¡Relájate en este retiro con magníficas vistas del Golfo! Disfrute de su café de la mañana o un cóctel por la tarde con la vista desde el patio, además de que la playa está a solo unos pasos.

Mainsail 483 es un espacioso condominio de dos habitaciones que es perfecto para una escapada de parejas o vacaciones familiares. Cada habitación sirve como un Master propio, con acceso a un baño completo. Hay una cocina completamente equipada y parrillas a gas disponibles para aquellos a quienes les gusta cocinar, o muchos restaurantes cercanos para aquellos que desean una noche de descanso. El complejo ofrece canchas de tenis, seguridad las 24 horas, bañera de hidromasaje, dos piscinas, una de ellas climatizada para disfrutar durante todo el año, además de playa privada.

Parte de la colección de las playas de South Walton, Miramar Beach está convenientemente ubicada entre Destin y San Destin. Baytowne Wharf está a menos de dos millas y los puntos de venta de Silver Sands están directamente al otro lado de la autopista 98 desde el complejo.

Beach Week

This was the perfect place for our small family beach week. We enjoyed beginning and ending each day on the balcony viewing the ocean. We loved how close the beach was each day. A great getaway for us!

Nice spot for the family- Just a few things to note.

We just got back from our vacation and overall had a great time! The place was comfortable and fit our family's needs well. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. Excellent view of the beach on the balcony and also being on the 8th floor, we had great view of fireworks around the entire city. Also a good view of the pool from the front. Lots of restaurants around. Everything was pretty close by. Huge outlet mall literally across the street which was nice to spend the day exploring. A couple of things to note that might be helpful for future guests or the owner:Parking was definitely a challenge. It took us a while to find a spot, especially during peak times. This is almost a straight up dealbreaker to not visit Mainsail again. Not the owner of the condos fault. But their association needs to address it.We found a leftover Tennessee Volunteers sweatshirt from a previous guest, so cleaning could’ve been a little more thorough.The master bathroom light kept flickering off and on, and there’s a crack in the high living room window—not a big deal for us, but something the owner might want to look into.The internet connection would occasionally cut in and out, which made it tough to stay connected at times. Especially on rainy days when you're inside.That said, none of these things ruined our trip—we still really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the opportunity to make some great memories. We would love to stay at this place again!Thanks

All was wonderful. Shelli graciously let us check in a bit early which was so helpful. Sadly we did cut our time short because of crazy bomb cyclone weather.Bed in the spare room excellent!

Wonderful week in paradise!

We have been to Mainsail many times and this condo was awesome. We enjoyed the sunrise from the front of the condo and sunsets from the balcony. It was decorated beautifully, comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy or stay. Host was easy to work with and address all my questions in a timely fashion. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful View

We loved staying at this condo. The view was beautiful and the location was great. Shelli was right on it and answered any question I had. The only thing I can say about the condo was the floors could have been cleaned a little better. My baby got black toes and feet in her walker. lol but we loved the place and everything around! We would stay again!

This condo was great! It was very tastefully furnished, decorated and clean. It had a very nice oceanfront view. We love staying at Mainsail because the beach is private and not too crowded. The host was available by texting to answer a few questions which was very helpful. We will be back :)

Great Place

This is a great location, close to the beach, and close to shopping. The kitchen has everything you can think of and the bed is extremely comfortable. Shelli is very nice and accomodating.

Property is kind of run down, mechanical issues

Property is dated, which isn't uncommon and usually not a real issue. But 2 of the 3 elevators broke down and were still broken when we checked out. The only working elevator was at the opposite end of the property from our room on the 8th floor, so stairs weren't a real viable option, especially with suitcases. The water was shut off for about 5 or 6 hours with no warning. Excessive mold in the shower door track, it'd wash off into the shower basin when taking a shower. The "state-of-the-art workout facility" is an absolute disaster. Broken machines, very dated equipment, and the place smelled like old fried chicken. I have photos, wish I could include them in my review. Even with these issues, the owner decided to hit us with a $200 "damage" fee because she says excessive cleaning was required. I own a cleaning company and there is no way it took multiple cleaners 4+ hours (as she stated in a message to us) to clean the place, or 8 to 12 man hours if you have 2 or 3 cleaners. There was nothing excessive. Wipe the counters, sweep the floor, change bed linens (and maybe get the mold out of the shower) - just normal stuff.

Well needed rest.

Mainsail is an older property, but ver nicely maintained. Our unit was perfect for my wife, myself and 2 13 year olds. Very easy booking and check in. Would not hesitate to stay in this same unit again.

Wonderful Getaway to Paradise

We had a phenomenal stay at Mainsail. The entire property was set up perfectly for our needs…from the easy access to the beach, nice clean pools, grill areas, not crowded elevators, carts for easy loading/unloading. The condo itself was amazing with ampule amount of space, beautiful balcony views(not in the morning sun, so we enjoyed our coffee each morning out there), comfortable beds, great water pressure for showers, a/c keep us cool from a hot day on the beach. I can’t say enough about this condo and the property. Shelli was such a pleasure to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to be returning.

Summer Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation staying in this condo. Everything is clean. The kitchen is very well stocked. The bed in the master bedroom was the best. Shelli has went way above to make your stay great!

Perfect

Great view, right on the beach and you dont have to drag beach chairs and umbrellas around. Tennis court, shuffleboard, heated pool, small arcade room and gym. It was much nicer than excpected and communication with Shelli was fast and super easy. The room is right off the elevator. Proximity to the parking garage and beach is perfect. Wish I could post a picture on here!

Great spot with gorgeous views!

My family and I throughly enjoyed staying here - check in was a breeze & the condo had the best floor to ceiling views of the beach & Miramar. We had issues with the internet and it was taken care of as quickly as possible.
