The perfect getaway

This condo was perfection! It has fantastic beach access, a pool big enough where it never feels crowded with plenty of seating, the room was perfect, everything we needed! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you’d need for a weeks worth of cooking. I can’t say enough great things about our stay and will for sure return asap!

Wonderful Week!

Exactly as shown - clean, great views. We had a wonderful week of relaxation. Our 2nd time booking through Liquid Life and it was a smooth process. Would definitely recommend Liquid Life and this condo!

Super nice place. Hated to leave.

The property exceeded expectations. Clean, great view, wonderful facilities especially indoor pool. Everything was in the condo that one would need. Great restaurants nearby, so kitchen was used minimally. The only problem, getting there early and not being able to check in earlier than the 4pm deadline, but we had a pleasant wait downstairs. Did not get a chance to use any TV's due to the specatacular views.

We had a great experience from the beginning. We have stayed in this building before when a friend owned a condo and was so sad when he sold it. When I found this unit I knew it would be great. It definitely did not disappoint. It was very clean and the master shower is wonderful. The view of the beach from this room is beautiful!!!! Hope to be able to stay for many years to come

Good enough

Property was clean and as expected. Living room & patio furniture wasn’t comfortable- but didn’t spend much time in Condo so no big deal. Would have liked to have an extra roll of toilet paper for a 5 day stay and a wash cloth for the kitchen but again small details. Property indoor pool was closed and would have liked to know that as well. Good enough.

Vacation

Had the best time! The condo was clean, the building was clean, the pool area was always clean and tidy. Was unsure about the balcony not being (closed off) private (they are staggered), but we lucked out and had great neighbors and chatted with them in the evening. Never thought twice about it after the first day. Such a beautiful view, we sat on the balcony every night until we went to bed. First time in Orange Beach and we will be back for sure! Thanks!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love being in a beachfront property and enjoyed the spacious balcony. However, the condo had a very distinct cigarette smell the whole time we were there. Which was unexpected, considering that it’s supposed to be a smoke free building. I did notify management to see if there’s something that they can do to mitigate the smell for future guests. Also, be prepared that the parking pass was $55 - which was much higher than parking passes I’ve paid in other buildings in the area.

Overall our stay was good had an issue with our room not being clean but liquid life came back to the room and fixed our issue! Would definitely stay again!
