Close to Beach, Pier, Fantastic Restaurants& Bars, Shops, & Local activities. Includes secured 2 car garage. Tons of Additional parking available less than a block away. On quiet street with no through traffic. Next to large park for doggie time. Sleeps 10** in beds(w/Futon), 4 workstations, Free Onsite Laundry, plenty of beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and beach toys provided, AC in Master Bedroom. Fans in every room, Pets OK w/ approval and fee.

Take in the ocean breeze while relaxing on a super comfy couch or recliner in front of the fire place. Enjoy hanging with family and friends in an integrated “great room”. You will find everything you need to relax and enjoy. Fully stocked kitchen with Quartz counters and stainless steal appliances (refrigerator dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster oven, garbage disposal) Includes blender, coffee maker, coffee, spices, oils, and tea. Free highspeed internet 600 MBS. Amazon Fire stick on both TV's for tons of free movies and shows. Lots of board games. Plenty of closet space.

Wonderful Experience

We had a fantastic experience. The property was clean, comfortable, and newly remodeled. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the Hermosa Beach Pier, surrounded by great restaurants and shops, and the neighborhood was quiet. Our group, consisting of several parents and teenage girls in town for end-of-season beach volleyball tournaments, found everything to be perfect. Connie, our host, was outstanding. She was very responsive and attentive to our needs, making sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Hermosa Beach.

Feel like you’re on vacation everyday in Hermosa Beach!

We are a family of four, and staying at Connie’s place for a month felt like we were on vacation every day. The townhouse is perfectly located in the heart of Hermosa Beach, within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, cafes, playgrounds for kids, and even the weekly farmers market, which is just across from the baseball field behind the property. It’s an ideal spot to experience what living in the South Bay Area is truly like. Having relocated from New York, we found this to be a breath of fresh air compared to our small apartment. The neighbors are very friendly, and Connie is incredibly responsive, making the entire stay even more enjoyable. The space was comfortable and well-suited for our family of four. One thing to note is that the laundry, located in the garage, is shared with the other townhouse above. Overall, it was a wonderful month-long stay, and we highly recommend it!

Exactly What We Needed!

We needed a short-term, furnished property while our house is under construction and we were so grateful to find this listing because it accepts a dog and has an enclosed side yard for her to go out. The property is just as described and fully equipped with everything we need - pots, pans, dishes, towels, sheets, etc. The keyless entry for the garage and house made check in smooth. There is even extra garage space to store our boxes. The neighborhood is safe and there is plenty within walking distance - the beach, sports fields, grocery stores. The host, Connie, is very easy to work with, responsive, and so kind. I hope to not need a short term rental in the future, but if I do, I would not hesitate to return here.

Beautiful home with easy access to the beach and cute downtown Hermosa.

Beautiful home with easy access to the beach and cute downtown Hermosa. Our family of seven needed a place for a month and couldn’t be happier with this home. Plenty of parking nearby and our minivan and SUV fit nicely in the garage. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows and linens. More than enough towels were provided for both beach and bath. Kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed to prepare and cook meals. Couch was super comfortable and stylish. Kids spent hours enjoying the seashell display in the coffee table and using the provided Seashell Companion book to identify the various shells. Loved seeing them off of electronics for a change! There are plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and toys for a day at the beach. We spent evenings watching the sunset while the kids played on the beach. We also took advantage of the nearby park. Although this was not a vacation for us, we needed a place while our home was being repaired, it felt like vacation. On Fridays the Farmers market is just down the street. We both work from home and found the 2-person desk in the Master perfect for our needs. Desk chairs were surprisingly comfortable for long hours. The other two rooms also had desks for homework time. Connie was extremely responsive and great with communication. Blender broke and she had a new one the next day. I would highly recommend this home

Hi, I lived in Hermosa Beach for over 20 years and absolutely loved it. Spent many evenings rollerblading or biking down the strand. Played volleyball almost every weekend year round. Everyone is extremely friendly. It truly felt like living in paradise. 11 years ago we moved to San Diego due to my husbands job. We still love visiting Hermosa and I am sure you will too.

Although I am in San Diego I do have a co-host in Hermosa so that if you need something she can help. We will make the best effort to ensure you are comfortable and have a fantastic stay.

Great location. Few blocks to downtown Hermosa and the Beach. Recently remodeled with all new appliances. Open space with kitchen, dining, and living room all in one "Great Room" Super comfortable beds with all new mattresses.
