We loved this condo and the location. Absolutely perfect. Beaches were quiet and clean and we enjoyed watching dolphins from the balcony every day. Highly recommend.

Perfect venue for a beach vacation.

The condo was superb. The vibe was perfect. The host was gracious. I really couldnt have asked for a better vacation stay. Getting a 2nd parking pass was a little cumbersome, but not terrible by any means.

Fantastic Oct vacation spot

Comfortable place with lots to love. The large balcony with access from the bedroom, good appliances -including a very productive ice maker, and surprisingly strong shower water pressure are highlights. Also loved the stretch of beach it's on. Will definitely be back!

Great place for the whole family

Great place for the whole family to enjoy the beach. The condo was extremely quiet I did not hear any noise from the neighbors around us while we were inside the unit. The deck was amazing very large and plenty of room for everyone.

Great Condo

Surprised to find an ice machine separate from the fridge. Huge walk in shower in the master. Loved the large balcony with table of 4, table of 2 and lounge chair. Nicest condo we have stayed in yet.

Condo was absolutely perfect!

We loved the large balcony, easy walk to the beach and how roomy the unit was. Having a ice maker in the condo was awesome and convenient! Hope to be back very soon!

Weekend getaway--last hoorah at the beach!

This was our second year in a row to stay at this property, Three of us, and we love how spacious the condo is. We never left--we prepared all of our meals and ate at the condo! We love the balcony and the thought put into the pub height table and chairs so you can see the beach and the ocean over the railing. We're already looking at this condo for next year's beach trip!

Spring break trip

The property was fine however it does need some updating….recliners sounded like they were falling apart when we sat in them. Extra ice maker was broken, no blinds or window coverings in the LR. We did enjoy the stay…location is good too.

Good time in 809!

What a sweet time with family on our favorite beach! This condo was well appointed. Perks were full size washer and dryer for beach towels, working ice maker to fill up our cooler for the beach each day, and comfortable balcony furniture for both meal time and relaxing! Facility-wise, parking was easier than many other condos in this area, outdoor pool was clean and nice and the grills were in working order. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at RI809!

Failed to mention the property management company

Great stay, just was not aware of the property management company. Had to go to pick up parking passes from down the road, where we passed it up on the way to the property and had to turn back around and go back to it.

Regency Isle 809

This is a nice and clean unit. We had issues with a broken dishwasher and ice maker. Liquid Life Maintenance was quick and was able to fix the dishwasher, but the ice machine was not able to be repaired. We survived without it and enjoyed our stay.

Condo was ok. Have stayed at much nicer. The master bedroom and master bath was very dirty. Would have been much more convenient if the restrooms would have been in working order by the workout rooms instead of having to go back to the condo. Condo needed new furniture in living room. Sofa and chair looked old and dirty. On a scale of 1-10. I'd give this unit a 6. The condo grounds and grills and pools and hot tubs and all common areas were awesome and well Manicured. Staff was great. General Mgr was awesome and friendly.

Great location, beautiful view!

We really enjoyed our stay! It is a beautiful home, has a gorgeous view, and was enjoyable! When our go-to condos were booked we chose this and weren't let down! There were maintenance issues like the indoor hot tub was out for a couple of days, the outdoor pool & hot tub weren't heating properly the other days, and parking was limited, even though we paid for it, due to them cleaning the different levels. But it didn't deter us from wanting to return in the future and it wasn't the owner's fault. LOVED the ice machine! I either missed that in the description or it wasn't featured, but for a gal like me that LOVES extra ice in drinks it was awesome! <3 We're proud Navy Parents from Odessa, TX and the drive to base wasn't too bad. It's further than we usually stay, but it gave us the opportunity to discover the FloraBama shore more & we found new "must do" places! Lillian's is always a fave, but the Hangout may just have beat that! Thank you! Chris & Brooke

Worst Condo

I had 2 men show up around 9:30pm to check for moisture and end up putting up two humidifiers in the kitchen area, bathroom and bed room. They were so loud and putting off hot air which caused the air conditioner the lock up. The 2nd time I had to call maintenance. It was so hot in the room. It took about 1 1/2 hr to get to us because he was busy.

Fantastic condo - meh property mgmt

I had a great first trip to Orange Beach, and I would be happy to return again. The beach itself is very pretty - lovely white sand and lots of shells to collect. We really enjoyed the town - less wild than some of the big beach hot spots and almost no junky tourist traps. But it was an easy walk to good ol' Florabama! We ate at several fantastic waterfront restaurants. The condo itself was great. I loved the huge walk-in shower in the primary bathroom. I was very happy with the space/size, the furniture (especially lots of seating on the big balcony), and having THREE bathrooms - amazing! The only cons of the trip were tied to the property management company. They sent a digital guidebook with tons of info that seemed to be comprehensive. However, there was no parking info for our specific condo building (other than mentioning the parking pass will be on the kitchen counter). Figuring out where we could/should park was confusing. On the morning of our departure as we were busily packing, we were alarmed when someone tried to enter our unit. Thankfully, it was just the cleaning team, but they had been told by the property managers that our unit was already empty (I saw the text). And this was well before 10AM. But the most unforgiveable issue was that the bed sheets were 100% polyester - ugh. Polyester sheets are uncomfortable (especially if you get a sunburn) and SWEATY - no one wants that in a beach condo! Liquid Life really needs to reconsider this.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are two to three times a year visitors to OBA. We have stayed in manny places. The only things we look for in a stay is comfort and cleanliness. Regency Isle 809 was both! Very comfortable, very clean, everything we needed for our stay. Will be back!!
