen nicely appointed, and outdoor space was very welcoming. Kathryn was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The house was clean and the kitchen was easy to use.However, I cannot give good score because of several reasons.1. The address the host showed me was wrong. It's address is not Manhattan beach, Hermosa beach. So, we had very hard time to find it after the long flight from Japan and we exhausted very much. The web page says it is with parking but there is no parking lot.2. All the restaurant information the host gave were around Manhattan beach so it was useless.3. Although the host missed to send me the payment information, she just told me that I have not paid yet again and again. It made me embarrassing so much.

Everything we expected & needed!

The home is exactly as pictured on listing and there were no surprises. It is an adorable little house with lots of outside living spaces. The one bathroom is tough for a family but of course that is stated in the listing. The location is unbeatable and the house came with a parking pass which is a must have if you have a car because all nearby parking requires a residential pass. We had to buy some fans even though they had some provided- the no AC thing proved to be challenging a few nights but overall we survived just fine. Most homes in Hermosa don’t have air-conditioning. it is walking distance to a little grocery store and breakfast spot that we fell in love with. Super close to the beach. We felt safe having the windows open 24/7and loved the fresh air. Appreciate all of the amenities provided like cable & Internet. The beds were comfortable and everyone really enjoyed their time in this home. Would highly recommend!!

Kathryn was very helpful and available for all questions. Kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need. Bed linens are great and love that there is a washer and dryer close by.
