Large condo with plenty of space for 5 adults. Property is well-kept; pool deck cleaned and arranged every night; landscaping kept very nicely. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony; short walk to the beach. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Management responds quickly to maintenance requests (ours were very minor).

Amazing View & Spacious layout

This property is exactly what is stated. Spacious with enough beds to accommodate our stay. The balcony view to the ocean was amazing! We had a great stay. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

Resting on the beach with side of family time.

Anyone looking for a great location to beach and spacious rental to spend family time should be absolutely fine with this rental. Five-minute walk to beach, 5-minute drive to grocery and numerous great places to eat.

The property is next to the beach and a short drive from the fishing pier, jet ski rentals, and nice restaurants.The view was fantastic.The kitchen and bathrooms are dated, however, clean. It had only a minimal amount of cooking utensils, so if you plan to cook, plan to pack from home or buy locally. It had pots and pans, but the utensils weren’t the greatest. If you plan to make smoothies or Tex-Mex, bring your own blender. The blender wouldn’t purée anything. Each room had a flatscreen and the Wi-Fi worked great. The handle and latch for the sliding glass door to the small deck was broken and didn’t lock. Would I stay again, absolutely. A

Great Location but needs updating

Great location and property. The unit itself is outdated and lacks a deeper cleanliness than ones we have stayed in previously. It suited our needs and had a good layout but needs some attention on the interior.

Beautiful Place

The place was absolutely beatuiful and also very clean!! We were right on the beach like expected. Only issue was the parking this time around. Some parking spots were closed down and we had trouble finding a place to park but other than that, it was great!!!

Great location

We really liked the condo and the location is great regarding the beach not too crowded. Plenty of parking, close to restaurants and shopping (barefoot landing). No big deal complaints are the HVAC is quite loud and some of the caulking behind the kitchen sink and in the master shower could be replaced. We definitely will be back if we need a 3 or 4 bedroom beachfront condo again.

Best vacation ever!

Loved everything! Condo was perfect and so convenient to activities, literally across the street from barefoot landing complex! Neighbors were all friendly and saw some cute dogs 🐶 plenty of space for family game night and meals. We will definitely be back! 10 out of 10 !♥️♥️♥️🌴🌴🌴

There was only 1 roll of toilet paper in 2 of the bathrooms. The master had none. Luckily we brought our own. Owner, a new can opener is needed badly! The one there is rusted. The bathroom towel racks need replaced as they fell off whenever a towel was taken off. Also, there was a toilet plunger on the deck in a Walmart bag?? The place is beautifully decorated and we had plenty of room. We would definately rent this unit again. Just giving some ideas for updates. Thank you!

Home away from home

I absolutely loved this property! I honestly don't have any complaints. Everything exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed the quietness of the area. I loved the sitting areas on the balcony and the living room. The kitchen could use more dishes and appliances. It was disappointing that there was no toaster or Keurig. The place was clean. The beds were not the most comfortable but over all the visit was great!

The pictures are accurate and while we thought the unit could use some cosmetic upgrades, everything worked and was clean, so we were pleased. We loved being right on the beach and, as the weather was unseasonable warm, we also made full use of the balcony. We liked the location in relationship to amenities in the area as well. Would definitely come back!

Very Nice Condo. Beautiful Ocean View.

We enjoyed the condo and our stay. Glad to have a 4 bedroom condo. They are harder to find. Maintenance was very responsive. Clean property. Great location. The beds could be a little more comfortable but when you travel they are never as comfy as home. I would also recommend upgrading the key situation to a keyless and eliminating going to a different location to pick up / drop off keys. I always worry that the locks could be the same for many guests and I don't like that. Other than that it was all good.

The condo was very old and rundown

The shower in the master bath had a large amount of soap scum. The ceiling in the master bath was chiping and peeling. It looked like there was blood on the light switch in the master bedroom closet. The kitchen was very poorly equipped. There was no sponge, garbage bags and no foil or parchment paper. Cabinets were dirty as well as the pots and pans. We will not stay here again.
